Excellent service, plumber came in less than 24 hours. Went to get parts, back in 10 minutes, fixed the flush in about 40 minutes. Super job, would definitely use them again.

Very happy with the service. Terry was very helpful on the phone when arranging the appointment. Jamie (the plumber) arrived on time. He was reassuring, professional and friendly. He did an amazing job and the issue was sorted within half an hour. Would definitely use Prestige again for any plumbing needs.

Fantastic workmanship, replacing the flush system on my toilet where the cistern is housed in a unit. The top of the unit would not come off so Jamie only had the smallest of spaces to fit everything in via the upper front panel. He even re-fitted the piping to the right of the cistern so there was now a valve. Top guy and top job! The photo is how Jamie found it and the little access space he had to complete the work inside. Gas Boiler failed just before Christmas, EPH were recommended to us by a friend of my daughters. To say they were amazing is an understatement, Paul and Sam replied to our email and text message very promptly and arranged a visit at the busiest time of year. Paul diagnosed the boiler fault within five minutes of arriving, ordered the required part immediately and returned to fit it as soon as parts arrived at the suppliers, two days later. We are so grateful as it was bitter cold and the house had no heating or hot water, everything now working perfectly. Thank you Paul and Sam for the most professional and responsive service, you are stars.

We cannot thank Paul and Sam enough for their fantastic service. They came out to us on the same day to determine the issue and sorted it a few days later, bearing in mind we had 2 bank hols in that time. We called out Lenny late on Monday evening as we had a leaking thermostatic valve on one of our radiators. He was at our house within 40 minutes and did an excellent job of replacing the valve (which included draining our central heating system and refilling etc). The work was carried out in a professional, tidy manner and Lenny did not leave until he was sure the leak had stopped. We are very happy with the work carried out.

Impressed that I wasn't charged the £60 call out charge as they couldn't help me but they gave me the number of someone who could and checked later that all was ok
