I had previously mixed experience with this company, but be cause I like to use local businesses - I decided to give them another chance. And I'm happy I did. I just had successful installation of boiler magnetic filter. The quote had a fair price. The engineer was polite, professional and ready to answer all the questions. It looks like they hired some new, good professionals and it seems now a bit better supervised - which is very important. Keep going!

I chose this particular plumber because I read the reviews and this influenced my decision. I gave Rob a call, told him I had 2 toilets that needed attention and a dripping kitchen tap. He said he would fit me in later that day and within an hour he rang back to say he could call round straight away. He was really pleasant and friendly. Within the hour he had sorted problems with my 2 toilets. One had stopped flushing and the other needed new toilet flush buttons fitting as they kept jamming. By now I thought he might have been a bit fed up; but he was ready to tackle my dripping kitchen tap next. He said I’d need a new tap so my immediate thought was that this won’t be done for a while, so I was really pleased when he said he carried spares and appeared in minutes with a new tap. Hey presto! in no time at all it was all done. Whilst in my bathroom he noticed that the sink stopper was broken and he fixed that too. When it came to payment I thought he was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Rob and as he left I told him I was putting him on speed dial in case something else went wrong. So thanks Rob for coming to my rescue and doing such brilliant work.

i called Rob on Saturday morning as we had a leak in our kitchen ceiling. Rob was able to come early that afternoon at a time that suited us, and within an hour the leak was fixed. Friendly, efficient, tidy and hard-working. Would definitely recommend.

Team was hired for a complete kitchen renovation. New flooring, wall tiles and a Wren supplied kitchen including appliances were installed. My new kitchen is beautiful. They obviously take pride in their work and they left the place spotless.

We had to replace the electric boiler tank in our apartment due to a leak in the tank. The issue was diagnosed early on and new boiler installed Within a day. Although access was limited due to the boiler installed in a confined space in the ceiling , the old boiler was carefully removed and new one placed with neat pipework. Clive has done a fair bit of work for me over the last few years and has always been here when he said he would be and very prompt in an emergency. His work has always been high quality. I would highly recommend.

Had a gas leak just my side of the gas meter, over a few days I called many Gas Safe engineers found on the Gas Safe register but all weren't interested or couldn't come for some days, but seeing I had had the gas cut off on a cold Novembers day leaving us with no heating or oven I continued to try, eventually found Clive who said he would call that evening, however he called mid afternoon and immediately too on the job, which necessitated chiselling a channel in the hallway wall to get access to the leaking joint. 2 Hours later the job was done and the necessary damage made to the wall was left in a condition that I am able to make good myself. Clive was quick and efficient and clearly new exactly what he was doing, he had all the right tools and lengths of pipe and unions etc so no disappearing to buy something he needed. He supplied me with test certificates and confirmed all the house gas appliances fully working. He didn't stop during his time here cept for a few slurps of tea. His invoice was acceptable considering his quick response, his work ethic and skills were worth every penny. I'll definitely keep Clive's number.

Clive came the same evening when our boiler stopped working. He checked everything and ascertained the issue. Clive returned the next day having sourced an obsolete part and got our system up and working. Clive is friendly and polite and leaves everything clean and tidy.

2020 - Yet another superb bathroom from LFM! I cannot fault Rob’s service, he is always polite, tidy and honest. On time, as quoted and the finished results are, in my opinion are always better than I had expected! 2022 – As Rob did such a good job of bathroom refit, I asked him to return to do my kitchen plumbing, and he did not disappoint! Kevin provided a superb service. Came out on a Sunday to fix a leaking toilet, and was here within 30 minutes of calling, couldn't ask for more. He needed parts and went off to source them and then fitted them and left everything like he hadn't been here. Also a reasonable fee, especially given an out of hours call out.
