James Brownell came to check our water tank which had a slow leak. He treated the job with the same sense of urgency as if it was his own water tank. He took our stress away and we got a quote for a replacement that was nearly half the price of another exorbitant quote. The job was done within hours of our call with this company. I can't praise James highly enough and many thanks to the admin staff who arranged to send him out. Having just come back from holiday still suffering from jet lag with water coming through our ceiling, he was a lifesaver.

We called APS for a fault on our gas heating system in our industrial unit in Newbury. Best call I ever made after being let down by several other local companies in the area. From the lovely lady in the office who booked me in to the engineer that attended site I really couldn’t fault them at all! So refreshing and I will most definitely be using them, not only at work but at home as well.

Highly recommend this company. They sent a team out to fix our immersion leak within an hour and a half of phoning, did a great job, and were cheaper than the British Gas quote we’d had.

I had APS Plumbing out yesterday to supply and fit a water tank etc in my new dog grooming salon. Steve who carried out the work is one of the nicest and friendliest guys I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. So polite and wow did he know his stuff. He was here for most of the day. I supplied him with plenty of tea and he just kept going!! I'm so chuffed its all done and certainly looks the part. It is so straightforward to use too!! So a massive thanks to Steve for fitting all the equipment and a massive thanks to APS Plumbing for taking on the job from a really happy customer. 5 stars and more if I could!!!!

I had previously mixed experience with this company, but be cause I like to use local businesses - I decided to give them another chance. And I'm happy I did. I just had successful installation of boiler magnetic filter. The quote had a fair price. The engineer was polite, professional and ready to answer all the questions. It looks like they hired some new, good professionals and it seems now a bit better supervised - which is very important. Keep going!

Fantastic service BGM. Three young men came to repair our boiler and replace the water tank and immersion heater. They were professional polite and very knowledgeable. They worked diligently and cleaned up afterwards. You would have never known they had been there, apart from we had warm radiators and hot water again. Macca came out to sort out a loud noise that was coming from upstairs. I was notified by text of timings. He was such a polite young man and knew what he was doing. He didn’t take any shortcuts and even though it was 5pm he kept working until the job was finished. 100% recommend this company. Macca is a credit to your company.

We had to replace the electric boiler tank in our apartment due to a leak in the tank. The issue was diagnosed early on and new boiler installed Within a day. Although access was limited due to the boiler installed in a confined space in the ceiling , the old boiler was carefully removed and new one placed with neat pipework. See before ( green boiler ) and after ( white boiler ) photos for reference. Kevin provided a superb service. Came out on a Sunday to fix a leaking toilet, and was here within 30 minutes of calling, couldn't ask for more. He needed parts and went off to source them and then fitted them and left everything like he hadn't been here. Also a reasonable fee, especially given an out of hours call out. Would highly recommend.

Good price, but the plumber rounded up extra half hour and a bit unprofessional, it’s less than an hour job, and my husband was helping him but when the time he finished his job, he went back to the van and pretending to got the quote which took him extra 10 mins, he came back just 2 mins excess a hour, eventually he added as an extra half hour for that, we said it’s within a hour(besides he wasn’t here all the hour), he argued saying it’s company policy, surprisingly unprofessional and a bit dishonest. Edit: I appreciate that the company quickly got back to us and offered to refund the extra half hour. While the individual plumber was still not professional (he even asked us to use an extension lead to connect the dishwasher which is dangerous) the staff who got in touch with us was kind and professional
