I made the call at 8am this morning in need of a hot water heater. The receptionist was polite and professional and the appointment was made . By 3pm this afternoon I had hot water again. The guys that came out were courteous, professional, thorough and clean. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. Great job guys.

Winchester Plumbing and Gas did an outstanding job installing my Aquasure water softener (purchased at Home Depot) for a reasonable price. Saved me a ton of money over Culligan and EcoWater (don't waste your money on them). Amber, Rodney & Sean are all good people. Highly recommend.

We’ve had Winchester Plumbing come out for 2 separate issues and they were able to come out and fix our issues both times very quickly. The plumber that came out was very professional and very knowledgeable. He was able to plainly explain what was going on, what he did to fix it, and how we can prevent it in the future. Winchester plumbing and gas came out to change out an expansion tank on my water heater. The technician was very friendly. He swapped out the tank and it looks and works great. The price was the best part. They really do great work for a reasonable price. I will be using them from now on for all my plumbing needs.

I recently needed a quick fix for a broken bath mixer tap, and Kevin was absolutely fantastic. He arrived promptly, assessed the issue efficiently, and had the new tap installed in no time. Kevin provided a superb service. Came out on a Sunday to fix a leaking toilet, and was here within 30 minutes of calling, couldn't ask for more. He needed parts and went off to source them and then fitted them and left everything like he hadn't been here. Also a reasonable fee, especially given an out of hours call out. Would highly recommend.

We have just used Hannah to rectify some plumbing work incorrectly installed by another builder. Hannah was efficient , clean and tidy and solved the issue swiftly (very reasonably ) that the other builders failed to do so after 6 weeks. As a female living alone I was really glad to find Hannah- she is friendly, clear and honest. Just found using a Google search and found her web site to be easy, smart and professional. That was about 5 years ago and I have never used another plumber since. Hannah is professional, capable, reliable and always takes care of my yearly boiler and gas safety checks. I am not a plumber and have limited plumbing knowledge. I came into the Winnall store after finding a leak at home and needed something to fix it but didn’t know what I needed! I was helped by a gentleman with a great beard (sorry didn’t catch your name) and a lovely lady both on the front desk. The man was so helpful for what was certainly not the biggest order! He took the time to give me sound advice, look at pictures I had taken of the issue and give me a few solutions. With what they sold me it took me five minutes to fix. And the plumbing jokes they gave came for free! Thank you both! Great customer service and you both deserve a pay rise! Even if you did take the pi*s that I drive a Porsche. Forgiven!

What can you say it's a generic screwfix that keeps most things in stock you could ever want (work wise). The staff were friendly and efficient. No complaints
