I could not recommend more highly urban retreat , I arrived at the salon with hair that had been blasted by sun, sea and chlorine it was in a terrible state ! I left urban green looking and feeling like a new woman having been in the capable hands of Hannah with restored locks and a bounce in my step as a result . Thankyou . All the staff added to a great experience I will be back again and again ..

If any body is looking for a wonderful experience when getting there hair coloured or high lighted. Look no further Lee is just wonderful, he takes time to listen to you very caring person, but most of all he is a master at colour. I just love how he does my hair. I love this saloon and Lee doing my hair.

Ben is an incredible hairdresser, i always walk into the salon feeling welcomed and reassured that i will have “top quality service”. He uses the correct colour, toning products and techniques to enhance my hair to it’s full capacity. Ben is very specific, and always wants his result to turn out to perfection. I always feel safe and reassured that i’ll be taken care of. When i give Ben my ideas he is 100% accurate in delivering the service as per request from the start of the appointment. After two years of travelling back to my hometown for haircuts as I was so nervous to try somewhere new… I finally decided to try a salon here in Winchester. I had been recommended Bloomer + Bloomer from a couple of work colleagues and I am beyond impressed. Nathan and Jayne went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and the booking process was stress free! They really listen to you and care about you. Amanda cut my hair and she was just amazing, I’m now going to be a regular client there for the foreseeable future. Everyone was so welcoming, kind and friendly. Thank you ever so much 🩷

This was my first time visiting Bloomer and Bloomer and I left completely delighted with my new hairstyle. I was greeted by Nathan and shown to the bar where I was provide with a cold drink of my choice and offered a choice of scone or muffin whilst I waited for my stylist, Ryan. I wanted a complete change of hairstyle with more body and bounce which is exactly what Ryan gave me, whilst offering advice on blow drying it myself. The whole experience was excellent and I will certainly return. Thank you to all concerned.

After reading previous amazing reviews here, I made an appointment for eyebrows microblading at the salon. And I can say that I agree with everything that’s been said and more. Sammy is wonderful and I felt well informed throughout the whole process. From the first test appointment to the last- top up, all went smooth and I am very happy with the result. I chose this hairdresser because Lucy specializes in cutting curly hair, and I’m so glad I did! I had my color done by Chloe and my cut by Lucy. It can be tricky to get an appointment since Lucy is quite busy, so if you need a weekend slot like me, I’d recommend booking in advance. They had to reschedule my appointment, but they were incredibly accommodating. The salon itself is beautiful with a great atmosphere—you feel super comfortable. Chloe was amazing at listening and helping me choose the perfect red-brown shade, and she was so lovely throughout the process. Lucy was also incredible—she understands curly hair so well, and I trusted her completely. The results were fantastic! I also purchased two products from Authentic Beauty Concept: the Glow Spray Serum, which smells amazing and protects from heat, and the Hydrate Curl Enhancer, which hydrates and styles curls beautifully. I used it alongside a peptide from ICON, and the results were bouncy, loose curls with no frizz. I’ll definitely be coming back regularly and can’t recommend this place enough! Plus, it’s well-located in the center of Winchester

I booked in to see Barry for a restyle on the advice of a friend.I’d been going to the same hairdresser for many years, but recently hadn’t been overly happy with my cut. I was equal parts terrified and excited, but Barry put me at ease straight away and was great at communicating. I came out with an amazing cut and feeling fantastic!I’m so glad I was brave enough to make the change!
