I love coming into the Salon. The whole team is friendly and welcoming and it's always a pleasure to have a chat! Lou did my hair today and I feel like a million pounds! Lou is so lovely and really listens to what you want and will give her honest opinion which is very refreshing. Zoe also waxed my eyebrows today and she was amazing as always! Thank you ladies! 🥰🎉💕

I visited for the first time after months of needing a cut. The staff were warm and welcoming , which was a fabulous first impression. My assigned styling was very honest, letting me know that she would prefer to pass me to a more senior stylist, due to my hairstyle. I appreciated this honesty. My cut wasn't cheap but it was really well done and I like the finished style. The head massage was wonderful and so relaxing ! I think I probably overshared my life (! Lol)but my stylist, who I believe is the proprietor, was very lovely and didn't once show any kind of impatience with me..she was great!

It was my second appointment with Nadine today and my hair is just perfect - great colour and cut, exactly what I wanted. Nadine is very attentive and always listens to the customer's needs. And such a talented hairdresser, thank you! :)

I recently took my 3 year old daughter here for her first trim of her slow growing curly locks. I also had my 6 year son in tow. It was just before Christmas so the salon was very busy. We arrived just in the nick of time and were made very welcome. Although it was crowded, space was quickly made for us to get seated and Kate was attended to with professionalism and care. My son can be a little energetic at times and did wander down the salon a couple of times to be rapidly called back by me. At no time did I feel that there was any negative feedback from that by the staff. In fact the children were offered a sweet as a treat and the staff enaged with them when they could particularly Natalie the owner. Kate left feeling very happy. While I was sat there, I was able to observe the quality of the work that the team were creating for the clients of all ages. I would highly recommend and look forward to taking Kate along in future.

Have had several cuts and beard trims here now, and has always been a pleasant experience and received a good hair cut and trim. Modern booking system is very efficient and easy to use. Have also taken my 4year old here who was very well looked after.

Super friendly, listen to what you want/need. Advise you well if you don't know what to do. Had Kyle do my hair today, realised he is the first male to ever do my hair and I couldn't be happier! He nailed it! Got exactly what I was hoping for, actually looks better than I had hoped for! He was passionate, knowledgeable, patient and just amazing! He's made me feel and feel like I look amazing and kept it healthy whilst giving good chat. Cannot thank or recommend enough! 🥰

Absolutely lovely treatment today at B Beauti by Ellie! My mother and I got our eyelashes lifted and tinted and the entire process was fab! I’ve had my eyelashes done many times at different places and genuinely have never been so happy with the outcome, they were done so well and we were both deeply pleased and will 10000% be returning!! Ellie was a very professional and friendly beautician that made us both feel very relaxed, we laughed and chatted and the time flew by. Such a refreshing change to previous salons I’ve been too! The other treatments on offer looked fab too! The phone reminders and entire process from booking, sample test and treatment was great! Thank you both Chelsea and Ellie, a very enjoyable and successful trip!!

Natalie has been doing my nails for a few months now, and always done a fab job! But with nicer weather on its way, I was in need of a pedicure! As a woman that detests people touching her feet, it took a lot for me to book to have it done, but I am so glad I did! My toes now look pretty and I didn’t kick her! Lol thanks Natalie xxx

Sabine has been cutting and styling my hair for years and for the past three years has put some lovely blonde and golden tones through my dark hair. I always trust Sabine without needing to show pictures - she knows exactly what I will like and suit and creates the loveliest colours throughout my hair! Sabine will never let me leave if I'm not 100% happy with the final look and I wouldn't go elsewhere.

Over the years that i have had my haircut by Lucy I have found her to be amazing, she cuts my hair brilliantly I love my new cut and colour ,they know how to cut long hair correctly, people might think it's easier to cut, apparently not..others could not cut it , it ended up not being cut straight at the back...and best of all i know whenever I go and see Lucy I will walk away from the salon with my hair looking the best and Feeling refreshed! They know how to cut hair correctly unlike some places I've been to before coming here... The experience as usual was was perfect from start to finish. The team are so friendly! I love my new look. Second time taking our son for a haircut here and Amber was great with him and very patient when he didn’t sit still. Same price as a child’s cut at a barbershop but so much better.

We called in with no appointment for my 14 year old son to have a quick haircut. The gentleman quickly saw to his cut - a grade 3 sides and back, scissored in on top. Great haircut. My son suffered with an unexpected nose bleed whilst in the barbers chair and we were treated with great kindness. Can't speak highly enough of Artisan. If we lived in the area we'd be back! Thank you!

PROS: A lovely new small business. the nail techs are so so amazing! They are very kind, polite, smiley and make you feel really really comfortable!! They have such an amazing collection of specialty nail varnish and can do nail art so quickly and with such accuracy (my butterfly nail picture below). They don’t judge you if you have small/ ugly/ bitten nails ( which are harder to work on) and just want to do a good job and give you nails you are satisfied with. They do 10% off for new customers / students/NHS. (which is nice because a full set is £42). The space is very clean and calm. CONS - there are none !!!!!!

I can highly recommend Nailpro in Ringwood. I have been using their services for a while now. I would say that if you go in with one idea of what you would like chances are that you’ll come out with something different as the colour choices they have are mind blowing! It’s happened to me many times. I have never been disappointed with Nailpro’s services. Tam and Nicky are both professional and lovely to work with and I enjoy going to see them

My daughter and I visited the salon today and it was the most relaxing and pleasant experience. Tam & Nicky, were polite, friendly and knowledgeable, giving super advice. I have been coming to the salon for the past 3 years as it is very near to me and I needed a hairdresser for my elderly mother who suffers from dementia. From the outset, Natasha was so kind and understanding with my mum who asks the same questions over and over again! Natasha always makes my mum feel and look a million dollars and the atmosphere in the salon is friendly and welcoming. In fact I was so impressed that I now am also a customer! Natasha always takes the time to sit and discuss options for my toner and I am thrilled with the results ! No more brassy hair, just a cool, sleek colour. I would highly recommend Natasha without hesitation.

I have been visiting William and Mary’s for some time now- I usually have a whole head of highlights done by Mary and I have to say nobody has ever done such an amazing job as her ❤️ Having tried several places in the past I now wouldn’t go anywhere else! The whole salon feel is fantastic, all members of the team are attentive and extremely professional, you feel as tho you are a part of one big family and nothing is too much trouble. Dealing with the Covid restrictions for any business at this time is challenging but Mary and her team have it sorted with all precautions in place I felt safe and comfortable. If you want amazing service-amazing hair and to spend a couple of hours relaxing in a lovely environment William and Mary’s is the place to go!

One very happy customer! I am over the moon with my new hairstyle. Mary is without doubt the only hairdresser that can cut my hair to perfection. She has done an amazing job of styling and lightening my hair. As someone who has had the same hairstyle for years ! I am so excited that I took Mary’s advice (which I asked for ) for me to go lighter but not too drastic. It’s fabulous. I have had so many compliments and I can blow dry it myself now because it is cut and shaped so well. The salon is very welcoming and I had a truly relaxing time. I really appreciate the efforts that have been taken to comply with Covid 19 safety & regulations. It is clear to see that the Clients needs & safety have come first. In these difficult times it is refreshing to be able to relax in a safe, friendly environment. A wonderful experience, lovely staff and overall excellent service all round. A lovely selection of products availability to buy too for yourself or a friend. I look forward to returning again soon .

Becca tried something new on my hair today she didn't use scissors it was called calligraphy? I must admit I was unsure but I can't say how pleased I am with the results, my hair feels lighter and bouncy and was ever so easy to style. I would highly recommend this treatment and I would highly recommend Becca, she is a true professional who takes her job very seriously and always aims to please. I absolutely can't fault her dedication to the job and would highly recommend her.
