Today was my first visit to William and Mary hair and it won’t be my last. Callum did a fantastic job on my hair, I love it. From my first consultation to leaving today Callum made sure I was completely happy, he is so friendly and is an excellent stylist. I’ve already booked my next appointment as well as a different appointment for my daughter.

I have been visiting William and Mary’s for some time now- I usually have a whole head of highlights done by Mary and I have to say nobody has ever done such an amazing job as her ❤️ Having tried several places in the past I now wouldn’t go anywhere else! The whole salon feel is fantastic, all members of the team are attentive and extremely professional, you feel as tho you are a part of one big family and nothing is too much trouble. Dealing with the Covid restrictions for any business at this time is challenging but Mary and her team have it sorted with all precautions in place I felt safe and comfortable. If you want amazing service-amazing hair and to spend a couple of hours relaxing in a lovely environment William and Mary’s is the place to go!

I have been coming to the salon for the past 3 years as it is very near to me and I needed a hairdresser for my elderly mother who suffers from dementia. From the outset, Natasha was so kind and understanding with my mum who asks the same questions over and over again! Natasha always makes my mum feel and look a million dollars and the atmosphere in the salon is friendly and welcoming. In fact I was so impressed that I now am also a customer! Natasha always takes the time to sit and discuss options for my toner and I am thrilled with the results ! No more brassy hair, just a cool, sleek colour. I would highly recommend Natasha without hesitation.

One very happy customer! I am over the moon with my new hairstyle. Mary is without doubt the only hairdresser that can cut my hair to perfection. She has done an amazing job of styling and lightening my hair. As someone who has had the same hairstyle for years ! I am so excited that I took Mary’s advice (which I asked for ) for me to go lighter but not too drastic. It’s fabulous. I have had so many compliments and I can blow dry it myself now because it is cut and shaped so well. The salon is very welcoming and I had a truly relaxing time. I really appreciate the efforts that have been taken to comply with Covid 19 safety & regulations. It is clear to see that the Clients needs & safety have come first. In these difficult times it is refreshing to be able to relax in a safe, friendly environment. A wonderful experience, lovely staff and overall excellent service all round. A lovely selection of products availability to buy too for yourself or a friend. I look forward to returning again soon .

It was my second appointment with Nadine today and my hair is just perfect - great colour and cut, exactly what I wanted. Nadine is very attentive and always listens to the customer's needs. And such a talented hairdresser, thank you! :)

I visited for the first time after months of needing a cut. The staff were warm and welcoming , which was a fabulous first impression. My assigned styling was very honest, letting me know that she would prefer to pass me to a more senior stylist, due to my hairstyle. I appreciated this honesty. My cut wasn't cheap but it was really well done and I like the finished style. The head massage was wonderful and so relaxing ! I think I probably overshared my life (! Lol)but my stylist, who I believe is the proprietor, was very lovely and didn't once show any kind of impatience with me..she was great!

Had a lovely hair cut today with Nadine. I didn't know what to do with my hair, but thanks to Nadine's knowledge I walked out with my hair looking much more healthy and with more volume! I also had a lovely head, neck and shoulder massage which was a really nice touch. Already booked back in for January! Thanks Nadine & the rest of the Beautifully Gorgeous team for being so warm and welcoming!

Super friendly, listen to what you want/need. Advise you well if you don't know what to do. Had Kyle do my hair today, realised he is the first male to ever do my hair and I couldn't be happier! He nailed it! Got exactly what I was hoping for, actually looks better than I had hoped for! He was passionate, knowledgeable, patient and just amazing! He's made me feel and feel like I look amazing and kept it healthy whilst giving good chat. Cannot thank or recommend enough! 🥰

This really is such a great salon, I had highlights and a cut with Barb and couldn’t be happier with the result, she’s fab!! All the staff are super friendly and they create a lovely, welcoming atmosphere. It’s also incredibly reasonably priced, especially compared to the other salons in Ringwood!! Have had several cuts and beard trims here now, and has always been a pleasant experience and received a good hair cut and trim. Modern booking system is very efficient and easy to use. Have also taken my 4year old here who was very well looked after.

Sabine is a really skilled, professional and creative hairdresser - I highly recommend her. She takes great care and really works with what you want as well as what suits your hair and it’s natural style. She also makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed with her friendly approach.

Sabine has been cutting and styling my hair for years and for the past three years has put some lovely blonde and golden tones through my dark hair. I always trust Sabine without needing to show pictures - she knows exactly what I will like and suit and creates the loveliest colours throughout my hair! Sabine will never let me leave if I'm not 100% happy with the final look and I wouldn't go elsewhere.

Sabine has been cutting and colouring my hair for years now, and despite the fact I don't live in the area, I still come back for my appointments. She is an absolutely wonderful colourist - she pays real attention to make sure that the hair colour and skin tone match, selecting toners is a collaborative process and the end results are beautiful and tasteful. Sabine has been cutting my thick, short hair for the past 6 months. I have been very pleased with each cut. She devotes quality time to my needs and gives meticulous attention to detail. I am so happy to have found her and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a brilliant stylist.

Over the years that i have had my haircut by Lucy I have found her to be amazing, she cuts my hair brilliantly I love my new cut and colour ,they know how to cut long hair correctly, people might think it's easier to cut, apparently not..others could not cut it , it ended up not being cut straight at the back...and best of all i know whenever I go and see Lucy I will walk away from the salon with my hair looking the best and Feeling refreshed! They know how to cut hair correctly unlike some places I've been to before coming here... The experience as usual was was perfect from start to finish. The team are so friendly! I love my new look. Absolute first class full head highlights colour, cut and blowdry with the brilliant Ealise for my daughter completed on Saturday 3rd Jan 2025. Ealise - your expertise and attention to detail is outstanding. Thank you also to Paul and his team for a very friendly professional experience.

Managed to book an appointment for my daughter with less than 24hrs notice. They always ask if you would like a drink and take any request my daughter has for her hair into consideration. She always leaves here really happy and full of confidence. Would recommend!

Second time taking our son for a haircut here and Amber was great with him and very patient when he didn’t sit still. Same price as a child’s cut at a barbershop but so much better.

My first visit to the Salon as the result of receiving a Gift Voucher…..chose to have a Pamper Pedicure and May was the therapist. She was lovely and made the experience one I’ll be happy to repeat in the future. Thanks a lot May, great job 👏👏👏

Fantastic beauty salon in the heart of Ringwood high street. All of the staff were wonderfully welcoming as soon as I arrived. I was taken to a treatment room by Casey for a fantastic back, neck and shoulder massage. Looking forward to my next treatment at Simply Beauty.

I left Carl Hollywood in Fordingbridge to attend T & G which is a bit better located for me at this time. Having been very satisfied previously I wasn't too sure if I'd be just as happy at Tony & Guy but decided to give them a try. I am not disappointed 😃 I previously saw Andrew who was fantastic but unfortunately left. I attended yesterday and saw Danny for highlights and cut. Once again I was really happy with the service I received. All the staff I've seen and spoken to have been happy, helpful and professional. The interior is absolutely fantastic and very clean and relaxing. Danny was absolutely fantastic in every way and a credit to the salon. I can highly recommend this salon.

Simply wonderful gold standard 5* service at Toni and Guy Ringwood last week. Always treated like royalty, offered complimentary Prosecco, plus a complimentary scalp/neck/shoulder message (bliss!). The staff are always knowledgeable, friendly and down-to-earth, and the result always outstanding. The saloon has chic and calming decor, and is located in a convenient location opposite easy access public car parking. Brilliant and stress-free experience every time. Wouldn't take my locks anywhere else!

Absolutely the best hairdresser I have ever been too. Verity is amazing at what she does. My hair looks and feels amazing after my visit. Friendly atmosphere and endless coffees! Always feel relaxed and comfortable. Would absolutely 100% recommend!

5 stars ! I tentatively tried metaraki hair studios for a cut and blow after seeing it had hundreds of 5 star reviews on fresha. I am so glad I did !!! My hair looks amazing and I feel great. The fact that it is one person a time makes all the difference when you have sensory issues or become anxious at the hairdressers due to noises or small talk. Great experience the whole thing only talk 1 hour and 15 mins.

Verity has been doing my hair for 2 years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. 😍. She is so passionate about what she does, and that’s exactly what makes an amazing hair dresser. 10/10

I can't recommend Verity enough, she's a very skilled hairdresser and makes you feel very at ease! She takes the time to make sure you're happy and time just flies by when I go!
