Always, always a fab experience at Elite! All the hairdressers are very experienced and creative, put you at ease and really listen to what you would like and are on hand with suggestions if you wish. You'll also have a lovely time whilst you're there. You can keep to the same or tweak/change every time you go and they're on board with expert advice and ideas. I rarely leave reviews but this salon is one of the easiest recommendations to make. The lovely Natalie is who I see...and she's brilliant, but I would in all honesty, happily see any of the other hairdressers if Nat was unavailable. They are ahead with creative techniques, tips, styles and predicted trends...and they've always been spot on. Thanks to all the team and especially Nat. If you're looking for a change give Elite a try...you'll be very pleased with your decision.

"After many years of not fully looking after my hair, my daughter suggested I visit this salon. And I was not disappointed. They removed all of my old hair color and completely transformed the condition of it. Then they gave it a treatment, colored it, and cut it. The staff are amazing. I'm a 60+ year old lady who gets nervous and they made me feel safe and comfortable. It was a pleasure going there and I look forward to going back. I love coming here. The environment is always really welcoming and it's clear that all the stylists know their stuff. It's lovely to see that lots do their training there. I have Nicole and she always sits me down before we start to go through her ideas. I know nothing about hair so she explains the best she can so I understand. She makes professional suggestions. She makes me feel really relaxed and allows me to chill! The rest of the team are always on hand for support. Recently, Nicole and Anna did a fantastic job of washing, blow-drying and curling 6 bridesmaids and myself as the bride the morning of my wedding. Fitted us in and made us all look and feel wonderful.

Had my hair cut by Nicole today (it hadn't been cut for a very long time) and I am very pleased with the results! Nicole gave me tips for my hair type and helped me with face framing to suit my face shape.

Had a fantastic appointment with Maxine this morning. She did a fabulous job with my hair but we also had a great chat and I came away feeling so happy and positive! Love it!

I came in wanting a restyle, with some ideas and photos but zero understanding of hair or if it would suit me. Laura took all of my requirements into account and told me exactly what was possible. She didn't try and pretend she could work miracles. As a result I ended up with a fab new style, that works for my face, hair, and limited time/skill at styling myself. I really don't enjoy visits to salons usually, but Hair OTT always make me feel welcome, calm, and in good hands throughout.

I love this hairdressers. I would definitely recommend. I used to move hair salons a lot as I never found one that felt right, or wasn't too happy with my cut when they were finished. This has never been the case with Shannon at Hair Ott Whiteley. She really listened to what I wanted and helped me to get my hair back to being healthy and starting to get long again after years of heat and bleach abuse 😅 always happy when I leave here :) 🩷

My daughter had an appointment with Lucy, she has Autism and hadn't been to a hair dresser in 3 years. Lucy took her through what she was going to do step by step in a really easy to understand way. She had such a great experience in Lucy's chair and has felt so confident since asking to go back already. Thank you for doing a wonderful job and making the experience so accessible for her. We have recommended Lucy to our daughters sen school :)

I have had LVL and brow shape/tint/lamination here a few times now. I’ve had problems with LVL elsewhere as my lashes are difficult but these ladies have done an outstanding job, and even saw me post appointment free of charge when I dropped in for some extra advice. Really recommend them, I had Katie and she’s shaped my usually very asymmetrical and low brows so well that I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Chatty, friendly staff and super comfortable relaxing surrounding. Thank you guys again!!

Been coming to these girls for years and even after moving to London recently I won’t go anywhere else to get my brows, lashes or nails done! Amazing customer service and care, always make everyone feel welcome and such a range of products/treatments you are spoilt for choice. They’ve recently made all the necessary adjustments and precautions so they can continue to treat customers safely during Covid-19, so I thoroughly recommend visiting them to get your post-lock-down beauty therapy!

Lovely salon with lovely staff. I've had eyebrow and liner Tattooing, massage and Lvl lash done at the salon and all treatments have been of the highest standard with amazing results. Can't thank the girls or recommend enough.

It was my second visit at the Tiny Salon and the whole experience is amazing. Laura is a talented hairdresser and puts so much love and thought into what she does that I always leave feeling so relaxed and loving my new haircut. Laura came to my house today and I got to experience the Tiny Salon! What a treat, I loved it! With Laura you will get a great consultation and quality hair cut. On top of this a relaxing head massage when getting your hair washed and a bunch of therapy cuddles from her Fab dog Bailey! The convenience of walking out of my house when WFH and only needing to take 2 hrs off to get my hair done was great. I definitely plan to use the Tiny Salon again!

Loved every minute of my haircut this evening! Laura was so friendly and chatty and the salon was so cosy and clean and all setup for Christmas including music which was such a lovely touch. Thank you for such a wonderfully relaxing massage I've had in a while. Sabine was very calming, lovely and did not mind at all using my own product as I have many skin allergies. I am hoping to come and see Sabine again soon!

Experience was amazing. Roxanne was so friendly and welcoming. She did an amazing job on my nails couldn’t ask for better!

Massage and facial were perfect. My only complaint is the blanket wasn’t big enough to cover my feet as well as up to my shoulders - a bigger blanket would have felt more relaxing. However - everything else was spot on and I’ll definitely be back x
