Came here after my mum recommended it, and I couldn’t be more happy!! The whole team there are so lovely and amazing, especially Gemma who did my hair. I’m so so thrilled with my hair, she gave me guidance on how to improve the health of my hair, gave me the best cut and colour and thank you to Chloe as well who styled it beautifully! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

First time having a cut and colour at Ventura. I had Amber who is really lovely and did a fantastic job of both. The salon has a great vibe about it and I would definitely recommend.

Georgie did a smashing job at fixing a mess up from another salon. Lovely and friendly. Felt very comfortable and safe leaving my hair in her hands. Best salon shampoo experience ever! Highly recommend and will be going back for my touch up in 7 weeks. Truly beautiful salon and very welcoming to newbies 🤍

Recently moved to the area and thought I'd come to TOCA for a wet cut. Had this done by Naomi. She was lovely and very easy to talk to. Found out they do perms so will be back there again in the near future to give that a go!

Georgie is amazing. She always gets it spot on and my blonde lasts so well. The products used in the salon are amazing, and the young girl who dried and styled my hair was so lovely too!

Georgie made me feel special from the moment i walked in, I wanted to go with layers and make my hair different rather than playing it safe. She did exactly what I wanted and the products she used were fab and mmsmelt like being on holiday.after my visit people commented on how lovely my hair looked. Also big shout out to Jan who always greets me with the biggest smile and is the best receptionist ever.

I came in wanting a restyle, with some ideas and photos but zero understanding of hair or if it would suit me. Laura took all of my requirements into account and told me exactly what was possible. She didn't try and pretend she could work miracles. As a result I ended up with a fab new style, that works for my face, hair, and limited time/skill at styling myself. I really don't enjoy visits to salons usually, but Hair OTT always make me feel welcome, calm, and in good hands throughout.

Had a fantastic appointment with Maxine this morning. She did a fabulous job with my hair but we also had a great chat and I came away feeling so happy and positive! Love it!

My daughter had an appointment with Lucy, she has Autism and hadn't been to a hair dresser in 3 years. Lucy took her through what she was going to do step by step in a really easy to understand way. She had such a great experience in Lucy's chair and has felt so confident since asking to go back already. Thank you for doing a wonderful job and making the experience so accessible for her. We have recommended Lucy to our daughters sen school :)

She & Maxine worked so well to try and incorporate the hair colours I’d asked for in the shorter time we had, and we’re so professional and honest with everything. The salon has a lovely welcoming feel. All the hairdressers are lovely, and very talented. I have used Heidi most times, and always get an amazing cut and colour. She gives great suggestions, but also listens completely to what I am asking for. I will not go anywhere else.

First time visiting Hideaway Hair Salon today. I’d heard great things about this place, especially about Anna who has a great reputation. Straight away I was welcomed from the lovely Willow who is the apprentice there who was the lady that was doing my treatment. She washed, blow dried and styled my hair for my evening out tonight and was fantastic, I couldn’t believe she had only been there for a short period. Communication was great and she did exactly what I wanted. The head massage was brilliant! Heidi also came over and introduced herself which was a nice touch. Overall, a fantastic visit making me feel very pampered. The whole experience was super friendly and the girls were all very welcoming, left very happy! I will be back!

I recently visited the salon and had an unfortunate experience with a trainee who got something stuck in my hair during washing, causing a severe knot. However, the team handled the situation impressively. Ella and Heidi spent an hour and a half meticulously untangling it, demonstrating patience and professionalism throughout. I wasn't charged for the service and was given a complimentary hair treatment. Despite the initial mishap, their excellent service turned a potentially negative experience into a positive one and I was happy with my highlights.

First time at this salon for Brazilian Keratin Treatment. The Salon is beautifully modern and extremely clean, parking was easy and free down any of the side roads. The staff were very kind and welcoming. Abbie did the treatment & cut afterwards and couldn’t be happier with the result…no more frizz or having to use straighteners!! Will definitely be a repeat client, not just for hair but the hand & body treatments sound great too.

Had my first appointment for a keratin treatment with Elise, and I’m super happy with the results! A week later, my hair feels smooth, manageable, and shiny. Elise did an amazing job, and I’ll definitely be returning!

I went to Chique Hair & Beauty Salon for the first time yesterday. It is a lovely salon and staff and they made me feel very comfortable especially Ellen who done a excellent job on my over coloured, unruly hair. Ellen explained everything she was going to do and why. Ellen put me at ease and is so friendly and made me some lovely cups of coffee and biscuits. I will definitely be back as a regular customer. Came for a last minute eyebrow tidy up. The salon itself was spotless and all staff were cleaning thoroughly before and after clients. Very reassuring. Everyone wore masks and there was perspex screens at the nail stations. The lady who did my eyebrows was lovely and did a wonderful job. I will definitely return.

If you’re trying to find a regular nail artist that perfects everything they do this is the place! The girls are so lovely and Gemma made sure my nails were exactly how I wanted them spending extra time re doing the nail art so it was perfect! She knows her stuff and was such a delight to be around, booked in again to get infills was a very good experience! Definitely recommend and thank you so much for the gorgeous nails and hospitality 💗

I was so pleased to find a little gem call The Salon while on holiday in Hamble in September. I visited twice in the end, first to have my pedicure and manicure which were both lovely and then I went back for a fantastic full today massage and a facial - heaven, expertly done. Really good massage. Only things I could suggest that would be better would have been being asked if the pressure was ok, because I felt a bit awkward to ask for more firm. And maybe some BG relaxing massage. But the oil smelled amazing, and the stones were nice and hot.

I had only been to Tyme4U for manicures and facials before. I’d been suffering with stress for a while and for Christmas my husband gave me some money to use for a treatment. I chose to have a Thai foot massage with added hot stones. It was an amazing experience and the added hot stones were amazing. Jess did the massage very well and the experience really lifted my mood. Over 24 hours later and I still feel great. I highly recommend anyone to have a treatment at Tyme4U. The staff are friendly and caring and really give their clients the best experience.
