I absolutely love the staff at Richmond House Beauty. They are all so wonderful and talented. I had my second manicure and gel nails today and I absolutely love them. I highly recommend Richmond House. The salon and all facilities and tools are immaculate. The staff always extremely well presented with big smiles and lovely conversation. I love my visits here and hope to try the new salon in Stockbridge. Well done team your all amazing. 🤩

This was my 2nd time visiting for a facial treatment with the lovely Hannah who is very welcoming, professional and explains everything she is going to do from beginning to end. Hannah made me feel so comfortable and relaxed during and after my treatment. I have also invested in a set of cryo balls which Hannah showed me how to use to get the best from them at home. I, and others have noticed a visible difference in my skin since my first treatment, that is why I have booked my 3rd facial treatment with Hannah for 11 weeks time.

So happy with my BIAB/Gel Removal and Apply. Maisie is lovely and has done an excellent job. Love the colour.

I've been twice now and each time had a lovely experience! It's definitely a place to go for a treat, as it's pricier than a lot of other salons, but I felt the overall experience is worth it. The atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming. I had a french manicure with Sophie who is lovely. She is knowledgeable, precise and takes great care to check you're happy with the outcome. So pleased with my Mani and can't wait for the next visit!

I had only been to Tyme4U for manicures and facials before. I’d been suffering with stress for a while and for Christmas my husband gave me some money to use for a treatment. I chose to have a Thai foot massage with added hot stones. It was an amazing experience and the added hot stones were amazing. Jess did the massage very well and the experience really lifted my mood. Over 24 hours later and I still feel great. I highly recommend anyone to have a treatment at Tyme4U. The staff are friendly and caring and really give their clients the best experience.

Fabulous experience at Tyme4u! I met Hannah today who was super friendly, professional and gave me lots of info on hair cycles and after care. Sugaring is where it’s at!! I’ve booked to return and have now found my go to place for beauty. Awesome beauty therapy! Thanks heaps 🌟❤️

Really good massage. Only things I could suggest that would be better would have been being asked if the pressure was ok, because I felt a bit awkward to ask for more firm. And maybe some BG relaxing massage. But the oil smelled amazing, and the stones were nice and hot.

Georgie did a smashing job at fixing a mess up from another salon. Lovely and friendly. Felt very comfortable and safe leaving my hair in her hands. Best salon shampoo experience ever! Georgie made me feel special from the moment i walked in, I wanted to go with layers and make my hair different rather than playing it safe. She did exactly what I wanted and the products she used were fab and mmsmelt like being on holiday.after my visit people commented on how lovely my hair looked. Also big shout out to Jan who always greets me with the biggest smile and is the best receptionist ever.

Georgie is amazing. She always gets it spot on and my blonde lasts so well. The products used in the salon are amazing, and the young girl who dried and styled my hair was so lovely too!

The best salon experience I’ve ever had. Naomi (my stylist) and Summer (the apprentice) were so lovely to me, it felt like I was there with friends. My hair is perfect, exactly what I wanted and Summer even went the extra mile from what I paid for (completely blow drying instead of the rough dry I paid for) because it was cold outside. I’ll probably never use another salon.

Super happy with my experience at Morgan’s Hair Salon. Had a consultation initially with Shauna and showed her some ideas I had, she knew exactly what I wanted and I’m so happy with how my hair turned out. It was my first ever salon experience and she made me feel at ease with her kindness and experience!

Niamh always does my nails and every time pulls off the design effortlessly. I have come in previously with a drawn out plan with a different design on each nail and Niamh was able to not only create it exactly as imagined but to go beyond my expectations for the design. I’m never disappointed when I leave the appointments and I always get compliments on the nails wherever I go. Couldn’t recommend her enough.

If you're unsure on what you want Courtney is amazing and will talk you through lots of options. Ellen is really lovely I have been coming here for Almost two years and she has always done amazing hairdos on me. I was worried at first as she was training but she is one of the best hairdressers I have had ever. I was recommended highly by a family member and I am truly glad this is my permanent hairdresser. First time at this salon for Brazilian Keratin Treatment. The Salon is beautifully modern and extremely clean, parking was easy and free down any of the side roads. The staff were very kind and welcoming. Abbie did the treatment & cut afterwards and couldn’t be happier with the result…no more frizz or having to use straighteners!! Will definitely be a repeat client, not just for hair but the hand & body treatments sound great too.

I was greeted with a smile and made to feel comfortable from the word go. Melissa was friendly but remained professional. The massage was heavenly, she massaged using just the right amount of pressure which made the whole experience very relaxing and comfortable. My shoulders prior to the massage were very tense but after they felt so much better. It was just what I needed with being a new mum and always on the go. I will definitely come back for the same again very soon. Thank you very much :)

I love this hairdressers. I would definitely recommend. I used to move hair salons a lot as I never found one that felt right, or wasn't too happy with my cut when they were finished. This has never been the case with Shannon at Hair Ott Whiteley. She really listened to what I wanted and helped me to get my hair back to being healthy and starting to get long again after years of heat and bleach abuse 😅 always happy when I leave here :) 🩷

I came in wanting a restyle, with some ideas and photos but zero understanding of hair or if it would suit me. Laura took all of my requirements into account and told me exactly what was possible. She didn't try and pretend she could work miracles. As a result I ended up with a fab new style, that works for my face, hair, and limited time/skill at styling myself. I really don't enjoy visits to salons usually, but Hair OTT always make me feel welcome, calm, and in good hands throughout.
