Niamh always does my nails and every time pulls off the design effortlessly. I have come in previously with a drawn out plan with a different design on each nail and Niamh was able to not only create it exactly as imagined but to go beyond my expectations for the design. I’m never disappointed when I leave the appointments and I always get compliments on the nails wherever I go. Couldn’t recommend her enough.

I have been visiting Innovation salon for 2 years now since I first moved to Stubbington. I have my roots retouched every 4 weeks & a cut every 8 weeks by Abby who is just amazing! I know that I can sit back & relax in Abby’s professional hands & my hair always looks and feels amazing when I leave. I look forward to my catch ups with Abby, she is always warm, friendly and professional as are all the staff at Innovation. First time visiting Hideaway Hair Salon today. I’d heard great things about this place, especially about Anna who has a great reputation. Straight away I was welcomed from the lovely Willow who is the apprentice there who was the lady that was doing my treatment. She washed, blow dried and styled my hair for my evening out tonight and was fantastic, I couldn’t believe she had only been there for a short period. Communication was great and she did exactly what I wanted. The head massage was brilliant! Heidi also came over and introduced herself which was a nice touch. Overall, a fantastic visit making me feel very pampered. The whole experience was super friendly and the girls were all very welcoming, left very happy! I will be back!

The salon has a lovely welcoming feel. All the hairdressers are lovely, and very talented. I have used Heidi most times, and always get an amazing cut and colour. She gives great suggestions, but also listens completely to what I am asking for. I will not go anywhere else.

First time at this salon for Brazilian Keratin Treatment. The Salon is beautifully modern and extremely clean, parking was easy and free down any of the side roads. The staff were very kind and welcoming. Abbie did the treatment & cut afterwards and couldn’t be happier with the result…no more frizz or having to use straighteners!! Will definitely be a repeat client, not just for hair but the hand & body treatments sound great too.

I went to Chique Hair & Beauty Salon for the first time yesterday. It is a lovely salon and staff and they made me feel very comfortable especially Ellen who done a excellent job on my over coloured, unruly hair. Ellen explained everything she was going to do and why. Ellen put me at ease and is so friendly and made me some lovely cups of coffee and biscuits. I will definitely be back as a regular customer. I had my ombre brows done today with Cat and I must say she is absolutely amazing! I had previously had them done twice in the past (not by Cat) and was a little concerned about having them done again as I was never really happy with my shape. When I had my consultation with Cat she was really understanding, warm and went through everything in a professional and friendly way. Today I put my total trust in her and my brows are so lovely! We discussed each stage and the process was very relaxed. The aftercare information was explained in detail and I was given aftercare products to use at home. I had brow lamination and a lash lift, and they are amazing! I've never had anything like this done before, but Cat was so helpful and knew exactly what my goal was and what would suit me. I love my brows and lashes so much, thank you!

I had very thin eyebrows partly due to me over plucking (90s) and I lost the rest from my chemo. I was super nervous and I think I was driving poor Catherine to distraction but I could not have been happier with the whole experience start to finish she was calm, chatty and made me feel at ease. I absolutely LOVE my brows and I will not be going any where else! I’ve recommended her to so many peopl and they are so natural that unless I tell people, they don’t know.

I will go no where else for my eyebrows! I have been going to Catherine for over a year now and her knowledge and professionalism around the aesthetics of the face is unbelievable. I have had HD brows, brow lamination and after my brows have grown to their full potential I will be indulging in micro-blading. She really takes so much care on making you look and feel your best. It also helps that she's lovely too and makes you feel very welcome. 100% recommend.

I was greeted with a smile and made to feel comfortable from the word go. Melissa was friendly but remained professional. The massage was heavenly, she massaged using just the right amount of pressure which made the whole experience very relaxing and comfortable. My shoulders prior to the massage were very tense but after they felt so much better. It was just what I needed with being a new mum and always on the go. I will definitely come back for the same again very soon. Thank you very much :)

Came for a last minute eyebrow tidy up. The salon itself was spotless and all staff were cleaning thoroughly before and after clients. Very reassuring. Everyone wore masks and there was perspex screens at the nail stations. The lady who did my eyebrows was lovely and did a wonderful job. I will definitely return.

Today I had the most incredible pregnancy massage with Emily and I cannot begin to tell you how amazing it was, and how incredible I feel. I recently went to HarSpa for a maternity package and I wouldn’t ever return or recommend it to anyone. I came to Vivid beauty and even just speaking to Emily I knew it was going to be the best massage of my life. I was constantly checked on to make sure I was comfortable, and from start to finish, I felt so relaxed and at ease. I have come home feeling like a new person. I wish I had one sooner! If you’re trying to find a regular nail artist that perfects everything they do this is the place! The girls are so lovely and Gemma made sure my nails were exactly how I wanted them spending extra time re doing the nail art so it was perfect! She knows her stuff and was such a delight to be around, booked in again to get infills was a very good experience! I visited the Waltham chase branch this evening. Wow what a beautiful salon. Offered a drink as soon as I arrived there’s plenty to choose from. I was very nervous as have been with my hairdresser for years, but can honestly say what a wonderful job Katie has done with my hair, I am so pleased and would highly recommend her to anyone. Such a lovely girl who is amazing at her job. 10/10 for me and I am very fussy with my hair! Thanks so much

I was at a loss since my usual barber was not well. Out of desperation I phoned Brown's to see if I could get a haircut promptly. They were most accommodating. It wasn't really the haircutting experience I was used to. But I am very happy with the result. The hairdresser, Molly, was very attentive, going the extra mile to make sure I was 100 percent happy with my haircut. Highly recommend!

After having a consultation, regarding my hair colour and damage the bleach was doing to my hair, I decided to go for something different. I am loving the purple and can not wait to show it to my family and friends. The cut looks fabulous and when I paid my bill, I was very pleasantly surprised to see the £10 consultation fee was refunded.
