May was lovely, very sweet & gentle & gave me a lovely foot & leg massage as part of my pedicure treatment. Her attention to detail was perfect. The salon is lovely too, smells amazing & very friendly. Highly recommend.

Fantastic beauty salon in the heart of Ringwood high street. All of the staff were wonderfully welcoming as soon as I arrived. I was taken to a treatment room by Casey for a fantastic back, neck and shoulder massage. Looking forward to my next treatment at Simply Beauty.

The last hair cut I had at a different salon ended up not being a great experience which had left me nervous but this salon gave me an amazing experience! Jasmin was kind and gentle and gave me advice on how my chosen style would look best - honestly it was the best experience and I can't wait to have my hair cut again!

Great traditional friendly barber within a market place town where everyone knows each other. I've been having a proper man's haircut there for 10 years. It reminds me of the barber's I used to go with my father when I was a child. The only thing missing is being asked, "Something for the weekend sir".

One very happy customer! I am over the moon with my new hairstyle. Mary is without doubt the only hairdresser that can cut my hair to perfection. She has done an amazing job of styling and lightening my hair. As someone who has had the same hairstyle for years ! I am so excited that I took Mary’s advice (which I asked for ) for me to go lighter but not too drastic. It’s fabulous. I have had so many compliments and I can blow dry it myself now because it is cut and shaped so well. The salon is very welcoming and I had a truly relaxing time. I really appreciate the efforts that have been taken to comply with Covid 19 safety & regulations. It is clear to see that the Clients needs & safety have come first. In these difficult times it is refreshing to be able to relax in a safe, friendly environment. A wonderful experience, lovely staff and overall excellent service all round. A lovely selection of products availability to buy too for yourself or a friend. I look forward to returning again soon .

I have been coming to the salon for the past 3 years as it is very near to me and I needed a hairdresser for my elderly mother who suffers from dementia. From the outset, Natasha was so kind and understanding with my mum who asks the same questions over and over again! Natasha always makes my mum feel and look a million dollars and the atmosphere in the salon is friendly and welcoming. In fact I was so impressed that I now am also a customer! Natasha always takes the time to sit and discuss options for my toner and I am thrilled with the results ! No more brassy hair, just a cool, sleek colour. I would highly recommend Natasha without hesitation.

I have been visiting William and Mary’s for some time now- I usually have a whole head of highlights done by Mary and I have to say nobody has ever done such an amazing job as her ❤️ Having tried several places in the past I now wouldn’t go anywhere else! The whole salon feel is fantastic, all members of the team are attentive and extremely professional, you feel as tho you are a part of one big family and nothing is too much trouble. Dealing with the Covid restrictions for any business at this time is challenging but Mary and her team have it sorted with all precautions in place I felt safe and comfortable. If you want amazing service-amazing hair and to spend a couple of hours relaxing in a lovely environment William and Mary’s is the place to go!

Today was my first visit to William and Mary hair and it won’t be my last. Callum did a fantastic job on my hair, I love it. From my first consultation to leaving today Callum made sure I was completely happy, he is so friendly and is an excellent stylist. I’ve already booked my next appointment as well as a different appointment for my daughter.

I Felt the whole team went above and beyond, I was greeted at the door and they shook my hand. The hair washing was done really well, my hair wasn't pulled and the water was a good temperature and I was offered a neck and shoulder massage. I had prosecco and popcorn which felt like a treat. My hairdresser was lovely, seemed interested in my hair and interested in me, they offered a personal service. I felt really comfortable and welcomed throughout

This was my first visit to the salon. I was made to feel very welcome as soon as I entered and offered coffee. I had booked highlights and a cut and blow dry. Danny and Jimmy both took time to understand what I was looking for and offered sound advice. The whole salon experience was very enjoyable and the end result of both the colour and cut were amazing. The icing on the cake…a glass of Prosecco…..

Have had several cuts and beard trims here now, and has always been a pleasant experience and received a good hair cut and trim. Modern booking system is very efficient and easy to use. Have also taken my 4year old here who was very well looked after.

He nailed it! Got exactly what I was hoping for, actually looks better than I had hoped for! He was passionate, knowledgeable, patient and just amazing! Olivier really is the best hairdresser I've ever had. He pays particular attention to hair type and how a cut will change as it grows. He is very enthusiastic and a super nice guy so getting your haircut is always a great experience. I definitely recommend!

Olivier is wonderful, love the haircut and his approach to colouring too. Beautiful. Loved everything about this salon. UNTIL 10 minutes ago when I decided to make another appointment, and found out his prices have SKYROCKETED! :( :( and almost DOUBLED! I am so sad, absolutely heartbroken, as I really liked the stylist and his work. But sadly, I simply can no longer afford to come to his salon, so have to look somewhere else. :(( Oh what an absolute shame though. Best of luck Olivier! Hope you will consider lowering your prices though!

Myself and my daughter both had a cut and conditioning treatment there yesterday. I have severe asthma so don't go anywhere I do not 100% feel safe. As we have been using the salon for the past twelve years, I knew that Jenny & ALL the staff would make sure that everyone's safety comes first with a negligible impact on price. We were due to have a haircut the day we went into lockdown so like everyone else we needed a lot taking off rather than just the usual regular trim. Thank you Lee and Jade for taking the time to make us feel human again! To anyone new in Bransgore or here on holiday, I would thoroughly recommend a haircut in this happy and relaxed environment.

Chelsea has been doing my manicure regularly now for around 5 years and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. No one does a better a job; she is incredibly professional, friendly and an absolutely fantastic therapist. Her work is always precise and she takes great pride in doing a flawless job. Huge selection of colours to choose from too. 10/10 would recommend.

Absolutely lovely treatment today at B Beauti by Ellie! My mother and I got our eyelashes lifted and tinted and the entire process was fab! I’ve had my eyelashes done many times at different places and genuinely have never been so happy with the outcome, they were done so well and we were both deeply pleased and will 10000% be returning!! Ellie was a very professional and friendly beautician that made us both feel very relaxed, we laughed and chatted and the time flew by. Such a refreshing change to previous salons I’ve been too! The other treatments on offer looked fab too! The phone reminders and entire process from booking, sample test and treatment was great! Had my eyebrows done by Chelsea, she was the nicest and even though I was late she still made the effort to do it for me. I love how she did my eyebrows will definitely be returning!
