Sami is the best beauty and aesthetic therapist I’ve ever met in England! Professional, empathetic, friendly and, above all, really really good at her job. She listens to you and understands your requirements. Paying attention to every little detail, she takes pride of her work and the outcome is outstanding. Therefore, I highly recommend her!

After reading previous amazing reviews here, I made an appointment for eyebrows microblading at the salon. And I can say that I agree with everything that’s been said and more. Sammy is wonderful and I felt well informed throughout the whole process. From the first test appointment to the last- top up, all went smooth and I am very happy with the result. I will be definitely returning for other treatments as well.

I had an excellent massage by Sammy and my wife had her nails expertly manicured and french polished. Sammy is very helpful and friendly and has a very nice salon, she is very professional and carries out her services to perfection. We will be very happy to return for more treatments and highly recommend.

I've been twice now and each time had a lovely experience! It's definitely a place to go for a treat, as it's pricier than a lot of other salons, but I felt the overall experience is worth it. The atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming. I had a french manicure with Sophie who is lovely. She is knowledgeable, precise and takes great care to check you're happy with the outcome. So pleased with my Mani and can't wait for the next visit!

I absolutely love the staff at Richmond House Beauty. They are all so wonderful and talented. I had my second manicure and gel nails today and I absolutely love them. I highly recommend Richmond House. The salon and all facilities and tools are immaculate. The staff always extremely well presented with big smiles and lovely conversation. I love my visits here and hope to try the new salon in Stockbridge. Well done team your all amazing. 🤩

This was my 2nd time visiting for a facial treatment with the lovely Hannah who is very welcoming, professional and explains everything she is going to do from beginning to end. Hannah made me feel so comfortable and relaxed during and after my treatment. I have also invested in a set of cryo balls which Hannah showed me how to use to get the best from them at home. I, and others have noticed a visible difference in my skin since my first treatment, that is why I have booked my 3rd facial treatment with Hannah for 11 weeks time.

When I was diagnosed with breast cancer we initially thought I wouldn’t be needing chemo but with very little notice the plan changed. I remember sitting at home with a girl friend on that Sunday afternoon, listing what was most important to me before I started treatment. My eyebrows were pretty high up on the list! I knew it would help my self esteem and confidence over the coming 6months. Helen was amazing and squeezed me in, she made them better than they were already and when my hair finally gave way I still managed to look and feel like me. I can’t thank Helen and the brow team at Winchester brow clinic enough for their support and care and would recommend them being on anyone’s to do list when our body can’t quite give us the confidence we need.

I recently had microblading done with Helen and I am so happy with the result. Helen is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about her craft. Every piece of advice she gave was spot on and I felt in safe hands from my first appointment. I would highly recommend her and I will be back in a couple of years when my brows need a top up.

I have been coming to Theresa for a range of beauty treatments for many years and I've been very satisfied and happy with her professionalism, support and in-depth knowledge of skin care. I have very sensitive skin which is easily prone to dryness, redness and itchiness and Theresa's knowledge and use of beautiful natural products have really helped with this condition. She also has an excellent knowledge of mature skin care too and has undergone much training in the latest techniques of beauty care. I firstly visited Theresa for a consultation to make a start on my new skin journey. Theresa is extremely knowledgable, super kind and beyond helpful. A week later i returned for my first (of many!) facials. Well, I have never had an experience like it, not even in a spa! One word - WOW! Theresa’s home salon is the perfect place to relax, a warm treatment bed, and the most incredible products were applied to my face. Whilst the masque was on I had a head massage that sent me to sleep! It was truly wonderful. I’ve rebooked for 4 weeks and already I cannot wait! Thank you Theresa!

Came here after my mum recommended it, and I couldn’t be more happy!! The whole team there are so lovely and amazing, especially Gemma who did my hair. I booked in to see Barry for a restyle on the advice of a friend.I’d been going to the same hairdresser for many years, but recently hadn’t been overly happy with my cut. I was equal parts terrified and excited, but Barry put me at ease straight away and was great at communicating. Colour by Chloe and Cut by Lucy. WOW! It is the best colour and cut of my life. I have wavy tricky hair and have never left a salon without needing a post salon wash and dry. Lucy nailed the cut and dry, my curly waves were perfect and it look and feel amazing. The colour is glorious, with warm tones to welcome autumn. The size of the highlights perfectly highlight my cut. Thank you so much for a fresh youthful look.

Pam has been doing my hair for years. I go every 4 weeks and each visit she inspires me with new things. Whether it's a new approach to my hair colour, growing it differently or recommendations. Yesterday was my third visit...what can I say. As ever, everyone was amazing! From the moment you step through the door you are treated like a friend.
