I've never had a lash lift before or been to the Brow Clinic before but I'd 100% recommend. Isadora was absolutely lovely. The atmosphere in the whole salon was really great. The results are really amazing. I have already booked my second appointment!

When I was diagnosed with breast cancer we initially thought I wouldn’t be needing chemo but with very little notice the plan changed. I remember sitting at home with a girl friend on that Sunday afternoon, listing what was most important to me before I started treatment. My eyebrows were pretty high up on the list! I knew it would help my self esteem and confidence over the coming 6months. Helen was amazing and squeezed me in, she made them better than they were already and when my hair finally gave way I still managed to look and feel like me. I can’t thank Helen and the brow team at Winchester brow clinic enough for their support and care and would recommend them being on anyone’s to do list when our body can’t quite give us the confidence we need.

After reading previous amazing reviews here, I made an appointment for eyebrows microblading at the salon. And I can say that I agree with everything that’s been said and more. Sammy is wonderful and I felt well informed throughout the whole process. From the first test appointment to the last- top up, all went smooth and I am very happy with the result. I will be definitely returning for other treatments as well.

Sami is the best beauty and aesthetic therapist I’ve ever met in England! Professional, empathetic, friendly and, above all, really really good at her job. I had an excellent massage by Sammy and my wife had her nails expertly manicured and french polished. Sammy is very helpful and friendly and has a very nice salon, she is very professional and carries out her services to perfection. Teresa is just wonderful - she does my eyebrows perfectly and always with a smile. She is so generous with her time and flexibility - I am yet to turn up to an appointment on time and she always greets me with a warm welcome and complete understanding of me constantly running behind schedule! I firstly visited Theresa for a consultation to make a start on my new skin journey. Theresa is extremely knowledgable, super kind and beyond helpful. A week later i returned for my first (of many!) facials. Well, I have never had an experience like it, not even in a spa! One word - WOW! Theresa’s home salon is the perfect place to relax, a warm treatment bed, and the most incredible products were applied to my face. Whilst the masque was on I had a head massage that sent me to sleep! It was truly wonderful. I’ve rebooked for 4 weeks and already I cannot wait! Thank you Theresa!

I have been coming to Theresa for a range of beauty treatments for many years and I've been very satisfied and happy with her professionalism, support and in-depth knowledge of skin care. I have very sensitive skin which is easily prone to dryness, redness and itchiness and Theresa's knowledge and use of beautiful natural products have really helped with this condition. She also has an excellent knowledge of mature skin care too and has undergone much training in the latest techniques of beauty care. Anne and Paul helped by Emma and Liam run a lovely business. I never really know what I want when I go in. 5 to 10 minutes of discussing the things that are wrong or what I'm not happy with. An idea forms in their mind of what the end result needs. They start with a lovely hair wash and then the cut. The end result is always fabulous. I always go back.

Fab customer service. Really friendly staff. I've had a range of services at the salon including blow dry, re-style hair cut, full head of highlights, all of which have been top quality. BEST salon in Winchester - Wouldn't go anywhere else!! They are also very Covid safe if anyone is nervous about going to a salon.

A very enjoyable experience. I went in for a facial and left very relaxed and my face was super clean and soft. The building is lovely but the rooms are not very private, however this doesn't bother me at all since you're just there for the treatment and not to have extremely private conversations anyway. I had a great beautician who was gentle and thorough, alas I didn't catch her name! The facial was done with very good technique and I've booked my next appointment. I look forward to it.
