Came here after my mum recommended it, and I couldn’t be more happy!! The whole team there are so lovely and amazing, especially Gemma who did my hair. I’m so so thrilled with my hair, she gave me guidance on how to improve the health of my hair, gave me the best cut and colour and thank you to Chloe as well who styled it beautifully! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I absolutely love the staff at Richmond House Beauty. They are all so wonderful and talented. I had my second manicure and gel nails today and I absolutely love them. I highly recommend Richmond House. The salon and all facilities and tools are immaculate. The staff always extremely well presented with big smiles and lovely conversation. I love my visits here and hope to try the new salon in Stockbridge. Well done team your all amazing. 🤩

This was my 2nd time visiting for a facial treatment with the lovely Hannah who is very welcoming, professional and explains everything she is going to do from beginning to end. Hannah made me feel so comfortable and relaxed during and after my treatment. I have also invested in a set of cryo balls which Hannah showed me how to use to get the best from them at home. I, and others have noticed a visible difference in my skin since my first treatment, that is why I have booked my 3rd facial treatment with Hannah for 11 weeks time.

Very friendly. But also respected when I wanted quiet and to just relax and enjoy the treatment. Very good at giving advice on colours. Kept checking in to ensure she wasn't being too rough and if the water was warm enough. Would recommend. Thanks for a very relaxing experience.

Pam has been doing my hair for years. I go every 4 weeks and each visit she inspires me with new things. Whether it's a new approach to my hair colour, growing it differently or recommendations. She knows I love the head massage when rinsing, and personally ensures I'm not disappointed. Great salon, friendly atmosphere, staff are lovely.

Highly recommend! I had Jess colour my hair and we went through what I wanted - my natural colour with a touch of warmth, and she absolutely nailed it! Alex also totally understood what I wanted from the cut and did an amazing job. Very happy with the results.

Yesterday was my third visit...what can I say. As ever, everyone was amazing! From the moment you step through the door you are treated like a friend. Alex is fantastic, she makes you feel calm and listens to your suggestions adding her own so you get the best experience. I had an excellent massage by Sammy and my wife had her nails expertly manicured and french polished. Sammy is very helpful and friendly and has a very nice salon, she is very professional and carries out her services to perfection. After reading previous amazing reviews here, I made an appointment for eyebrows microblading at the salon. And I can say that I agree with everything that’s been said and more. Sammy is wonderful and I felt well informed throughout the whole process. From the first test appointment to the last- top up, all went smooth and I am very happy with the result. I will be definitely returning for other treatments as well.

If any body is looking for a wonderful experience when getting there hair coloured or high lighted. Look no further Lee is just wonderful, he takes time to listen to you very caring person, but most of all he is a master at colour. I just love how he does my hair. Ben is an incredible hairdresser, i always walk into the salon feeling welcomed and reassured that i will have “top quality service”. He uses the correct colour, toning products and techniques to enhance my hair to it’s full capacity. Ben is very specific, and always wants his result to turn out to perfection. I always feel safe and reassured that i’ll be taken care of. When i give Ben my ideas he is 100% accurate in delivering the service as per request from the start of the appointment. I could not recommend more highly urban retreat , I arrived at the salon with hair that had been blasted by sun, sea and chlorine it was in a terrible state ! I left urban green looking and feeling like a new woman having been in the capable hands of Hannah with restored locks and a bounce in my step as a result . Thankyou . I have been coming to Theresa for a range of beauty treatments for many years and I've been very satisfied and happy with her professionalism, support and in-depth knowledge of skin care. I have very sensitive skin which is easily prone to dryness, redness and itchiness and Theresa's knowledge and use of beautiful natural products have really helped with this condition. She also has an excellent knowledge of mature skin care too and has undergone much training in the latest techniques of beauty care. She is a true professional in all aspects of beauty therapy, care and management and works to a very high personal standard.

I firstly visited Theresa for a consultation to make a start on my new skin journey. Theresa is extremely knowledgable, super kind and beyond helpful. A week later i returned for my first (of many!) facials. Well, I have never had an experience like it, not even in a spa! One word - WOW! Theresa’s home salon is the perfect place to relax, a warm treatment bed, and the most incredible products were applied to my face. Whilst the masque was on I had a head massage that sent me to sleep! It was truly wonderful. I’ve rebooked for 4 weeks and already I cannot wait! Thank you Theresa!

I chose this hairdresser because Lucy specializes in cutting curly hair, and I’m so glad I did! I had my color done by Chloe and my cut by Lucy. It can be tricky to get an appointment since Lucy is quite busy, so if you need a weekend slot like me, I’d recommend booking in advance. They had to reschedule my appointment, but they were incredibly accommodating. The salon itself is beautiful with a great atmosphere—you feel super comfortable. Chloe was amazing at listening and helping me choose the perfect red-brown shade, and she was so lovely throughout the process. Lucy was also incredible—she understands curly hair so well, and I trusted her completely. The results were fantastic! I also purchased two products from Authentic Beauty Concept: the Glow Spray Serum, which smells amazing and protects from heat, and the Hydrate Curl Enhancer, which hydrates and styles curls beautifully. I used it alongside a peptide from ICON, and the results were bouncy, loose curls with no frizz. I’ll definitely be coming back regularly and can’t recommend this place enough! Plus, it’s well-located in the center of Winchester

I booked in to see Barry for a restyle on the advice of a friend.I’d been going to the same hairdresser for many years, but recently hadn’t been overly happy with my cut. I was equal parts terrified and excited, but Barry put me at ease straight away and was great at communicating. I came out with an amazing cut and feeling fantastic!I’m so glad I was brave enough to make the change!

I started going here a couple of years ago when my previous salon let me down. I have never had a bad experience here, Becky always does an amazing cut and as my hair is coloured and bleached pretty regularly she always makes sure my hair is back to amazing condition by the time I leave, not to mention that I always leave with the colour I have asked for. The atmostphere is lovely and I have never felt so at ease at a salon. I would definitely recommend having your hair done here!
