Such a pleasant experience albeit not the most pleasant treatment! Beth is so kind and understanding and does such a thorough job on the old hairs. I always feel very comfortable and confident.

Danni is a pure genius! She is the reason that I'm able to function through regular massages. I would be lost without her in-depth anatomy knowledge and her ability to work out the actual problem area.

My friend and I visited today and couldn’t wish for a better experience. Everything applied had the most wonderful aroma. Being hyper sensitive, I was so pleased that nothing used caused a reaction. We are eager to return. Thank you girls.

My first visit today. What a hidden gem. I didn't really want to write a review so we could keep the place a secret!! But that's not fair. As soon as we arrived my friend and I were made to feel very welcome and comfortable. We were given a choice of teas, we chose Rose(delicious). We both had a pedicure treatment which was professional and relaxing . We will definitely be returning to try other treatments. Thank you.

Had an amazing full herbal spa pedicure this afternoon. The hot stone massage was great. The atmosphere was very relaxing and friendly. Both sisters were equally welcoming and lovely. I will go back. Thank you feels likes I'm walking on air

Paul is great. Was recommended to him by a friend a few years ago. Wouldn’t go anywhere else even tho I moved house 18 months ago and it takes me 90 minutes to get to him!

Paul is the best hairdresser I have ever been to. I find it hard trusting anyone with my blonde hair but Paul was absolutely fantastic. He has highlighted it to perfection, just as light as I like it but also keeping it natural looking and blended with my natural tone. 10/10 recommend!

Paul is the best hairdresser you could wish to meet. I have been a client for more than 18 years, every visit is a success, his cut and colouring skills / expertise are outstanding (he manages to get my rather thin and limpish hair into shape) ..... and apart from his professional skills he is a very nice person to deal with.

I recently got a cut and blow dry done at the Canopy Hair in Petersfield and wasn't completely satisfied with the final outcome. Dan made sure I got what I wanted and called me back in for what I was looking for. I've loved my hair since then and as you said I did get taken out for dinner yesterday by my husband with that beautiful hairdo😁❤️❤️ Thanks Dan!! I had a bond repair treatment and blow-dry with Eve. I absolutely loved the results, my hair is so soft now and I feel I don't need to use conditioner. But more importantly, Eve curled my hair and it lasted 3 days!!! This never happens, the curls usually just fall flat by the end of the day. I will definitely be back 😁

Megan was incredible! I had a wax and nails and I was definitely nervous for one of them! I was made to feel super comfortable and everything was explained to me. I might actually do it again! I will be making this my regular nail place for sure!

Laura coloured my hair, she gave great advice and got rid of my horrible brassy tones. Rosie cut my hair, she really listened to me and I felt she understood my requirements. Great experience in Salon 16 yesterday. Went in, hair a total mess, yellow with a grim regrowth strip, came out looking like a grown up. Hair now subtlety- graded, natural thru to honey. Really pleased, thank you Meghan, and for being so easy to work with. I’ll be back!

Consistently good service from all staff at Salon 16. My hair is a constant challenge with style and texture due to regular aquarobics and Ibby always manages to restore order and condition! Highly recommend attitude and skill of all staff.

Very friendly salon, Emma was wonderful! The head massage alone whilst washing my hair was worth going in for, but taking the time to curl my hair at the end left me feeling like a new woman - no mean feat for the mother of a seven month old!
