I absolutely love the staff at Richmond House Beauty. They are all so wonderful and talented. I had my second manicure and gel nails today and I absolutely love them. I highly recommend Richmond House. The salon and all facilities and tools are immaculate. The staff always extremely well presented with big smiles and lovely conversation. I love my visits here and hope to try the new salon in Stockbridge. Well done team your all amazing. 🤩

This was my 2nd time visiting for a facial treatment with the lovely Hannah who is very welcoming, professional and explains everything she is going to do from beginning to end. Hannah made me feel so comfortable and relaxed during and after my treatment. I have also invested in a set of cryo balls which Hannah showed me how to use to get the best from them at home. I, and others have noticed a visible difference in my skin since my first treatment, that is why I have booked my 3rd facial treatment with Hannah for 11 weeks time.

Very friendly. But also respected when I wanted quiet and to just relax and enjoy the treatment. Very good at giving advice on colours. Kept checking in to ensure she wasn't being too rough and if the water was warm enough. Would recommend. Thanks for a very relaxing experience.

I wish I could rate higher than 5 stars for this salon. I’ve been going to Jack and the Wolfe salon for a while now, and the service has always been the best! Most salons will just chuck you in a chair and do a snip and send you back out the door. From the moment you enter the salon, you’re greeted by the team who are always so friendly. The salon is so unique and has a unique vintage feel to it. I’ve always had my haircut by Ben and his knowledge is second to none. He will always listen to me to find out the style I’m looking for, and give his advice and recommendations. I’ve always been happy with the result and I constantly receive compliments about my hair. Even months after having it done! The whole experience is 100% worth the hours drive that I have make to attend my appointments. Cannot thank Ben enough for keeping my hair looking on point! And a thank you to the team for making me feel welcome and for the cheeky biscuit I get with my drink

I visited here for the first time this week as I recently moved and needed my hair done desperately! D’Arcy coloured my hair and J cut and styled it. I had the best experience and loved the whole team at Jack & the Wolfe and will definitely be coming back for a refresh! Both D’Arcy and J were so kind and funny and I had a great chat with them whilst I had my hair done🥰 such a great experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Every time I visit Jack & The Wolfe it’s a great experience. Ben always gives me a fantastic cut. He knows what suits my hair type and the shape of my face. It’s a cut that keeps its shape till my next appointment which is brilliant. We always have a great chat too. Thanks Ben At the salon everyone is really friendly and I really enjoy going there. The salon is constantly moving forward with new ideas, products and business ventures.

This salon is super trendy the minute you walk in! Such a professional and friendly environment from the get go. I’ve had a consultation and due in this week, I’m so excited! I’ll update this review when my hair is done :) Update: I’ve now had my appointment and wow!! My hair looks absolutely amazing, exactly what I wanted and the staff couldn’t have done more to make me feel welcome. So friendly and they really know what they’re doing. I’m so pleased with the result, I will definitely be going back (I’m already booked in)! The girls are incredibly professional beauticians, yet leave you feeing like you've had a catch up with a friend. Lovely place, spotless and comfy. Always trust them for my hands and toes, thank goodness they are open again!!

I had not been before and lovely Jade fitted me in at short notice. She gave me a wonderful manicure, better than my more expensive previous one. I am already booked in again. Update: I've now being going to Jade evey month for nearly a year and can't recommend her enough. Friendly and relaxed and an excellent manicure that always lasts between appointments.

Caroline is an excellent hairdresser, I have very thick hair, curly in one part and straight in others! Caroline renovated my hairstyle, my self confidence and listened to what I wanted and explained why my hair was in the state that it was. I would highly recommend Caroline, her expertise and knowledge. She is also a lovely person and it is a pleasure to go to her salon.

What can I say? Superb experience! Caroline is extremely skilful and takes the time to understand exactly what we need. Her salon is a calm and intimist space. The perfect place to relax and be pampered. My hair was so tired and lifeless. Caroline managed to bring my curls back to life and now my hair shows up my personality. It has been years since I last felt so happy about the colouring and hair styling from a salon! Thoroughly recommend! Thank you, Caroline!

The directions on the website were very clear and it was so easy to find Refresh Salon. Caroline’s welcome and friendliness immediately put me at ease. My hair was assessed in depth while Caroline asked me questions about it and offered advice which was so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and Caroline ensured I was comfortable at every stage. I had a wash, cut, blow dry and colour to blend the grey roots, I’m thrilled with the result. Refresh lives up to its name and I had time and care spent on my hair which now feels amazing and I feel better for the experience, thank you Caroline.

I left Caroline's salon today feeling like a new woman. From our very first chat Caroline explained exactly what she would like to do to my hair and why. Stuck in a rut with hair that needed a root touch up every few weeks that I had been managing at home, I was completely open to what she suggested. It was so refreshing to have a stylist advising on what colour and style I should be going for instead of the usual ' what would you like doing today' question. Caroline is so warm and welcoming and instantly put me at ease. I never doubted her abilities but I was completely blown away with the result. She is a true professional, incredibly talented and genuinely interested in making you feel and look your best.

Had my hair designed by The Parlour today. It was awesome not only is Mollie a brilliant hairdresser but very friendly. I am so pleased. she listens to you. Would most definitely recommend.

I was recommended The Parlour by a friend and I have to say I was not disappointed, Jackie listened to my concerns about my hair and then did an excellent job cutting it , Molly then discussed what would be best for my hair and what colours etc she would recommend, I very much look forward to having that done in 2025. Both Jackie and Molly very welcoming and friendly would highly recommend.

I have been having my hair done by Molly for years now. Absolutely LOVE how she colours my hair- she packs in the foils, gets super close to the root and always makes me the exact blonde I want to be. She also cuts and styles it exactly how I like it. Coming to The Parlour Boutique is truly like visiting friends. I look forward to our catchups- you’re made to feel at home. Drinks are offered regularly, and Molly’s mum Jackie makes the most delicious cakes which is always a special treat too.

Reflexology with Caroline. I loved this treatment, I felt really spoilt as it was a gift from Christmas and some much needed pamper time. Caroline listened to my needs and what I wanted from the treatment. She explained everything and it wasn’t long before I was relaxing in a peaceful, cosy room. Caroline applied the right pressure and I left feeling soothed and at peace.

It was my first time getting this specific treatment and the lady who treated me was incredible kind and knowledgable. She talked me through everything and I felt very at ease. She even took the time to talk me through alternative treatment options that she thought would better suit me, which was incredible helpful. Will definitely be back!

Shannon was just lovely. I felt very at ease having my ears pierced at the grand old age of 42! Very happy with the service. Ellen is really lovely I have been coming here for Almost two years and she has always done amazing hairdos on me. I was worried at first as she was training but she is one of the best hairdressers I have had ever. I was recommended highly by a family member and I am truly glad this is my permanent hairdresser. First time at this salon for Brazilian Keratin Treatment. The Salon is beautifully modern and extremely clean, parking was easy and free down any of the side roads. The staff were very kind and welcoming. Abbie did the treatment & cut afterwards and couldn’t be happier with the result…no more frizz or having to use straighteners!! Will definitely be a repeat client, not just for hair but the hand & body treatments sound great too.

Michaela is very welcoming and put me at ease straightaway. She explains every detail of what she is doing and consults at each stage. My eyebrows are amazing and so natural looking. I have great comments from my friends. I would highly recommend Michaela. O

Visited Michaela today for a shellac pedicure and I am delighted with the results. Probably the best pedicure I’ve ever had! Michaela went to work ensuring I came away with baby soft feet and a very neat polish. I also thoroughly enjoyed chatting with her. I was only visiting the area, but I would be willing to make the 40 min drive each way from home to come again. Highly recommend 🤩

I have been visiting Innovation salon for 2 years now since I first moved to Stubbington. I have my roots retouched every 4 weeks & a cut every 8 weeks by Abby who is just amazing! Niamh always does my nails and every time pulls off the design effortlessly. I have come in previously with a drawn out plan with a different design on each nail and Niamh was able to not only create it exactly as imagined but to go beyond my expectations for the design. I’m never disappointed when I leave the appointments and I always get compliments on the nails wherever I go. Couldn’t recommend her enough.

Not had my ears pierced since I was a teenager and I’ve decided to get another piercing as part of a ‘bucket list’. Got to admit I was a little nervous but felt right at home once I’d walked through the door and Tori was just amazing. Such warmth and professionalism.
