Caroline is an excellent hairdresser, I have very thick hair, curly in one part and straight in others! Caroline renovated my hairstyle, my self confidence and listened to what I wanted and explained why my hair was in the state that it was. I would highly recommend Caroline, her expertise and knowledge. She is also a lovely person and it is a pleasure to go to her salon.

The directions on the website were very clear and it was so easy to find Refresh Salon. Caroline’s welcome and friendliness immediately put me at ease. My hair was assessed in depth while Caroline asked me questions about it and offered advice which was so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and Caroline ensured I was comfortable at every stage. I had a wash, cut, blow dry and colour to blend the grey roots, I’m thrilled with the result. Refresh lives up to its name and I had time and care spent on my hair which now feels amazing and I feel better for the experience, thank you Caroline.

My experience at Refresh Hair Salon was second to none, and probably the best visit to a hair stylist I've had in a VERY long time! As a "cut my own hair" type of person, I have struggled to find a salon that I can come out of with no issues but I think I've found it! I immensely enjoyed the home from home/family experience as well. Caroline was warm and friendly, she walked through my hair history with me, asked how I style my hair on a normal day, and for special events to get the best picture of where I wanted to go with my hair. I came armed with Pinterest pictures (of course) but let her experience dictate the rest. Caroline has not disappointed at all! I went in with almost waist length hair, and walked out with it perfectly shoulder length. Just what I wanted! I will definitely be returning once my hair has grown out and I can get booked in for a perm! 11/10 would definitely recommend to a friend!

I left Caroline's salon today feeling like a new woman. From our very first chat Caroline explained exactly what she would like to do to my hair and why. Stuck in a rut with hair that needed a root touch up every few weeks that I had been managing at home, I was completely open to what she suggested. It was so refreshing to have a stylist advising on what colour and style I should be going for instead of the usual ' what would you like doing today' question. Caroline is so warm and welcoming and instantly put me at ease. I never doubted her abilities but I was completely blown away with the result. She is a true professional, incredibly talented and genuinely interested in making you feel and look your best.

I had only been to Tyme4U for manicures and facials before. I’d been suffering with stress for a while and for Christmas my husband gave me some money to use for a treatment. I chose to have a Thai foot massage with added hot stones. It was an amazing experience and the added hot stones were amazing. Jess did the massage very well and the experience really lifted my mood. Over 24 hours later and I still feel great. I highly recommend anyone to have a treatment at Tyme4U. The staff are friendly and caring and really give their clients the best experience.

I really enjoy visiting here as a treat for myself. The staff are welcoming, friendly and professional. I visit for eyebrow waxing, occasional eye lash tint and more recently a stress buster deep tissue back massage which was amazing. I highly recommend Thyme4u to all my friends and have bought gift vouchers for presents birthday and Christmas and have taken advantage of the special offer vouchers week near Christmas that you do. The treatment of the week offer is something that I have yet to experience but hopefully will soon. The booking system is easy to use and the the regular email updates are very helpful. A great local business and I will continue to support.

Really good massage. Only things I could suggest that would be better would have been being asked if the pressure was ok, because I felt a bit awkward to ask for more firm. And maybe some BG relaxing massage. But the oil smelled amazing, and the stones were nice and hot.

Had my hair designed by The Parlour today. It was awesome not only is Mollie a brilliant hairdresser but very friendly. I am so pleased. she listens to you. Would most definitely recommend.

Great salon and Molly and Jackie are the absolute best in colour, cut wouldn’t go anywhere else

I was recommended The Parlour by a friend and I have to say I was not disappointed, Jackie listened to my concerns about my hair and then did an excellent job cutting it , Molly then discussed what would be best for my hair and what colours etc she would recommend, I very much look forward to having that done in 2025. Both Jackie and Molly very welcoming and friendly would highly recommend.

I have been having my hair done by Molly for years now. Absolutely LOVE how she colours my hair- she packs in the foils, gets super close to the root and always makes me the exact blonde I want to be. She also cuts and styles it exactly how I like it. Coming to The Parlour Boutique is truly like visiting friends. I look forward to our catchups- you’re made to feel at home. Drinks are offered regularly, and Molly’s mum Jackie makes the most delicious cakes which is always a special treat too.

My first visit to Ann Torrance hair. Stylist last week and it was such a wonderful experience from the moment I stepped into the salon. My hair was in serious need of tender loving care. Ann and the girls were welcoming and put me at ease. The appointment was for a restyle cut with Ann with hair lights a few days later with June. I can honestly say I have had the best cut and restyle for a very long time. Much care was also taken with removing build up of conditioning product leaving my hair in better condition. My highlights experience with June was also a pleasure. She had quite a challenge as my hair had been coloured elsewhere only 6 weeks prior but the final result with her was first class having sorted out my brassy salt n peppery mess. I had a really good experience today, literally from the moment I walked in the door! I was immediately kitted up with PPE. Ann took the time to understand exactly what I wanted followed by a very relaxing hair wash. My hair is really long so tends to easily get knotty so the combing my hair through is always a dread. However, she was extremely gentle but effective. Ann talked me through what she was doing as she was cutting my hair, including what she was trying to achieve. She checked in on me constantly to ensure I was comfortable which was appreciated. Once all done she checked I was happy with the results! Perfect service and would highly recommend.

The new salon is exceptional and you are greeted, with a warm smile and help in these different times. Lots of lovely treatments. And always pleased with my hair. I have been going for many years and the new salon is airy and very spacious.

Amazing place to go for all hair and beauty needs. Beautiful contemporary salon with a relaxed feel. Anyone going here will be warmly welcome and will definitely feel as if they are the most important person there, they listen to what you want and will do their best to accommodate you but also offer the best advice and will not do something if it is detrimental to you. You are their first priority. Highly recommend.
