Could’ve of asked for more! White Winchester gave me so much confidence - I love my new smile! Ben was so helpful from start to finish and extremely thorough. My first consultation was fantastic and I got a full understanding how they would straighten my teeth. Ben uses the best technique to make the experience as comfortable as possible. I was able to see what my teeth would look like before starting a single bit of treatment. Ben made sure they were perfect! The practice itself is beautiful and so relaxing. Not clinical at all, which I usually really struggle with after previous bad experiences in the hospital. All the staff are so friendly, smiley and made me feel super relaxed. I couldn’t recommend enough and I will never trust anyone else with my teeth! See picture attached (6 months apart)

I have had such an amazing experience with Ben and all the team at White whilst getting my braces. From my first consultation to the removal and all the follow up appointments. The process has been so easy , professional and comfortable. I had no major pain or any issues with the braces. Once a bracket came off and Ben reassured me quickly. I am so very pleased with the results from only a year of treatment. The price included 4 weekly check up appointments at the stunning practice set in beautiful countryside. It really made it feel like a luxury treatment. I can’t thank Ben and his amazing team enough! I highly recommend White for any orthodontic treatment. I love my new smile! I came to White Winchester as my bridge fitted many years ago had broken one of the supporting teeth had broken which was non repairable, I had a consultation with Ben who advised me the only option was to replace the bridge with 3 teeth implants bridge. Ben took a lot of time over my appointments with a lot of care in explaining all of treatment and procedures he was undertaken. From the very first appointment until when everything was completed not once was, I left not knowing what was happening from teeth removal to post's being fitted and finally new teeth being fitted, over a number of appointment Ben and the amazing team at the practise made me feel welcome and comfortable and explained everything. Ben is simply the best! I’d had Invisalign with another dentist (not ortho) before finding Ben. Invisalign did not suffice and was not accurate enough to correct my smile. After losing hope, Ben was able to provide me with a full, person centred treatment plan. My teeth (now 4.5 years later) are still amazing after having white brackets and composite bonding. As a result, my son has had his braces with Ben (he’s so good with children!) and my colleagues too. Whites is no ordinary practice, they all go above and beyond. From seeing my mum in emergency needs (due to her undergoing immunotherapy) and throwing children’s dental party days to help get them comfortable with seeing dentists. We are so lucky to have a practice like this in our doorstep. Forever grateful! 🙏🏼

Similar to many others I had a very good experience here. I needed an implant and crown. Nick Ross was excellent throughout. It was expensive, about 25% more than other private implant options in Winchester, but was recommended by a number of friends and I'm glad I chose to go with Nick. He is great at putting you at ease even through the unpleasant pulling of the old tooth, and it was easy to relax and trust he was doing good work. The treatment plan went as expected and the end result is excellent, the new crown looks very natural and compared to another older crown next to it, from another dentist, it looks like an original tooth. I had no problems during the treatment, and getting appointments quickly was easy, they were able to start the process two weeks after I decided to go for it. I went for two years 0% finance offered by the clinic, which was arranged easily and smoothly. Expensive but worth it, in my opinion. I only saw Nick Ross, and can't comment on any of the other dentists working there. December 24.

I've been going here for 3 years as a self-funding patient and they are always friendly and efficient. I book the hygienist followed by the dentist, usually 6 months ahead to ensure a convenient time. As with many dentists, they never miss an opportunity to remind me of my responsibility for self-care, but I find it helpful to know it makes a difference!

Just back from having a replacement filling and couldn't be more satisfied. Booking process a week or so ago was very easy, reception staff are lovely, helpful and professional. Very welcoming and positive today. Was called through by the dentist, Joe, similarly welcoming and put me at ease. Checked I was there for the correct procedure , talked me through what was entailed and then very efficiently started work. Lots of checking back everything was OK. He very slickly removed the old filling and decay and then refilled with white acrylic. No fuss, all very smooth and painless! Feels a great result so I’m very pleased.

I had a positive experience at this dental practice! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. Everyone was so friendly, and it really felt like they went the extra mile to ensure I was taken care of. Hannah (hygienist) introduced me to a new technology they now offer at the practice called Airflow. This innovative system completely changed the typical cleaning experience. I’ve always dreaded cleanings because of the pain, but Airflow was completely different. It was quick, gentle, and effective — no discomfort at all! I really appreciated how attentive Hannah was throughout the process. It’s clear that this practice is focused on providing the best care for their patients, so I would highly recommend!

I was so nervous to go to the dentist (had been putting it off for ages!) but both Nick and Claire were so great at putting me at ease and talking me through everything as they went. Just had dental implants 5 days ago. I was so petrified of the dentist to the point I wouldn’t sit in the dentist chair for ages. When I stepped in solutions dental clinic it was like walking into a family. They were so supportive and listened to everything I said. My confidence had gone. I used to talk with my hand over my mouth. I could never smile, I didn’t think they would be able to get it back. I was even thinking about turkey teeth but heard so many bad reviews about it. I had loads of appointments with Lee and the team. Day of the surgery I was so nervous but Lee and Sami went above and beyond, I woke up feeling like a different women. My front teeth were on a bridge that had become loose. I went to my Dentist in Salisbury at the end of November and was told that the Dental Laboratories would be starting to close for Christmas and to make an appointment in January I was worried that I would lose the bridge over Christmas. I looked online and found Dental Solutions that could replace my teeth within 24 hours as Dentures ect are made on site by Lee. He was brilliant I had the impressions taken on Monday and had my new teeth fitted on Tuesday. I don't know of anywhere else that can provide this service apart from London. On Monday I saw Lucy for a consultation and examination. She explained everything to me and the cost then removed the bridge on Tuesday ready for my new denture. She was very reassuring and made me feel at ease. Really pleased excellent fit no problems at all I would definitely recommend Dental Solutions.

In the 2 years I've been coming to you and with my history of a very bad fear of dentists that started before I was 5 and from that experience my fear has stayed with me for over 60yrs everyone has been so understanding and helped me through some what for me has been traumatic treatment, it hasn't rid me of my fear but has enabled me to control it better so thankyou all for that. I had a skin consultation with Liz to discuss various skin concerns and possible treatments. Liz listened carefully and patiently to my full history and was thoughtful, honest and transparent about what options would and wouldn't work for me, taking the wider picture and my wellbeing into account. In the end, she recommended a treatment that is not available at the clinic, and refunded me the consultation fee. I don't think I've ever received such excellent, honest and generous customer service. Liz is the consummate professional and the person to see for an expert and honest assessment of your skincare needs.

Liz has been doing various treatments for me for a long time, last month she did filler on my jawline and cheekbones, and I’m thrilled with the results, I look fresher and younger but still very natural. Liz has a thorough knowledge of every treatment she performs and I really respect that she won’t perform any treatment that you don’t need, or won’t be effective. Liz is lovely and is always available for any questions after the treatment. I would highly recommend her due to her professionalism, and expertise, as well as the high quality products she uses. Following the failure of a previous implant I consulted with Dr Spears and decided to go ahead with another attempt to implant a new front tooth. The process took approx 5 months in total with 6 visits to the 'couch' and apart from a slight problem just after the tooth was finally fitted all went well. Excellent care and attention to detail was the corner stone of Dr Spears work and very much appreciated by me. I would recommend his work to anyone considering private dental treatment. I’m blown away, I needed an emergency appointment for my 1yr old within 3hrs as we were flying to Bali the same day. The receptionist did all she could to get us in, the dentist we saw was so great with my daughter, which was her first visit. She filled the two chipped parts of her front teeth very efficiently with the time she had working on a toddler! And was very informative with the options before hand and also with after care.
