I’ve been a patient at Oak Lodge Dental practice for over 35 years and have recently transitioned to seeing Dr Tercan which has been smooth and seamless. My experience has been the right balance between professional and friendly. She’s the first dentist to see my toddler and she put him at ease, giving him time and being patient for the best possible experience.

So, I don’t like going to the dentist, ever. I moved into Liphook and needed a new dentist but I didn’t realise how important it would be to me. Because of the way I’m cared for there, I now have regular hygienist appointments and great looking teeth. Dr. Sound has improved my smile by fixing my very crooked teeth in a sympathetic way. I wish I had found him before and am recommending him to all my friends and family. Thank you to everyone who works there, the immaculate cleaners, the friendly receptionists, the well trained hygienists and the wonderful dentists and nurses.

I have been coming to see Gareth and his lovely assistant, Chris for about 40 years or more - where Gareth and Chris previously worked and since Gareth opened his practice in Hook many years ago - this has meant travelling some distance for the appointments! I have always been treated with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. Gareth is so patient and has always taken the time to explain the options and treatment available. The staff are delightful and nothing is too much trouble. I have never considered going elsewhere.

Vijay is a lovely dentist, very kind and considerate. All the staff are very nice people. He has taken all the fear I used to have when visiting the dentist.

I have been very well looked after by Lisa, Sarah and the rest of the team. Great care was taken to ensure I was comfortable at all times during treatment and access to appointments (Denplan) was never a problem. After three recent dental interventions I am very happy to recommend Lisa.

Everyone who works at The Lodge, from the receptionists, nurses to dentists are all absolutely amazing. They look after you extremely well and make you feel so calm. I had my regular checkups with the hygienist and dentist this morning at the Lodge dental surgery. I always enjoy having my teeth scaled and polished and Kirstie never disappoints Zoe , my dentist is a treasure. A great dentist, always reassuring and skilful. Very comfortable and state of the art dental practice, a lot of time was taken to make sure I understood the treatment required and what was involved. The level of knowledge and manual dexterity of my Dentist is remarkable, quite a complex crown replacement was relatively quick, with very little discomfort and certainly no pain.Many thanks.

I required an appointment other than my regular check up and was given an appointment promptly. At my appointment Catherine and Wendy carried out various tests, double checking results and asked in depth questions. With their findings they will now collaborate with others to hopefully find a solution to my problem which is not a straight forward dental issue. Watercress Dental has been my go-to dental practice for over seven years, and I've always had positive experiences. The staff is professional and friendly, and they always make sure I'm comfortable during my appointments. I first used Watercress Dental for a broken wisdom tooth several years ago (don't eat pork scratchings 3 days before your honeymoon!), when Tom repaired it in time for a holiday and planned for a crown but life got in the way and the "temporary" repair was so good it lasted 3 years until recently, when I started getting hyper-sensitivity in the tooth, making it uncomfortable to eat and even breathing in cold air would set it off. My own fault... I lived with it for a couple of weeks hoping it would go away but now, again due to go away on a big holiday for 3 weeks, I didn't want it to get worse or impact it. I saw Marcello and after a few x-rays it was determined that the previous temporary repair had reached the end of the line and it was time for a full root canal. A week later I saw Fawad for the job but some complications with severe inflammation meant that the job had to be abandoned halfway and the tooth packed with medicine and temporarily refilled again and a week of ibuprofen needed to calm it down enough to finish the job. Yesterday (2 weeks later) the job was completed and I'm good to go on holiday, pain and sensitivity free. I'd heard nothing but horror stories about wisdom tooth root canal surgery but found completely the opposite with Fawad and the two dental nurses who assisted him. Even throughout the complications while in the chair he was super calm and surprisingly informative, answering my questions and telling me what he was doing, why, and the expected effects/problems it would solve, while checking in that I was alright throughout. I don't generally write reviews of healthcare professionals, but felt compelled to write this as a result of Fawad's patience, expertise and overall nature. I'm sure he would agree that the issue turned out to be much more complicated/long-winded/invasive than initially expected once inside the tooth and yet I left after nearly 2 hours in the chair each time with no pain after the anaesthetic wore off and on both occasions I went from his chair back to my office chair and cracked on with my day as normal.

Dr Laura Hills @Watercress Dental is really lovely and extremely patient. My visits to the dentist are very easy and not unpleasant at all. I would certainly recommend Laura Hills if you want a lovely confident, capable and caring dentist.

Professional and thorough treatment received during my recent hygienist appointment. Grateful to receive advice regarding improving and maintaining dental health. Only negative comment would be that I noticed the hygienist assistant didn’t wash her hands before putting gloves on but hopefully this was a ‘one off’ occurrence.

I visited the practice with my daughter for her 1st ever check up and I have to say from the front desk team to the practitioners themselves it was a brilliant experience and my daughter (who was very nervous to start with) came out so happy and was so chatty about her experience on the way home. We’ve found a good place here. When checking my teeth, I didn’t feel they were looking at pound signs which I have felt with other places and I felt they were very personable.

Great service, simple reminder system to before your appointment, then great staff at reception and then the professional tooth service is brilliant. The right balance of good fun and excellence. Especially Jane and Brenda who are both talented professionals but could also be comedy writers. Good to see a happy team at work.

Today was visit number three and a bit disappointed that the surgery cat that I was promised has yet to arrive. But as always I was not disappointed with the welcome and treatment I received. Today Naz and my favourite dental nurse, no name to mention as it would be unfair on the other lovely dental nurses. ( the truth is I do not know here name). I had 4 fillings today as part of my ongoing treatment and looking forward to my next visit x

I have recently started Invisalign treatment at Durley and I could not be happier with how it is going! I have to thank Poppy and Dr Ahmed for being so kind and reassuring through this process, one that I was very nervous to start but I am so glad that I did. The whole team here are lovely and will make you feel very welcome, I would recommend it to anybody :)

I had a good as you can get experience with Aditee. A positive outcome though rather expensive treatment sorted all of my current problems. Very kind and considerate and I never felt a thing though did dribble a bit after. I would recommend her to anyone who asks me. All of the staff were very pleasant and professional Many Thanks

Every visit I am greeted with smiling faces and very high levels of professionalism and competence. Additional follow-ups have been provided free of charge when I would have expected to pay for. Going to the dentist is a pleasure, and I can’t praise the practitioners highly enough.

Amazing service, needed emergency appointment and was given one same day. Vicki was super friendly and talked me through everything. She managed to pull off a tough extraction on the same say, saved me a lot of pain and time. Highly recommend and will be my new dentist

Hello to all at the Petersfield practice. I have never written a review of any kind before, but I feel I need to today. Im sitting here with my mouth still rather numb from my work earlier and I feel that I should send a message to Nicky and her assistant (sorry I forgot your name 😬) to say how grateful I am for them both. Im a slightly ‘nervous’ patient when it comes to dentistry, but Nicky is so good/kind/thoughtful….. (the list goes on!) that I don’t feel scared like I used to with my previous dentist (a completely different practice in a different town). I had 2 very old fillings removed and replaced and I must say it was the very best experience I’ve ever had at any dentist. Nicky’s assistant was so professional and considerate during the treatment as well, saying things like “you can rest your mouth now” and gently tapping my jaw so I can close my mouth or have a quick swallow. Also im really pleased to see a new poster back up on the ceiling as it gives me something to look at and distract me while Nicky is working. And as for the girls on the reception team, they are so polite, professional and tolerant of me with my stupid questions! So to everyone at Damira Petersfield, keep up the good work, and thank you all for helping me keep my teeth in good order.

All the staff at the surgery are knowledgeable & friendly. Nicky has been looking after my mouth for some time & I completely trust her to do whatever is necessary in a painless & compassionate way. She is particularly careful when doing injections & checking the area is numb before proceeding. She explains what she is doing, is considerate of my needs whilst doing any procedure & my mouth never feels overly full. She is professional & keeps up to date on new advancements to ensure she can offer the best treatment possible.

I have been extremely pleased with the support and professionalism shown by the dental care professionals and also the receptionists. I am not so impressed with the telephone service to speak to reception(which i understand is now managed remotely) . Recently it took a third call before I managed to speak to anyone and then it took a call back for someone in the know to discuss a treatment strategy(not a simple appointment booking).
