I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional service we received at this dental practice, particularly from the outstanding dentist, Elsa. When my son had a dental emergency, chipping half of his tooth off, the staff at the surgery were nothing short of amazing. We were promptly offered an emergency appointment on the same day, which immediately alleviated our concerns. Elsa's expertise and skill were truly remarkable. She not only efficiently repaired the damaged tooth but did so with such precision that it was impossible to tell it had ever been chipped. The restoration was perfect. Beyond her technical proficiency, Elsa's kindness and consideration towards my son were noteworthy. She handled the situation with the utmost professionalism, making the experience as comfortable as possible for my child. Our family is genuinely grateful for the prompt, expert, and compassionate care provided by Elsa and the entire team at this dental practice. I have used St Cuthbert for many years and have always found all the team (both technical and reception staff) to be welcoming and friendly and quick to put you at ease. Extremely professional both in their technical work and their communication, flexible in arranging urgent appointments, always ready to help, I can't praise them highly enough. Donna does a great job looking after my dental hygiene and I met Camilla today; friendly and professional, I have no doubt I am in good hands. Highly recommended.

I have been attending St Cuthberts for nearly 35 years, I have always found the staff attentive and professional. Recently I had an issue with a crown and once again I received exemplary service . Elisa was understanding, informative and utterly charming in her approach to my issue. I have no hesitation in recommending St. Cuthberts .

I am absolutely terrified of Dentist. I have had some horrible experiences in the past so today going in to smilemakers on Hamble lane i was very anxious but Saadiq and Morgan made me very comfortable and friendly explained what they were going to do and made me feel at ease. Highly recommend them.😃

This is by far the best dentist I have been to. I have a severe needle phobia and bad experiences in the past with dentists made me nervous. Nikos and he's assistant was amazing telling me what they were doing each step of the way and have the patience of a saint. Bernice was fabulous at giving me the information and reassurance inbetween appointments. I finally have my smile back after an accident broke my tooth in half, thank you smile makers!

Lovely welcome from the Reception staff. Best Hygiene clean I’ve ever had (and I’ve tried a few places) from the wonderful Olivia and assistant Clarissa. So thorough, professional, knowledgeable and gentle. Already booked next clean. Immaculately clean practise/premises. Plenty of free parking.

Similar to many others I had a very good experience here. I needed an implant and crown. Nick Ross was excellent throughout. It was expensive, about 25% more than other private implant options in Winchester, but was recommended by a number of friends and I'm glad I chose to go with Nick. He is great at putting you at ease even through the unpleasant pulling of the old tooth, and it was easy to relax and trust he was doing good work. The treatment plan went as expected and the end result is excellent, the new crown looks very natural and compared to another older crown next to it, from another dentist, it looks like an original tooth. I had no problems during the treatment, and getting appointments quickly was easy, they were able to start the process two weeks after I decided to go for it. I went for two years 0% finance offered by the clinic, which was arranged easily and smoothly. Expensive but worth it, in my opinion. I only saw Nick Ross, and can't comment on any of the other dentists working there. December 24.

Faultless service of the very highest order delivered by Nick Ross today. I was working in Winchester and realised I'd damaged a filling, so rang this firm in a panic (having read their Google Reviews). Was warmly welcomed in and waited; the receptionist booked me in with Nick, who had a cancellation. A better dentist I could not have asked for; professional, calm, friendly, gentle, understanding, and patient. Probably the best dental experience I've ever had, and if I lived nearer, I'd sign up in a heartbeat. Recommend unreservedly.

Helpful reception bookings, able to give choice of dates and times. No one likes the procedure of a hygienist visit but the hygienist at My Dentist Alresford was so sensitive to this and made it as comfortable as possible and gave great advice on aftercare of teeth.

I am having implant treatment with Vish. He is great puts you at your ease and clearly very experienced and no rush. The rest of the team are lovely very friendly and welcoming. Would certainly recommend them all.

Neelam was great as always, I really appreciated that I could get an on the day appointment as I had had toothache. I was promptly referred on to the endodontist who also managed to see me same day. Really great service, thank you.

As an NHS patient, I feel fortunate to have such a great dentist. Sandra is friendly, professional and thorough. The reception staff are always friendly and helpful too. Being someone who looks after their teeth, I'm grateful for the sensible decision to change me to yearly, rather than 6 monthly appointments.

I feel very fortunate to have been accepted into The Smiles Studio as NHS Patients. Balpreet is super nice, very details in explaining the situation and give us choice. I had an urgent filing needs to be done, I was really lucky to have the appointment the next day and within that appointment, filling is done as she is so considerate and understand the urgency of prompt intervention to prevent the tooth from decaying further. I'm truly grateful to them. I'll recommend them without reserve, but you need to be really lucky to wait for them to open up NHS registration again, unless you go private with them, which is also an option. By the way, I rarely provide such complementary reviews unless they are truly exceptional. Well done, the Smile Studio Chandlers Ford! You are greatly valued.

I’m 27 years old and my visit to Ferry Dental was my second ever visit to a dentist in my life. I was expecting it to be a very negative experience but I was totally wrong. I was seen by Dr Iuri Coev and Mrs Justine Ping and I can truly say they are amazing at what they do. I had a scale and polish appointment with Mrs Ping and she was extremely careful with me. The pricing is very affordable and I would say for what you get, I don’t think you can find better pricing. The whole environment is very positive, professional, welcoming and friendly from first walking into the dentistry to walking out after your treatment. You can also tell their hygiene standards are extremely high. I would highly recommend visiting Ferry Dental, they will be looking after my teeth from now on.

I and my family have been attending Ferry Dental Centre since 2022 with various dental issues and had only positive experience. Dr Iuri helped me with a number of dental issues including some complex reconstructions with onlays. He always took time to explain all the details and options available and I would like to express special thanks for his patientce and persistence in advising and explaining the importance of a night mouthguard for me. Dr Dennis is a brilliant specialist in dental implants, can only highly recommend him. Hygienist Yustin was superb in providing prophylactic and periodontal treatment. Assisting nurses were lovely and attentive. Reception team was always pleasant and welcoming with bookings and paperwork sorted timely and efficiently. I would like to emphasize high standards of dentistry and hygiene that Ferry Dental Team adheres to, including offering extensive new patient exam, using X-ray, dental microscope, rubber dams and modern materials and techniques. After many years of neglecting my teeth and an almost phobic fear of dentists, a very bad toothache brought me to Ferry Dental after reading so many reviews of so many dentists in Southampton…. and I’m so glad I did! From the moment you enter the waiting room, the ambient, crisp clean decor, the welcoming and kindness of the reception staff, the subtle, calm music, in fact, the whole aura of Ferry Dental exudes a professional calmness, which all helps to quell the nerves, even mine… and that took some doing! All my appointments have been punctual, which really helps when you’re so nervous. Dr. luri Coev quickly got to the root (literally) of my pain and after xrays , showed me the extent of my problems but in such a calm, quiet, matter of fact way, I felt safe with his knowledge and expertise. He took so much time explaining my options and costs before we came up with a plan, that I came away feeling positive. Scared but positive. Since that first consultation, I have had several extractions, partial dentures made and fitted and now awaiting splints to hold some of my remaining loose teeth for a while longer. I was terrified about the extractions but my fears were totally unfounded, thanks to a combination of Dr. luri’s expertise and the support of his wonderfully kind dental nurse, who literally held my hand on occasions. I’ve also had two periodontal sessions with the equally professional Justine and her nurse. After years of neglecting my teeth, Justine took every care, checking all the time that I was alright, never rushing and so gentle, showing me and explaining what needed to be done. What is also so reassuring, is the courtesy of a follow up email within the first 24/48 hours, checking that all's well and there aren't any problems. In my seven decades of dental treatment, I have never felt so reassured. The whole team at Ferry Dental are so professional and approachable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Absolutely first class dentistry!

I cannot express how wonderful this dental practice is! I have a severe phobia of dentists and my dentist Nicky Wright is just unbelievably good at helping me through the work I’ve had done. She really understands phobic patients and makes you feel so safe and in control. Nothing is too much trouble for her and her patience is amazing. I’m so grateful to her.

If your petrified of dentists.... This is the place to go. I had Nikki, she took the appointments at my pace, never rushing me. I truly was treated as a person not a number. I had neglected my teeth and they where in a very bad way so had a lot removed and now have dentures. Not a nice procedure but I really don't think I could have done this with out all the support and encouragement the team gave me. This was a year ago..... A year on I have since been for hygienist appointments.... On my own, something I never thought I could do, and boy I can truly smile about that with teeth that I am proud to show. So if your looking for a dentist that is very good but also in a calm relaxed setting that listen to you and what you need don't hesitate.... I know it is hard to take thst first step but you will not regret it.

I cannot praise Nick enough for my most recent treatment. I had a replacement filling and was blown away by the practicality pain free procedure I didn’t even feel the needle for when he numbed my gum. The dental nurses were also amazing - Claire and Sirjana. Thank you for making it so easy I would highly recommend you to anyone. Fantastic

A great dentist! My family have been going here for years as we find the team so friendly and the service is always great. They were really good recently when my daughter (who was really nervous) needed a little filling. Andreana and the nurse were both so lovely to her and kept her at ease. She was covered in stickers when she left so she was very happy!! Highly recommend!

I had a positive experience at this dental practice! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. Everyone was so friendly, and it really felt like they went the extra mile to ensure I was taken care of. Hannah (hygienist) introduced me to a new technology they now offer at the practice called Airflow. This innovative system completely changed the typical cleaning experience. I’ve always dreaded cleanings because of the pain, but Airflow was completely different. It was quick, gentle, and effective — no discomfort at all! I really appreciated how attentive Hannah was throughout the process. It’s clear that this practice is focused on providing the best care for their patients, so I would highly recommend!

I was so nervous to go to the dentist (had been putting it off for ages!) but both Nick and Claire were so great at putting me at ease and talking me through everything as they went. I had my first filling and it was SO easy! Getting my teeth whitened now and Nick walked me through the instructions really carefully, so I can do it at home gradually and safely over the next few weeks. Highly recommend. I attended the clinic with some trepidation as the screw for my implant had sheered off. Chris very quickly put me at ease. He was highly professional, explained each step he was going to take and reassured me he’d fix this, which of course he did. The letter he sent to my dentist explained fully what had been done, what the next step needed to be and made some recommendations to perhaps avoid a reoccurrence. I was impressed the minute I walked in to reception. Very modern and very business like while everyone I met showed appropriate care and consideration. I can’t recommend Clear Dentistry enough.

As soon as you open the door you are met with a light airy reception and the staff are extremely pleasant and couldn’t do more to put you at your ease. Checkups are very comprehensive using up-to-date technology including instant viewing on television screens showing what the Dentist is talking about and it’s all done in such a friendly & professional environment that you just feel totally relaxed. Just joined this practice this week and oh my goodness what caring friendly people, made me feel right at home. I am hoping to stay here for some time. I chose this dental practice because the reviews were excellent and I am very happy to share my first impressions. Greated nicely on my arrival and the nurse Lidia looked after me initially for the x-rays. Lidia explained what was shown on the x-rays and made sure I understood. The dental surgeon, Ad then came to see me and examined my teeth and then offered 2 treatment options. There was no pressure to choose either option and I was able to make a decision that was right for me. Actually think I will look forward to my appointments, who would ever say that about visiting a dentist!

Friendly and welcoming staff. The dentist Massoud is very patient and gentle. Had two crown fitted and was extremely nervous. Just been for my 6 months check up and all is well. I even made an appointment with the hygienist, which I never did before. But apparently she's amazing and very gentle.
