I have only ever had great experiences here. Can't fault any of the staff. Everyone is very nice and friendly, professional and caring about your health. I was also extremely pleased with my new set of veneers. Highly recommend!

I have just finished my Invisalign treatment with Bridgeways Dental and I am so pleased with the results. From my very first consultation Casey and her entire team have been super friendly and welcoming. Everything was fully explained in detail to me and they always advised the best options to achieve my desired results. From very early on I felt like I could put my full trust in Casey and all her team as I felt listened too and felt like they knew exactly what my aims were and how to get there in the best way. I am so thankful to the whole team and am extremely happy with the results. I couldn’t recommend them more!

Review for Bridgeways Dental. It was with a great deal of soul searching and a massive amount of trepidation before I made the decision to have whole mouth implants. The care, understanding, after care and truly professional treatment I received from Bridgeways was exemplary. The whole process was explained in great detail to put my mind at ease at every step. Surprisingly little pain, more like discomfort, with the procedure. Follow up appointments were scheduled to monitor the healing process throughout. I am more than satisfied with the end result. My confidence, ability to eat normally, and obviously, my smile has transformed my life dramatically Many thanks to George, Mel, Terri and all the team for making this almost a pleasant experience. Having arrived at Bridgeways Dental over 2 years ago as possibly their most nervous new patient, I am so very happy to say that I've just finished my Invisalign treatment. And wow! I now have lovely teeth ... something I thought I would never be able to say and it's all thanks to Casey and her wonderful team. Can't praise/recommend Bridgeways dental enough. They made me feel at ease from the start for fillings & crowns and then took me through my Invisalign journey. They are just brilliant with nervous/terrified patients. The surgery & reception is very welcoming. Casey's professionalism, dedication, caring manner and attention to detail are outstanding. She is friendly, passionate about her work and explains everything in great detail. She has completely changed my view of dentist visits. My dentist referred me to The Wessex Dental Specialist Centre for a tooth extraction. From my initial consultation to removing the tooth, everyone was lovely. The girls at the reception were warm and welcoming. Richard and his team were totally amazing. I was very anxious about the procedure, but Richard and his dental nurses were brilliant. They made sure I was relaxed and looked after me. They even made me laugh. :-) A BIG thank you to you all.

I was in a car accident, got knocked off my bike and suffered several injuries including the loss of 2 front teeth and another fractured and displaced. This resulted in a lengthy process including root canal, extraction, splinting and implant surgery. The dentists and nurses were caring and delivered amazing care through my treatment. They made me feel safe and comfortable through such a trauma. Huge thanks to Ben, Alistair, and Bernadette i can’t thank them enough. I would highly recommended this practise!

I had two wisdom teeth extracted here. The service and welcome I received were amazing on both visits. The nursing team Kirsty and Natasha were friendly, explained things clearly and were reassuring. Richard Ramsey was outstanding..both teeth extracted in no time, even with one being cut in half…explained everything clearly and put me at ease. What a great team. Thankyou all.

I Managed to get my kids into the NHS dentist as Private cost are very high for children and most family's wouldn't be able to afford it. I would gladly recommend this dental practice to anyone. My experience having had a series of dental visits over a four week period was extremely pleasant, given the nature of the work carried out. I can't speak highly enough of Euan as a dentist, somehow he was able to make a two hour session go by seamlessly and with no stress caused at all. For this I thank you Euan, it couldn't have been easy. Everyone at Beauchamp behaves in an extremely professional manner, making the whole process flow so well and with no effort. Absolutely fabulous dental practice, friendly, helpful and caring reception staff and the dentist and dental nurse were so kind and explained everything after I went in with broken and infected teeth. I then had an extraction which was done with so much care, I was a bit worried on the Friday that it might be infected so I rang the practice, the receptionist gave advice and also rang me back following speaking with the dentist to confirm I was just being a bit paranoid! (My words, not theirs!) overall, definitely 5 stars! Thank you to all the staff there.

I had a filling that came out at lunchtime and phoned Hannah to see when I could come along. Excellent service as saw Julia Gill with Sarah at 2pm who put another filling in and it was so good to have this seen to quickly. Thank you so much and I am being very careful. Fantastic dental surgery. After registering as a new patient, having avoided the dentist for almost 10 years, I’ve been more than pleasantly surprised by Heatherstone Dental Practice. The initial sign up, with online forms that were simple yet thorough were easy to complete. Upon arrival, the reception team were welcoming and attentive. Then, the dentist herself was brilliant. Karen made me feel very at ease, no judgement for my lack of dental appointments over the years. She explained at each stage exactly what she was checking for and then simplified any dental jargon when required. It isn’t the norm to enjoy a dental visit, but Karen and the rest of the team made it so I did. I would thoroughly recommend Heatherstone to anyone.

I had a skin consultation with Liz to discuss various skin concerns and possible treatments. Liz listened carefully and patiently to my full history and was thoughtful, honest and transparent about what options would and wouldn't work for me, taking the wider picture and my wellbeing into account. In the end, she recommended a treatment that is not available at the clinic, and refunded me the consultation fee. I don't think I've ever received such excellent, honest and generous customer service. Liz is the consummate professional and the person to see for an expert and honest assessment of your skincare needs.

I went in complaining about tooth ache and pain, and it's safe to say I was in great hands. Dr Neha was so considerate, kind, and patient as it wasn't the straightforward procedure we were hoping for. But at every step, she took the most considered approach, listened when I was in pain, and took care to make sure I was comfortable at every step. I could not recommend this lovely team more!

Liz has been doing various treatments for me for a long time, last month she did filler on my jawline and cheekbones, and I’m thrilled with the results, I look fresher and younger but still very natural. Liz has a thorough knowledge of every treatment she performs and I really respect that she won’t perform any treatment that you don’t need, or won’t be effective. Liz is lovely and is always available for any questions after the treatment. I would highly recommend her due to her professionalism, and expertise, as well as the high quality products she uses. Lowen Dental Spa is beautiful and in a convenient location with easily accessible parking.

In the 2 years I've been coming to you and with my history of a very bad fear of dentists that started before I was 5 and from that experience my fear has stayed with me for over 60yrs everyone has been so understanding and helped me through some what for me has been traumatic treatment, it hasn't rid me of my fear but has enabled me to control it better so thankyou all for that. So I would recommend that anyone whose been in my situation and is also suffering with their anxiety or fear of dentists and I know there are many of you give these people a try as they will take very good care of you

Every visit I am greeted with smiling faces and very high levels of professionalism and competence. Additional follow-ups have been provided free of charge when I would have expected to pay for. Going to the dentist is a pleasure, and I can’t praise the practitioners highly enough.

I attended the clinic with some trepidation as the screw for my implant had sheered off. Chris very quickly put me at ease. He was highly professional, explained each step he was going to take and reassured me he’d fix this, which of course he did. The letter he sent to my dentist explained fully what had been done, what the next step needed to be and made some recommendations to perhaps avoid a reoccurrence. I was impressed the minute I walked in to reception. Very modern and very business like while everyone I met showed appropriate care and consideration. I can’t recommend Clear Dentistry enough.

Clear Dentistry is on another level, compared to any other surgery I have visited. Three main areas set them apart in my mind: Patient engagement: photos and scans shown on a screen in the room show the patient what is going on in their mouth, and provide justification for the treatment recommended. Use of modern techniques: the dental dam used during procedures is a game changer. Makes the whole experience much more pleasant. Almost every other device used is a more up to date version, and therefore less intrusive and faster. Preventative treatment: other practices leave issues until they escalate to treat. Clear Dentistry advise treating minor issues before they become major ones. Overall, I can’t recommend them more.

As an NHS patient, I feel fortunate to have such a great dentist. Sandra is friendly, professional and thorough. The reception staff are always friendly and helpful too. Being someone who looks after their teeth, I'm grateful for the sensible decision to change me to yearly, rather than 6 monthly appointments.

Had a filling replaced With Jo Ann and nurse Sena today, and can honestly say it was the best experience I've ever had regarding a filling. No pain during the procedure. I feel very fortunate to have been accepted into The Smiles Studio as NHS Patients. Balpreet is super nice, very details in explaining the situation and give us choice. I had an urgent filing needs to be done, I was really lucky to have the appointment the next day and within that appointment, filling is done as she is so considerate and understand the urgency of prompt intervention to prevent the tooth from decaying further. I'm truly grateful to them. I'll recommend them without reserve, but you need to be really lucky to wait for them to open up NHS registration again, unless you go private with them, which is also an option. Firstly the reception team are friendly and efficient putting everyone at ease. My treatment was painfree and I also learned a lot from Dr Rob as he skillfully went about restoring a bridge. His knowledge and state of the art equipment is very impressive. More visits will be needed and I can honestly say I look forward to seeing Dr Rob and his colleagues again.

I was very pleased with my recent appointment with the dental hygienist. It was a great experience, probably the best I've had at any dental practice. Both Naz and her nurse assistant were gentle and kind. They were also patient and understanding with my disability. I would recommend them and this practice to anyone.

Following recommendation from 2 close friends I went for a free consultation with Dr. Jeff O’Connell as my front bridge of 30 years was broken and in danger of falling out. I was extremely worried that my weak dental bone structure would mean that my only option would be a denture. However, Dr. Jeff gave me the confidence that a new bridge was definitely possible. So, following an extensive treatment plan, 4 months later (I had a few planned trips in the summer), I now have a new smile! It includes a new front bridge (5 teeth) and 2 new crowns. I also needed root canal treatment. All the staff I have seen have been very explanatory and caring, including the dental nurses. I didn’t feel worried at any stage of my treatment. It has definitely been an excellent team effort led by Dr. Jeff. Giselle and Jess are a very welcoming reception team, keeping me informed if it was necessary to make any changes to appointment times. I would highly recommend The Dental Group to family and friends. The quality of my new bridge has left me feeling very confident as it feels very stable and comfortable.
