Long and short - A fantastic dentist surgery with an even better team! I’ve used these guys for many years now and have never had a bad experience. A recent outstanding service has prompted this review. My front tooth snapped a few evenings back (which was a horrific experience!) The following day these guys managed to get me in for an emergency appointment within a few hours. I was expecting a temporary solution alongside a significant bill + multipul visits, however I was pleasantly surprised that not only had a (hopefully) permanent solution been applied in impressive time, but it was at (what I’d consider to be (given circumstance)) an extremely reasonable rate! From reception to works, it was smooth, efficient, effective, friendly and cost considerably less than expected. This is a very well deserved review, with special thanks to Richard (super dentist) and his trusty assistant! Keep up the fantastic work guys. I’d not hesitate to recommend you to anyone. 10/10

I always have a fantastic experience with hygienist Kelly. She is incredibly thorough, gentle and always makes me feel at ease. Her professionalism and kindness always makes my appointment truly enjoyable. I would recommend Kelly to anyone looking for top notch dental care. For how she deals with me 5 stars are not enough...... she deserves 10!!!

I really recommend Tom at Guinea Court Dental. When my daughter was very young she had an accident which bruised her two front teeth. Many dentists told us there was nothing that could be done other than veneers, but Tom used modern techniques to completely remove the bruising and make the teeth white again. The change to my daughters teeth is amazing and it’s wonderful to see her confidently smile without feeling self conscious thanks so much Tom.

I have been going here all my life, even after moving away, and can’t recommend it enough. The staff are fantastic, and every dentist I’ve had (5 now!) have all been brilliant. Professional, great customer service, you couldn’t ask for more.

Dr Gillan was amazing. So patient through what turned out to be quite a difficult extraction. I have never felt more comfortable or confident in a doctor’s abilities, and I’m really glad that I ended up here! Best service I have ever received in a dental practice

I had a good as you can get experience with Aditee. A positive outcome though rather expensive treatment sorted all of my current problems. Very kind and considerate and I never felt a thing though did dribble a bit after. I would recommend her to anyone who asks me. All of the staff were very pleasant and professional Many Thanks

In the 2 years I've been coming to you and with my history of a very bad fear of dentists that started before I was 5 and from that experience my fear has stayed with me for over 60yrs everyone has been so understanding and helped me through some what for me has been traumatic treatment, it hasn't rid me of my fear but has enabled me to control it better so thankyou all for that. So I would recommend that anyone whose been in my situation and is also suffering with their anxiety or fear of dentists and I know there are many of you give these people a try as they will take very good care of you

I had my teeth straightened, with aligners, and the process was explained thoroughly to me from start to finish. Dr. Brenda MacMillan was amazing! I had an emergency appointment, and she handled everything with great care and professionalism—barely felt any pain. My follow-up was just as smooth. Dr.Evelina Shehaj made my cleaning super easy, clearing away buildup effortlessly that my previous doctors missed. Both were fantastic—highly recommend!

Been to Bespoke Dental a few times now to see Brenda regarding my teeth. I can confidently say that the service & hospitality has been awesome at Bespoke, receptionist’s & all the staff was always welcoming and help with a smile. I came to see Dr Natalie as a nervous patient who doesn’t attend regularly. From entering the building I was met with a lovely reception team who made me feel very welcome. Dr Natalie was fantastic, explaining each part of the treatment and allowed me to ask any questions. I’ve never felt so cared for and at ease whilst visiting the dentist. Would definitely recommend!!!

Welcoming reception staff. Was a bit apprehensive about our new dentist Shafrin as we had always been very happy with Paul. However, he was very pleasant, friendly and efficient and we feel comfortable with him already. Great service all round.

Root canal treatment is always scarry but today Emma and her staff were very patient and efficient and all went off well. All the staff are welcoming and call the next day. Wish I had found you sooner..,, no hesitation in recommending even root canal - glad we saved my tooth and not painful at all!

My husband saw Debbie to deal with a serious tooth ache on a molar. It needed immediate root canal and this was dealt with as gently and carefully as anyone could wish for. This is coming from someone who is very squeamish at the dentist. He would definitely recommend Debbie as a brilliant dentist.

I am new to the practice and have found the whole experience of enrolling, very simple due to the staff approach and helpfulness. From the first contact, communication has been amazing. I have been coming to see Gareth and his lovely assistant, Chris for about 40 years or more - where Gareth and Chris previously worked and since Gareth opened his practice in Hook many years ago - this has meant travelling some distance for the appointments! I have always been treated with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. Gareth is so patient and has always taken the time to explain the options and treatment available. The staff are delightful and nothing is too much trouble. I have never considered going elsewhere.

From the receptionists as you enter Hook Dental Centre to sitting in the dentist/hygienist chair, I have always been made to feel at ease. Recently having had a fair bit of cosmetic dentistry, the whole process was very transparent regarding prices and timelines - both very reasonable. I cannot praise Nick enough for my most recent treatment. I had a replacement filling and was blown away by the practicality pain free procedure I didn’t even feel the needle for when he numbed my gum. I had a positive experience at this dental practice! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. Everyone was so friendly, and it really felt like they went the extra mile to ensure I was taken care of. Hannah (hygienist) introduced me to a new technology they now offer at the practice called Airflow. This innovative system completely changed the typical cleaning experience. I’ve always dreaded cleanings because of the pain, but Airflow was completely different. It was quick, gentle, and effective — no discomfort at all! I really appreciated how attentive Hannah was throughout the process. It’s clear that this practice is focused on providing the best care for their patients, so I would highly recommend!

I was so nervous to go to the dentist (had been putting it off for ages!) but both Nick and Claire were so great at putting me at ease and talking me through everything as they went. I had my first filling and it was SO easy! Getting my teeth whitened now and Nick walked me through the instructions really carefully, so I can do it at home gradually and safely over the next few weeks. Highly recommend. I moved over to Harewood 18 months ago and have never looked back. My dentist is thorough but pragmatic, and would never suggest work that didn't truly need to be done. The customer service is excellent, I can always get an appointment quickly, and the handover to their specialist implant surgeon was seamless. A great dental practice, and I have experience of quite a few!

This is an outstanding dental practice. I worked in dentistry many years ago in the states and have high expectations, all of them being met here. From the lovely receptionist, to the extremely detailed hygienist and finally to the dentist who use the latest technology with expertise. The entire team are so warm and gentle. I can’t recommend them enough.

I have been highly impressed with my first few visits at Harewood. I always receive a warm welcome from the team and they always make me feel at ease before / during each treatment.. it's no secret that I'm a very "nervous" patient who doesn't usually enjoy going to the dentist; but thanks to them, especially Olha and Patrizia who have been treating me so far, I've felt a lot more comfortable and relaxed... not to mention that it has been a lot less painful with them than any other dentist I have seen in the past...fact! Great experience overall. Also, clean and very homely facilities, including the lovely outdoor space. Keep up the good work and thank you for everything.

We've all heard the horror stories concerning dental experiences. But I'm very happy to have found this practise. I see Helen for my main dental treatments and Amanda is my hygienist. Both are extremely professional and thorough. The reception staff are always happy and friendly and I'm going back today for a specialist appointment to help with my snoring issues🙄

I’ve had stressful experiences at the dentist in the past (not this practice) and felt nervous about my appointment. The receptionist was lovely and welcoming and I felt that I was in good hands during my checkup. Ryan took the time to explain everything and didn’t put any pressure on me when talking about treatment options.
