Dr. Brenda MacMillan was amazing! I had an emergency appointment, and she handled everything with great care and professionalism—barely felt any pain. My follow-up was just as smooth. Dr.Evelina Shehaj made my cleaning super easy, clearing away buildup effortlessly that my previous doctors missed. Both were fantastic—highly recommend!

I came to see Dr Natalie as a nervous patient who doesn’t attend regularly. From entering the building I was met with a lovely reception team who made me feel very welcome. Dr Natalie was fantastic, explaining each part of the treatment and allowed me to ask any questions. I’ve never felt so cared for and at ease whilst visiting the dentist. Would definitely recommend!!!

After an unfortunate accident to my front tooth 2 ys ago, I was desperate to find someone who could repair the complex damage, having seen 2 other dentists previously, who had failed to resolve the issues. I found Rob Hannah online, and after an initial consultation & sideways CT scan, he identified the issue with my tooth, and has worked tirelessly to address the issues, restoring my teeth and appearance & subsequently my confidence. His empathy and kindness throughout my treatment has been second to none, and his professional expertise has been excellent and pain free, despite a number of complex operations. A big thank you to Rob and his excellent team, from Wendy on the Isle of Wight (I travel to Southampton to see Rob, he’s absolutely worth it !!).

Looking forward to seeing a dentist isn't my usual feeling but going to Hampshire Dentist is a very different experience. Firstly the reception team are friendly and efficient putting everyone at ease. My treatment was painfree and I also learned a lot from Dr Rob as he skillfully went about restoring a bridge. His knowledge and state of the art equipment is very impressive. More visits will be needed and I can honestly say I look forward to seeing Dr Rob and his colleagues again.

We've all heard the horror stories concerning dental experiences. But I'm very happy to have found this practise. I see Helen for my main dental treatments and Amanda is my hygienist. Both are extremely professional and thorough. The reception staff are always happy and friendly and I'm going back today for a specialist appointment to help with my snoring issues🙄

I’ve had stressful experiences at the dentist in the past (not this practice) and felt nervous about my appointment. The receptionist was lovely and welcoming and I felt that I was in good hands during my checkup. Ryan took the time to explain everything and didn’t put any pressure on me when talking about treatment options.

I had a positive experience at this dental practice! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. Everyone was so friendly, and it really felt like they went the extra mile to ensure I was taken care of. Hannah (hygienist) introduced me to a new technology they now offer at the practice called Airflow. This innovative system completely changed the typical cleaning experience. I’ve always dreaded cleanings because of the pain, but Airflow was completely different. It was quick, gentle, and effective — no discomfort at all! I really appreciated how attentive Hannah was throughout the process. It’s clear that this practice is focused on providing the best care for their patients, so I would highly recommend!

I cannot praise Nick enough for my most recent treatment. I had a replacement filling and was blown away by the practicality pain free procedure I didn’t even feel the needle for when he numbed my gum. The dental nurses were also amazing - Claire and Sirjana. Thank you for making it so easy I would highly recommend you to anyone. Fantastic

My daughter had an appointment with Matthew and his nurse Jess, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Both Matthew and Jess were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made a huge difference for my daughter who was quite nervous. Their kindness and professionalism put her at ease, and she even asked when her next appointment would be! Thank you for creating such a positive and comforting environment.

A great dentist! My family have been going here for years as we find the team so friendly and the service is always great. They were really good recently when my daughter (who was really nervous) needed a little filling. Andreana and the nurse were both so lovely to her and kept her at ease. She was covered in stickers when she left so she was very happy!! Highly recommend!

As a 26 year old guy, having not been to the dentist in 4 years, I can certainly say the service right from booking was exceptional. My first consultation today, along with X-rays and a clean, and thankfully nothing wrong. William is amazing and treats you with care, passion and is very gentle. I have been coming to this practice for years, the staff here are amazing always smiling and happy to see you. Michelle and Mel do a fantastic job of looking after my teeth. I am currently on my SureSmile journey with Mel to sort out my crooked teeth and it’s been a positive experience and I am starting to see results. I have quite bad anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist due to 2 previous awful experiences when I was younger. I was recommended Oakley Road by my mum. I am still quite anxious but every single member of staff always puts me at ease and are so understanding and respectful of my anxiety which I am totally thankful for. I recently attended No. 5 for the first time as a new patient. I was made to feel very welcome and I was impressed by the calm and comfortable environment. I had the best ever clean by the hygienist, followed by some excellent and reassuring advice. Dr Keanie gave me a very thorough examination and was extremely friendly and professional. I left feeling very pleased that I have found a practice where I will be well looked after. It was refreshing to observe staff who are obviously happy in their jobs, which makes for a very relaxed atmosphere. I have no hesitation in recommending No. 5.

My husband saw Debbie to deal with a serious tooth ache on a molar. It needed immediate root canal and this was dealt with as gently and carefully as anyone could wish for. This is coming from someone who is very squeamish at the dentist. He would definitely recommend Debbie as a brilliant dentist.

From the receptionists as you enter Hook Dental Centre to sitting in the dentist/hygienist chair, I have always been made to feel at ease. Recently having had a fair bit of cosmetic dentistry, the whole process was very transparent regarding prices and timelines - both very reasonable. I am very happy with the end result as I typically am after visiting.

Vijay is a lovely dentist, very kind and considerate. All the staff are very nice people. He has taken all the fear I used to have when visiting the dentist.

I have been coming to see Gareth and his lovely assistant, Chris for about 40 years or more - where Gareth and Chris previously worked and since Gareth opened his practice in Hook many years ago - this has meant travelling some distance for the appointments! I have always been treated with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. Gareth is so patient and has always taken the time to explain the options and treatment available. The staff are delightful and nothing is too much trouble. I have never considered going elsewhere.

I have always been very happy with the professional service given at Oakley Dental Practice, having been a patient since it first started with Rod Kent. Recently I developed a slipped disc in my jaw and Dr. Meddi provided me with a splint to wear to relax the jaw and enable the disc to go back into place. The treatment was totally successful and I was delighted.

I have always found going to the dentist a necessity. That was until I visited this practice. All members of the team were polite, efficient, welcoming and consequently calming. Went to Oakley Dental the other day for a check up. They are very well organised in keeping social distance rules and making sure we are safe. They are always professional and friendly and I always feel like I have had a thorough check up. I left feeling positive with a good incentive to continue looking after my teeth. Meddi is the best dentist I have ever had.

In the 2 years I've been coming to you and with my history of a very bad fear of dentists that started before I was 5 and from that experience my fear has stayed with me for over 60yrs everyone has been so understanding and helped me through some what for me has been traumatic treatment, it hasn't rid me of my fear but has enabled me to control it better so thankyou all for that. So I would recommend that anyone whose been in my situation and is also suffering with their anxiety or fear of dentists and I know there are many of you give these people a try as they will take very good care of you
