I have been going here all my life, even after moving away, and can’t recommend it enough. The staff are fantastic, and every dentist I’ve had (5 now!) have all been brilliant. Professional, great customer service, you couldn’t ask for more.

I always have a fantastic experience with hygienist Kelly. She is incredibly thorough, gentle and always makes me feel at ease. Her professionalism and kindness always makes my appointment truly enjoyable. I would recommend Kelly to anyone looking for top notch dental care. For how she deals with me 5 stars are not enough...... she deserves 10!!!

I have been a patient at Guinea Court Dental Surgery for many years, and today I met Kellie (hygienist) for the first time. I immediately felt comfortable and relaxed, very friendly lady as well as professional. I was exceptionally pleased with the treatment I received as it was painless but thorough. I will certainly return to Kellie on my next visit to a hygienist.

I really recommend Tom at Guinea Court Dental. When my daughter was very young she had an accident which bruised her two front teeth. Many dentists told us there was nothing that could be done other than veneers, but Tom used modern techniques to completely remove the bruising and make the teeth white again. The change to my daughters teeth is amazing and it’s wonderful to see her confidently smile without feeling self conscious thanks so much Tom.

Dr. Brenda MacMillan was amazing! I had an emergency appointment, and she handled everything with great care and professionalism—barely felt any pain. My follow-up was just as smooth. Dr.Evelina Shehaj made my cleaning super easy, clearing away buildup effortlessly that my previous doctors missed. Both were fantastic—highly recommend!

I came to see Dr Natalie as a nervous patient who doesn’t attend regularly. From entering the building I was met with a lovely reception team who made me feel very welcome. Dr Natalie was fantastic, explaining each part of the treatment and allowed me to ask any questions. I’ve never felt so cared for and at ease whilst visiting the dentist. Would definitely recommend!!!

Could not be happier with my new teeth. Raf listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered just that. I have quite bad anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist due to 2 previous awful experiences when I was younger. I was recommended Oakley Road by my mum. I am still quite anxious but every single member of staff always puts me at ease and are so understanding and respectful of my anxiety which I am totally thankful for. My dentist Dimitrios is wonderful, a really kind and caring man. I want to say a massive thank you to each and every member of staff for their kindness and help. The team at Oakley are fantastic. They have helped me completely turn around my oral hygiene. I am now much happier and more confident about my teeth and gums! I have recently moved out of the area but I still use Oakley despite the 1hr commute each way.

For anyone hesitating or extremely nervous about having implants, do not hesitate to put your trust and confidence in Peter Sanders. He is absolutely brilliant. I have had my 2 front teeth replaced and the whole process was fantastic, the end result superb! Am so happy. Dental confidence is a fantastic practice in all areas. Warmly welcomed and served by Karen on reception, followed by hygienist treatment with Grant who was friendly and professional. My Dentist was Aleksandra who was also very friendly and helped me relax whilst having two fillings done. The dental nurses were fantastic too, especially ensuring I was comfortable and not in pain throughout the procedure. All in all I would highly recommend this practice.

Attended yesterday for an emergency appointment and was very impressed with the service I received! The receptionists Megan and Karen were friendly and helpful and Aleks and Diana were kind and professional. I loved coming here for my appointment and will happily return! Vijay is a lovely dentist, very kind and considerate. All the staff are very nice people. He has taken all the fear I used to have when visiting the dentist.

I’ve been with Hook dental for 25 years and have lived in many places but always remained a client. I would not go anywhere else. They are professional patient honest and efficient. I am always happy with their input and I feel very well cared for. Can’t recommend highly enough.

I have been coming to see Gareth and his lovely assistant, Chris for about 40 years or more - where Gareth and Chris previously worked and since Gareth opened his practice in Hook many years ago - this has meant travelling some distance for the appointments! I have always been treated with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. Gareth is so patient and has always taken the time to explain the options and treatment available. The staff are delightful and nothing is too much trouble. I have never considered going elsewhere.

From the receptionists as you enter Hook Dental Centre to sitting in the dentist/hygienist chair, I have always been made to feel at ease. Recently having had a fair bit of cosmetic dentistry, the whole process was very transparent regarding prices and timelines - both very reasonable. I am very happy with the end result as I typically am after visiting.

I've you're nervous or embarrassed about your teeth I could not recommend this practice more. All staff are super friendly and make you feel at ease from checking in to the appointment itself

Professional, polite, very knowledge & detailed. Ella & her assistant (I don't know her name, unfortunately) were considerate & exceptional in every way. The standards of both the practice & staff are very high reassuring oneself that you are with experienced personnel who will take time & consideration with your health care. My expectations were not only met but surpassed in every way!

Very good and quick service, I got an appointment quickly and didn't have to wait at the practice. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant. I wish the main concern I had were dealt with in a different manner, but for experience with the NHS it was very good.

Fantastic! Receptionist was lovely to start with, then called into the dentist and can honestly say she was the nicest dentist I have ever attended! Friendly, took time to listen and explain what was needed. Put my nerves at rest and was just very nice. This is what all dentists should be like!

I have been a patient at this excellent practice for many years now and that is entirely down to the wonderful Bobby (Dr Kalsi) and Kully, who always make me feel like a part of their family and put me at ease each and every time. Nothing is too much trouble, they go above and beyond to ensure my comfort, which I am extremely grateful for as I do suffer with anxiety at times. The whole team are totally committed and passionate about their work and I cannot praise them enough, highly recommended by our whole family.

I have been seeing Dr Kalsi for a Number of years and have always found him to be very knowledgeable and takes the trouble to explain what is needed and why. I’m immediately put at ease no matter what the procedure being carried out and would highly recommend him and the practice. Sarah in reception is always very welcoming!

I have a phobia of dentists and needles. I have been a patient at Claremont for years and have been looked after by Dr Kalsi since October 2024. I can honestly say he has been fantastic with me and I didn’t even feel a thing during any of the treatments I have received. He put me at ease and is truly the best dentist I have ever had. Today I went for a checkup and was not nervous at all ( first time ever ) and the result was all good. I highly recommend this surgery. Fantastic staff. Thank you for helping me overcome my fear of dentists.

I'm a very nervous patient. But every member of staff I have dealt with here in Basingstoke have been absolutely brilliant. From the first moment I walked in the door the reception staff were amazing and calmed me down. The dentist explained everything and talked over my options.

I am very happy with this practice and as a patient have been visiting for well over a decade which I hope speaks for itself. Staff are friendly and professional. I have total trust in my dentist who has advised well over the years.

Recep always takes the time to talk to me and listen to me about the condition of my teeth and what options I have. He is friendly and very pleasant and makes me feel relaxed. Damira are open late weekday evenings and also open weekends. This works really well for me around my job and commute.

Treatment is good. Communication less so. For instance, I'm in the middle of treatment to have a crown fitted. It takes a number of appointments. It would be good to be told at the beginning, "There will be X appointments; the first will do Y and will take Z minutes; the second will do A and will take B minutes, etc." Otherwise when you have to take time off work, you don't know when you'll be back. There can be a big difference between a 10 minute appointment that happens on time and a 30 minute appointment that starts 15 minutes late (as mine did). Yesterday the dentist asked me if I wanted "numbing", but hadn't explained what he was going to do and I had to ask in order to make an informed decision. Also I'd booked for 08:30. They are very good at sending reminders, but when I checked the latest I saw that it was now for 08:40. There had been no direct communication that the time had changed, nor anyone asking whether that was still convenient.

Me minty is always caring, compassionate and treats me very well. Very nervous at the dentist and he’s the only person I trust to do anything. He always puts my nerves at ease.
