I can’t recommend this dental clinic enough! Two years ago, I had an implant done here, and the entire process was smooth, professional, and completely pain-free. From the initial consultation to the final result, everything was perfect. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease every step of the way. Since then, I’ve become a regular customer for my annual hygienist appointments and routine checkups. The care I receive is always top-notch, and I truly trust this clinic with my dental health. Even my daughter has started coming here, and she loves it too! If you’re looking for a dental clinic that combines expertise, kindness, and outstanding service, this is the place to go. This was my first experience of having dental implants and although I am not usually nervous of dental procedures, I was a little apprehensive. I need not have worried as Dr Sean O’Hara put me at ease straight away explaining the whole process and was very reassuring, as were the whole team at Hampshire Implant Centre. It was decided I would have two implants and a bridge as I had no molars left on my upper right side. On the day of surgery, the two implants were fitted before I knew it and I can honestly say I did not feel a thing. It was so much more comfortable than having a root canal done! The whole process took a few months due to having to wait for the healing process and there were appointments in between before the final crowns were fitted but each appointment was on time and the staff always very friendly and helpful. I now have some new teeth that match my own teeth extremely well. I am so glad I found Dr O’Hara via google search and hope anyone reading this review is reassured that the Hampshire Implant Centre is the place to go…. you will be in safe hands.

Having lost an eye tooth to decay I had no idea of the process of getting an implant. The videos available on their website outlined the process and Sean talked me through it on our first meeting. The root extraction from the broken tooth was pretty painless! My subsequent visits were all very professional and I am now very pleased with the final result. Be aware that the total process can take many months. I have now moved to this dental practice as I was also very impressed with the attitude and friendliness of the reception staff and the positive online reviews.

Last of my six implants fitted today by Sean O’Hara and his fabulous team at the Hampshire Implant Centre. The care, attention to detail and quality of work is exceptional. No pain or inflammation/infection at all. Also great to have a practitioner who takes an interest in you as a person, you are not just another customer. Highly recommend Sean and his team for all aspects of dentistry.

This is by far the best dentist I have been to. I have a severe needle phobia and bad experiences in the past with dentists made me nervous. Nikos and he's assistant was amazing telling me what they were doing each step of the way and have the patience of a saint. Bernice was fabulous at giving me the information and reassurance inbetween appointments. I finally have my smile back after an accident broke my tooth in half, thank you smile makers!

I am absolutely terrified of Dentist. I have had some horrible experiences in the past so today going in to smilemakers on Hamble lane i was very anxious but Saadiq and Morgan made me very comfortable and friendly explained what they were going to do and made me feel at ease. Highly recommend them.😃

Lovely welcome from the Reception staff. Best Hygiene clean I’ve ever had (and I’ve tried a few places) from the wonderful Olivia and assistant Clarissa. So thorough, professional, knowledgeable and gentle. Already booked next clean. Immaculately clean practise/premises. Plenty of free parking.

I can highly recommend Smilemakers wholeheartedly. My daughter has just completed her orthodontic treatment and now has the perfect smile! Everybody has been so kind, making the whole experience easy and painless. Thanks so much to Melina and the team. I have been with the practice for many years and have always had outstanding service. The staff are friendly and helpful, they have a good chairside manner and are polite and friendly. They are always happy to answer any queries you have about treatment or the practice in general. They are local, so easy to get to and have available parking. They always send reminders for appointments. During covid they were very understanding and acomadating to our needs and requirements, and although the rest of the world was in chaos they were calm and collected. They are very professional and put nervous patients at ease (like my husband) explaining everything and happy to clarify and resolve any issues so you know what is happening and what is to be expected. They made sure that during covid the patient always came 1st and made sure our needs were met with the highest professionalism. I would recommend them to all my family and friends, however they are no longer an N.H.S practice, which is the only downside. The practice is bright and cheerful and makes you feel welcome.

My father has recently joined the practice and couldn't be happier with the care and attention he has received from all the staff. The sign up process was quick and easy, all his treatment options were explained so he could make an informed decision, every time he goes there's a lovely warm greeting. It's a very personal patient focused experience. And last but not least easy parking! He changed from another practice after many years and is thoroughly pleased with the switch. I have been going to this dentist for some time and am always happy with the experience. I find Sarah-Jane is a very patient and knowledgeable dentist and always puts me at ease, and Amy is the best hygienist I have ever been to at any practice. The whole team are very welcoming and professional. It is a bit of a journey from where I live but I would not want to go anywhere else.

Choosing the right dentist can be a hit-and-miss, so I am super pleased I found Hilltop Dental Practice. Sue - their receptionist - is very kind, friendly, and does her very best to find the most suitable time for me for the treatments, and support any way she can. Sarah-Jayne - my new dentist - is professional, friendly, and makes me feel comfortable during the treatments. Sarah-Jayne explains everything clear around my treatments, and has a proactive approach to avoid any potential future problems. Worth every penny spent there.

I’ve recently had quite complex dental work including several implants which required close liaison with my orthodontist and John. John was happy to explain every stage of the process putting my mind at ease that I was making the right decisions at each stage of the process . He and the team at Hilltop worked hard to make sure my experience was as comfortable as possible and my treatment plan was kept on track. Sue in reception has also been fantastic in managing my numerous appointments and is always a very friendly face. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the practice for both routine but also complex dental work.

I've recently had some less than ideal experiences at other dentists (Private & NHS) and wanted a second opinion on some treatment I needed. Upon arrival for my emergency dental appointment (to get a broken wisdom tooth checked) it was an incredibly refreshing experience. Everyone was so kind and welcoming and it was really lovely environment which you can tell care has been put into. Despite my nerves the appointment was a positive one! Daniel was excellent and fully explained to me what had caused the break (alas self-inflicted) but help me understand going forward what treatment was recommended and preventative advice for the future. I decided to get the work done with the practice and was booked in for 2 days later having the work done this morning. Instead of simply removing the tooth Daniel was able to fill it to preserve it. Work was completed in a short amount of time (so little disruption to my day!) but pain free and importantly to a high standard! I would also like to mention the kind receptionist Sarah who helped me through all the appointment bookings and payments. I will certainly return going forward.

I had two wisdom teeth extracted here. The service and welcome I received were amazing on both visits. The nursing team Kirsty and Natasha were friendly, explained things clearly and were reassuring. My dentist referred me to The Wessex Dental Specialist Centre for a tooth extraction. From my initial consultation to removing the tooth, everyone was lovely. The girls at the reception were warm and welcoming. Richard and his team were totally amazing. I was very anxious about the procedure, but Richard and his dental nurses were brilliant. I was in a car accident, got knocked off my bike and suffered several injuries including the loss of 2 front teeth and another fractured and displaced. This resulted in a lengthy process including root canal, extraction, splinting and implant surgery. The dentists and nurses were caring and delivered amazing care through my treatment. Absolutely amazing practice. I've recently developed a phobia of the dentist and needed treatment that I'd been putting off for 7 months. I came across fryern and was delighted to see the reviews on how amazing and attentive Emma was, and these were absolutely factual. This is a wonderful dental practice from the really warm and friendly reception team to the most amazing dentist that is Emma O’Hara and her dental nurse Becky. I had a real phobia of going to the dentist after a childhood trauma but I was having dental pain and made an appointment as a very nervous patient. Every member of staff took excellent care of me and after not going to the dentist for over ten years I am now a regular and I don’t have that gut wrenching feeling anymore. I can’t thank the team at Fryern Dental practice enough.

I have used this practice for over 30 Yrs as I had implants fitted over time the teeth were wearing away didn’t now if anything could be done to bring back my smile …. My Nieces and Nephews were saying why have you lost your top teeth !!! I found Thurlow Dental last year on instagram and at the time they were offering an amazing deal on Invisalign with a free consultation, whitening, free retainers and discounts on cosmetic bonding. I have been wanting to see someone about my teeth for years. My initial consultation with Dawie was amazing, the time that went into that appointment was brilliant and I come away wanting to go ahead immediately. The process was so easy, from getting my Invisalign to scanning at home and moving to each set of aligners. We still had regular appointments but this fit in so much better with my lifestyle, then going every 10 days to the practice. The process from start to finish was very straightforward and my teeth were completed in 8 months. I am so happy with my experience and Dawie and team were so lovely, professional and helpful throughout every step. I have recently completed my treatment with Dawie to straighten my teeth using Invisalign, finished with composite bonding on 6 teeth. I couldn’t be happier with the results, the difference speaks for itself. Throughout the treatment Dawie and the team kept in contact with me to monitor my progress and was always happy to answer any questions I had. Outstanding service- thank you. I needed an emergency appointment due to severe tooth ache and was able seen at 11am the same day. Dental nurse and dentist were great - quickly establishing I needed root canal treatment and booked me in for the following afternoon. Later that day the pain became increasingly worse. When asking if there was anything they could do to help they offered me an earlier appointment (outside of usual hours) that evening to start the treatment and alleviate the pain - above and beyond customer service! The procedure itself was pain-free and over within 1.5hrs. I’m now waiting for the 2nd appointment in a couple weeks.

Following recommendation from 2 close friends I went for a free consultation with Dr. Jeff O’Connell as my front bridge of 30 years was broken and in danger of falling out. I was extremely worried that my weak dental bone structure would mean that my only option would be a denture. However, Dr. Jeff gave me the confidence that a new bridge was definitely possible. So, following an extensive treatment plan, 4 months later (I had a few planned trips in the summer), I now have a new smile! It includes a new front bridge (5 teeth) and 2 new crowns. I also needed root canal treatment. All the staff I have seen have been very explanatory and caring, including the dental nurses. I didn’t feel worried at any stage of my treatment. It has definitely been an excellent team effort led by Dr. Jeff. Giselle and Jess are a very welcoming reception team, keeping me informed if it was necessary to make any changes to appointment times. I would highly recommend The Dental Group to family and friends. The quality of my new bridge has left me feeling very confident as it feels very stable and comfortable. I feel very fortunate to have been accepted into The Smiles Studio as NHS Patients. Balpreet is super nice, very details in explaining the situation and give us choice. I had an urgent filing needs to be done, I was really lucky to have the appointment the next day and within that appointment, filling is done as she is so considerate and understand the urgency of prompt intervention to prevent the tooth from decaying further. I'm truly grateful to them. I'll recommend them without reserve, but you need to be really lucky to wait for them to open up NHS registration again, unless you go private with them, which is also an option. By the way, I rarely provide such complementary reviews unless they are truly exceptional. Well done, the Smile Studio Chandlers Ford! You are greatly valued.
