I have been a patient at St Francis dental surgery for a number of years now & have only positive things to say about the practice. The phone is always answered promptly, the staff are friendly & kind, & Kirsty & Caroline, the two hygienists I've seen, are also friendly, thorough, & offer plenty of constructive advice. Idy Cheung is a kind, cheerful & gentle dentist. She always explains what she is doing, & why, & answers any questions patiently & thoroughly. This dental practice is professional, friendly, calm & welcoming & comes with a high recommendation.

Very friendly practice. Always a warm welcome. The team will discuss your treatment plan at length and will not push cosmetic treatments unless you have enquired about them. So pleased I made the move to this practice.

I have been with the practice for many years and have always had outstanding service. The staff are friendly and helpful, they have a good chairside manner and are polite and friendly. They are always happy to answer any queries you have about treatment or the practice in general. They are local, so easy to get to and have available parking. They always send reminders for appointments. During covid they were very understanding and acomadating to our needs and requirements, and although the rest of the world was in chaos they were calm and collected. They are very professional and put nervous patients at ease (like my husband) explaining everything and happy to clarify and resolve any issues so you know what is happening and what is to be expected. They made sure that during covid the patient always came 1st and made sure our needs were met with the highest professionalism. I would recommend them to all my family and friends, however they are no longer an N.H.S practice, which is the only downside. The practice is bright and cheerful and makes you feel welcome.

Always a first class service at this Practice. From receptionists to hygienists to dentists, nothing is too much trouble. Friendly, polite and caring Recently had a wisdom tooth out and was terrified but calmed me down and reassured me every step of the way, me a 66 year old woman! Can well recommend this practice.
