They are the best. I am scared of visiting the dentist due to my bad anxiety. But the patience and professionalism from this team is above what I have ever seen. They listen to you and do their best to see that you have a good experience not that people like me (anxious) can ever have a good experience. I give them five stars 🌟 because every time, they have taken good care of me.

I’m a new Client so this was my first visit. Had a consultation with Abbin who checked my teeth and gums and we discussed ideas moving forward. He also recommended a teeth clean and did it as part of the appointment. Next appointment is in 2 weeks to discuss things further with the dentist. Have to say everyone is super friendly at Dental Concepts, Southampton. I had already forewarned them that I suffer from anxiety and they made me feel so at ease.

Following recommendation from 2 close friends I went for a free consultation with Dr. Jeff O’Connell as my front bridge of 30 years was broken and in danger of falling out. I was extremely worried that my weak dental bone structure would mean that my only option would be a denture. However, Dr. Jeff gave me the confidence that a new bridge was definitely possible. So, following an extensive treatment plan, 4 months later (I had a few planned trips in the summer), I now have a new smile! It includes a new front bridge (5 teeth) and 2 new crowns. I also needed root canal treatment. All the staff I have seen have been very explanatory and caring, including the dental nurses. I didn’t feel worried at any stage of my treatment. It has definitely been an excellent team effort led by Dr. Jeff. Giselle and Jess are a very welcoming reception team, keeping me informed if it was necessary to make any changes to appointment times. I would highly recommend The Dental Group to family and friends. The quality of my new bridge has left me feeling very confident as it feels very stable and comfortable. Outstanding service- thank you. I needed an emergency appointment due to severe tooth ache and was able seen at 11am the same day. Dental nurse and dentist were great - quickly establishing I needed root canal treatment and booked me in for the following afternoon. Later that day the pain became increasingly worse. When asking if there was anything they could do to help they offered me an earlier appointment (outside of usual hours) that evening to start the treatment and alleviate the pain - above and beyond customer service! The procedure itself was pain-free and over within 1.5hrs. I’m now waiting for the 2nd appointment in a couple weeks.

I was very pleased with my recent appointment with the dental hygienist. It was a great experience, probably the best I've had at any dental practice. Both Naz and her nurse assistant were gentle and kind. They were also patient and understanding with my disability. I would recommend them and this practice to anyone.

I would highly recommend this practice. I find dental appointments extremely stressful, but the care, patience & compassion given by all the staff is incredible. They don’t make you feel silly for being nervous, they explain in simple terms what they’re doing & why and every single member of staff are really caring, helpful and friendly. I recently had 2 extractions (which I was dreading), but they talked me through it, listened to my concerns, helped me stay calm and made it much easier than I had anticipated. I’ve had some very difficult experiences at previous Dentists, so to find a practice where I am listened to and cared for is a real game changer for me. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!

The reception and dentistry staff are all very friendly, kind and understanding. I am sure they are all excellent, but in my experience Jade, Shannon, Adnan, Loretta and Sammi really put you at ease. And I really appreciate their clear communication so I understand my dental health and what I need to do to support it. I feel confident that a visit to them means I’m in safe hands. Here’s two examples of their work I really appreciated. First, I was so nervous for my very first new patient consultation - but chatting with Jade really helped me feel welcome and relaxed. Honestly, that really meant a lot to me and was an excellent first impression that has lasted. And secondly, they very kindly kept my appointment even though I was running very late just before doors closed. And my wisdom tooth extraction with Adnan and Loretta went very smoothly! I felt so worried as it was my first ever major dental procedure, but I needn’t have as they took great care in their work even thought it was the last thing in the working day. I have been coming to this practice for many years and I have always been a very nervous patient. I worry for days before my appointment but when I get there everyone is always so lovely and kind that I have never turned around and ran back out of the door!. The improvements to the building have been amazing and given the surgery a polished look and feel. Dr Jinal Patel has such a calm and reassuring nature and her dental assistants Laura and recently Jordon are always kind and gentle. I have been seeing Lucy the hygienist who is also lovely and gives good advice. The reception staff are smart, professional and always friendly and helpful. I felt very satisfied after my recent appointment for a filling by Dr Patel. She took great care to ensure that I knew what was happening at each stage and did the work carefully to avoid giving me pain. I also liked being distracted by the large TV screen to watch. It was showing an overhead tour of Rome - I think.

I had two wisdom teeth extracted here. The service and welcome I received were amazing on both visits. The nursing team Kirsty and Natasha were friendly, explained things clearly and were reassuring. I was in a car accident, got knocked off my bike and suffered several injuries including the loss of 2 front teeth and another fractured and displaced. This resulted in a lengthy process including root canal, extraction, splinting and implant surgery. The dentists and nurses were caring and delivered amazing care through my treatment. They made me feel safe and comfortable through such a trauma. Huge thanks to Ben, Alistair, and Bernadette i can’t thank them enough. I would highly recommended this practise!

I must say I’m really impressed with this team at Warsash Dental Practice. I arrived as a potential new patient and was warmly received at reception. Filled out a form and whilst doing so a dental surgeon entered and all smiles greeted everyone and wished them all a good day whilst he pick up a patient. Nice I thought. And what a lovely friendly atmosphere. Sarah ushered me in to see Alastair in no time and both were friendly and so knowledgeable about all we discussed. A great and thorough examination of my teeth and gums and mouth coupled with helpful pointers and recommendations. I’ve taken out a Denplan Plan as a result and again on returning to submit my application the reception team were helpful and thorough and I have my first checkup and clean all booked. So impressed with them all. Really happy I’m a patient here. 11/10.

I can’t rate this dental surgery high enough. They are exceptional in what they do. The staff are fantastic, always jolly and always ready to help with appointments etc. The dentists and hygienists use all the latest equipment and are extremely knowledgeable about their profession and the new technology that is available for them to use. I and my family have been attending Ferry Dental Centre since 2022 with various dental issues and had only positive experience. Dr Iuri helped me with a number of dental issues including some complex reconstructions with onlays. He always took time to explain all the details and options available and I would like to express special thanks for his patientce and persistence in advising and explaining the importance of a night mouthguard for me. Dr Dennis is a brilliant specialist in dental implants, can only highly recommend him. Hygienist Yustin was superb in providing prophylactic and periodontal treatment. Assisting nurses were lovely and attentive. Reception team was always pleasant and welcoming with bookings and paperwork sorted timely and efficiently. I would like to emphasize high standards of dentistry and hygiene that Ferry Dental Team adheres to, including offering extensive new patient exam, using X-ray, dental microscope, rubber dams and modern materials and techniques. After many years of neglecting my teeth and an almost phobic fear of dentists, a very bad toothache brought me to Ferry Dental after reading so many reviews of so many dentists in Southampton…. and I’m so glad I did! From the moment you enter the waiting room, the ambient, crisp clean decor, the welcoming and kindness of the reception staff, the subtle, calm music, in fact, the whole aura of Ferry Dental exudes a professional calmness, which all helps to quell the nerves, even mine… and that took some doing! All my appointments have been punctual, which really helps when you’re so nervous. Dr. luri Coev quickly got to the root (literally) of my pain and after xrays , showed me the extent of my problems but in such a calm, quiet, matter of fact way, I felt safe with his knowledge and expertise. He took so much time explaining my options and costs before we came up with a plan, that I came away feeling positive. Scared but positive. Since that first consultation, I have had several extractions, partial dentures made and fitted and now awaiting splints to hold some of my remaining loose teeth for a while longer. I was terrified about the extractions but my fears were totally unfounded, thanks to a combination of Dr. luri’s expertise and the support of his wonderfully kind dental nurse, who literally held my hand on occasions. I’ve also had two periodontal sessions with the equally professional Justine and her nurse. After years of neglecting my teeth, Justine took every care, checking all the time that I was alright, never rushing and so gentle, showing me and explaining what needed to be done. What is also so reassuring, is the courtesy of a follow up email within the first 24/48 hours, checking that all's well and there aren't any problems. In my seven decades of dental treatment, I have never felt so reassured. The whole team at Ferry Dental are so professional and approachable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Absolutely first class dentistry!

I have had such an amazing experience with Ben and all the team at White whilst getting my braces. From my first consultation to the removal and all the follow up appointments. The process has been so easy , professional and comfortable. I had no major pain or any issues with the braces. Once a bracket came off and Ben reassured me quickly. I am so very pleased with the results from only a year of treatment. The price included 4 weekly check up appointments at the stunning practice set in beautiful countryside. It really made it feel like a luxury treatment. I can’t thank Ben and his amazing team enough! I highly recommend White for any orthodontic treatment. I love my new smile! Ben is simply the best! I’d had Invisalign with another dentist (not ortho) before finding Ben. Invisalign did not suffice and was not accurate enough to correct my smile. After losing hope, Ben was able to provide me with a full, person centred treatment plan. My teeth (now 4.5 years later) are still amazing after having white brackets and composite bonding. As a result, my son has had his braces with Ben (he’s so good with children!) and my colleagues too. Whites is no ordinary practice, they all go above and beyond. From seeing my mum in emergency needs (due to her undergoing immunotherapy) and throwing children’s dental party days to help get them comfortable with seeing dentists. We are so lucky to have a practice like this in our doorstep. Forever grateful! 🙏🏼

I came to White Winchester as my bridge fitted many years ago had broken one of the supporting teeth had broken which was non repairable, I had a consultation with Ben who advised me the only option was to replace the bridge with 3 teeth implants bridge. Ben took a lot of time over my appointments with a lot of care in explaining all of treatment and procedures he was undertaken. From the very first appointment until when everything was completed not once was, I left not knowing what was happening from teeth removal to post's being fitted and finally new teeth being fitted, over a number of appointment Ben and the amazing team at the practise made me feel welcome and comfortable and explained everything. Could’ve of asked for more! White Winchester gave me so much confidence - I love my new smile! Ben was so helpful from start to finish and extremely thorough. My first consultation was fantastic and I got a full understanding how they would straighten my teeth. Ben uses the best technique to make the experience as comfortable as possible. I was able to see what my teeth would look like before starting a single bit of treatment. Ben made sure they were perfect! The practice itself is beautiful and so relaxing. Not clinical at all, which I usually really struggle with after previous bad experiences in the hospital. All the staff are so friendly, smiley and made me feel super relaxed. Clear Dentistry is on another level, compared to any other surgery I have visited. Three main areas set them apart in my mind: Patient engagement: photos and scans shown on a screen in the room show the patient what is going on in their mouth, and provide justification for the treatment recommended. Use of modern techniques: the dental dam used during procedures is a game changer. Makes the whole experience much more pleasant. Almost every other device used is a more up to date version, and therefore less intrusive and faster. Preventative treatment: other practices leave issues until they escalate to treat. Clear Dentistry advise treating minor issues before they become major ones. Overall, I can’t recommend them more.

As soon as you open the door you are met with a light airy reception and the staff are extremely pleasant and couldn’t do more to put you at your ease. Checkups are very comprehensive using up-to-date technology including instant viewing on television screens showing what the Dentist is talking about and it’s all done in such a friendly & professional environment that you just feel totally relaxed. After an unfortunate accident to my front tooth 2 ys ago, I was desperate to find someone who could repair the complex damage, having seen 2 other dentists previously, who had failed to resolve the issues. I found Rob Hannah online, and after an initial consultation & sideways CT scan, he identified the issue with my tooth, and has worked tirelessly to address the issues, restoring my teeth and appearance & subsequently my confidence. His empathy and kindness throughout my treatment has been second to none, and his professional expertise has been excellent and pain free, despite a number of complex operations. A big thank you to Rob and his excellent team, from Wendy on the Isle of Wight (I travel to Southampton to see Rob, he’s absolutely worth it !!).
