I’m not usually a fan of going to the dentist, but this visit completely changed my experience. From the moment I walked in, the reception team was so lovely—they explained everything in detail and made sure I felt comfortable while waiting. The dentist was incredibly professional, friendly, and truly listened to all my concerns. He took the time to explain every possible option and provided a clear recommendation on what would be best for me. I’m really pleased with the care I received and would highly recommend this practice to everyone looking for a trustworthy and reassuring dental experience!

I and my family have been attending Ferry Dental Centre since 2022 with various dental issues and had only positive experience. Dr Iuri helped me with a number of dental issues including some complex reconstructions with onlays. He always took time to explain all the details and options available and I would like to express special thanks for his patientce and persistence in advising and explaining the importance of a night mouthguard for me. Dr Dennis is a brilliant specialist in dental implants, can only highly recommend him. Hygienist Yustin was superb in providing prophylactic and periodontal treatment. Assisting nurses were lovely and attentive. Reception team was always pleasant and welcoming with bookings and paperwork sorted timely and efficiently. I would like to emphasize high standards of dentistry and hygiene that Ferry Dental Team adheres to, including offering extensive new patient exam, using X-ray, dental microscope, rubber dams and modern materials and techniques. Keep doing great job!

After many years of neglecting my teeth and an almost phobic fear of dentists, a very bad toothache brought me to Ferry Dental after reading so many reviews of so many dentists in Southampton…. and I’m so glad I did! From the moment you enter the waiting room, the ambient, crisp clean decor, the welcoming and kindness of the reception staff, the subtle, calm music, in fact, the whole aura of Ferry Dental exudes a professional calmness, which all helps to quell the nerves, even mine… and that took some doing! All my appointments have been punctual, which really helps when you’re so nervous. Dr. luri Coev quickly got to the root (literally) of my pain and after xrays , showed me the extent of my problems but in such a calm, quiet, matter of fact way, I felt safe with his knowledge and expertise. He took so much time explaining my options and costs before we came up with a plan, that I came away feeling positive. Scared but positive. Since that first consultation, I have had several extractions, partial dentures made and fitted and now awaiting splints to hold some of my remaining loose teeth for a while longer. I was terrified about the extractions but my fears were totally unfounded, thanks to a combination of Dr. luri’s expertise and the support of his wonderfully kind dental nurse, who literally held my hand on occasions. I’ve also had two periodontal sessions with the equally professional Justine and her nurse. After years of neglecting my teeth, Justine took every care, checking all the time that I was alright, never rushing and so gentle, showing me and explaining what needed to be done. What is also so reassuring, is the courtesy of a follow up email within the first 24/48 hours, checking that all's well and there aren't any problems. In my seven decades of dental treatment, I have never felt so reassured. The whole team at Ferry Dental are so professional and approachable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Absolutely first class dentistry!

Ferry Dental has amazing dental services. They explain the process thoroughly, solve all the questions, very precise working, calm environment and experience as a patient. Excellent professionals and equipment. I had a visit today for endodontics and cleaning and I was impressed by all those details, I really recommend them.

They are the best. I am scared of visiting the dentist due to my bad anxiety. But the patience and professionalism from this team is above what I have ever seen. They listen to you and do their best to see that you have a good experience not that people like me (anxious) can ever have a good experience. Dr. Pritesh is a great dentist! Very supportive, understanding, approachable and most important you will get outstanding care! First dentist which gives you piece of mind and doesn't charge you thousand pounds for simple visit. Definitely can recommend!!! If you need any help with your teeth this is the place to go!

I’m a new Client so this was my first visit. Had a consultation with Abbin who checked my teeth and gums and we discussed ideas moving forward. He also recommended a teeth clean and did it as part of the appointment. Next appointment is in 2 weeks to discuss things further with the dentist. Have to say everyone is super friendly at Dental Concepts, Southampton. I had already forewarned them that I suffer from anxiety and they made me feel so at ease.

I have been a member of the Inspire Community for many years. That is truly how it feels a family relationship where every member of staff is very caring and supportive. What a relaxed and happy experience it was. I mean, who likes going to the dentist normally? No one, but I can wholeheartedly say the team there made it a joyful visit, they are so friendly and put me at ease. The advice they gave is second to none and professional. I had full upper implants. It was,a little more complicated than that as I already had several years ago, a few of which had now failed. It was quite a complicated surgery but the treatment, and kindness of all the staff was amazing. They put me at ease, explained everything fully & answered my questions in terms I understood. It's a lengthy process but worth every stage. They really understand & are experienced at implant dentistry & you feel in safe hands throughout the process. The end result is extremely good & I'm so happy I had it done. The whole team, from Ad & Rosie to all the nurses, receptionists etc are lovely & friendly. Just joined this practice this week and oh my goodness what caring friendly people, made me feel right at home. I am hoping to stay here for some time. I chose this dental practice because the reviews were excellent and I am very happy to share my first impressions. Greated nicely on my arrival and the nurse Lidia looked after me initially for the x-rays. Lidia explained what was shown on the x-rays and made sure I understood. The dental surgeon, Ad then came to see me and examined my teeth and then offered 2 treatment options. There was no pressure to choose either option and I was able to make a decision that was right for me. Actually think I will look forward to my appointments, who would ever say that about visiting a dentist!

My experience with the practice and both Costin and Pamela was absolutely great because I felt safe, really looked after, treated with respect and kindness at all times. This is that type of place where you feel you are at the centre of their efforts and the price is a fair one compared to so many other places. Pamela and Costin worked with me for aprox 3 years now. I first had a crown made and then braces and the result of both is just amazing. Nothing was too much for them and they went beyond and above with their care and assistance so I can enjoy smiling again. I would highly recommend this practice. I find dental appointments extremely stressful, but the care, patience & compassion given by all the staff is incredible. They don’t make you feel silly for being nervous, they explain in simple terms what they’re doing & why and every single member of staff are really caring, helpful and friendly. The reception and dentistry staff are all very friendly, kind and understanding. I am sure they are all excellent, but in my experience Jade, Shannon, Adnan, Loretta and Sammi really put you at ease. And I really appreciate their clear communication so I understand my dental health and what I need to do to support it. I feel confident that a visit to them means I’m in safe hands. Here’s two examples of their work I really appreciated. First, I was so nervous for my very first new patient consultation - but chatting with Jade really helped me feel welcome and relaxed. Honestly, that really meant a lot to me and was an excellent first impression that has lasted. And secondly, they very kindly kept my appointment even though I was running very late just before doors closed. And my wisdom tooth extraction with Adnan and Loretta went very smoothly! I felt so worried as it was my first ever major dental procedure, but I needn’t have as they took great care in their work even thought it was the last thing in the working day. Lovely friendly team. Great appointment to have teeth cleaned after 3 years!! I was very nervous due to chronic pain disorder and previous bad experiences at my old dentist. Very considerate and listened to my concerns. Teeth cleaned very well with no pain at all. Very happy. Would recommend.

Not only are they all brilliant at their respective jobs, they are all lovely people who are polite and friendly. It really sets you at ease and it's very much appreciated. I needed a tooth extraction and wasn’t looking forward to it! I have to say the procedure was carried out by Johann with outstanding care and effectiveness. He ensured that my experience was very positive and virtually painless. His gentle technique, skill and professionalism were very much appreciated! Having arrived at Bridgeways Dental over 2 years ago as possibly their most nervous new patient, I am so very happy to say that I've just finished my Invisalign treatment. And wow! I now have lovely teeth ... something I thought I would never be able to say and it's all thanks to Casey and her wonderful team. Can't praise/recommend Bridgeways dental enough. I'm starting this review with the word WOW (Excellent experience from start to Finish) let me tell you why . For my first appointment I was seen by Casey and Demi , lovely friendly people and made my first visit there a pleasant one. Casey welcomed me to the practice as a new client and made me feel instantly comfortable. Very good dentist , checked my teeth and explained everything to me very well . Im even going to brush twice a day now otherwise Casey might tell me off lol. Demi the nurse is just great too. For my hygienist appointment a few days later I saw Vaida, I have seen alot of hygienists before , but Vaida was just exceptionally!! The best hygienist I've ever seen , just wow , I could of fallen asleep in the chair she was that good . I felt no pain and my teeth look amazing, I'm so so happy with the result . Vaida took her time and done a top job and nice and friendly too , like they all are including the reception staff . If you worried about seeing a hygienist then honestly go see Vaida ,she is just the best , you won't regret it . Easy to find and nice updated and clean premises . I can't say enough, extremely happy with the care I received for my teeth . I highly more than highly recommend this Dentist. So impressed. Great job ...I gave 5 stars 🌟 deserve more :-)

Review for Bridgeways Dental. It was with a great deal of soul searching and a massive amount of trepidation before I made the decision to have whole mouth implants. The care, understanding, after care and truly professional treatment I received from Bridgeways was exemplary. The whole process was explained in great detail to put my mind at ease at every step. Surprisingly little pain, more like discomfort, with the procedure. Follow up appointments were scheduled to monitor the healing process throughout. I am more than satisfied with the end result. My confidence, ability to eat normally, and obviously, my smile has transformed my life dramatically Many thanks to George, Mel, Terri and all the team for making this almost a pleasant experience. I have been coming to this practice for many years and I have always been a very nervous patient. I worry for days before my appointment but when I get there everyone is always so lovely and kind that I have never turned around and ran back out of the door!. The improvements to the building have been amazing and given the surgery a polished look and feel. Dr Jinal Patel has such a calm and reassuring nature and her dental assistants Laura and recently Jordon are always kind and gentle. I have been seeing Lucy the hygienist who is also lovely and gives good advice. The reception staff are smart, professional and always friendly and helpful. I felt very satisfied after my recent appointment for a filling by Dr Patel. She took great care to ensure that I knew what was happening at each stage and did the work carefully to avoid giving me pain. I also liked being distracted by the large TV screen to watch. It was showing an overhead tour of Rome - I think.

After an unfortunate accident to my front tooth 2 ys ago, I was desperate to find someone who could repair the complex damage, having seen 2 other dentists previously, who had failed to resolve the issues. I found Rob Hannah online, and after an initial consultation & sideways CT scan, he identified the issue with my tooth, and has worked tirelessly to address the issues, restoring my teeth and appearance & subsequently my confidence. His empathy and kindness throughout my treatment has been second to none, and his professional expertise has been excellent and pain free, despite a number of complex operations. A big thank you to Rob and his excellent team, from Wendy on the Isle of Wight (I travel to Southampton to see Rob, he’s absolutely worth it !!).

Looking forward to seeing a dentist isn't my usual feeling but going to Hampshire Dentist is a very different experience. Firstly the reception team are friendly and efficient putting everyone at ease. My treatment was painfree and I also learned a lot from Dr Rob as he skillfully went about restoring a bridge. His knowledge and state of the art equipment is very impressive. More visits will be needed and I can honestly say I look forward to seeing Dr Rob and his colleagues again.

I am absolutely terrified of Dentist. I have had some horrible experiences in the past so today going in to smilemakers on Hamble lane i was very anxious but Saadiq and Morgan made me very comfortable and friendly explained what they were going to do and made me feel at ease. Lovely welcome from the Reception staff. Best Hygiene clean I’ve ever had (and I’ve tried a few places) from the wonderful Olivia and assistant Clarissa. So thorough, professional, knowledgeable and gentle. Already booked next clean. Immaculately clean practise/premises. Plenty of free parking.

This is by far the best dentist I have been to. I have a severe needle phobia and bad experiences in the past with dentists made me nervous. Nikos and he's assistant was amazing telling me what they were doing each step of the way and have the patience of a saint. Bernice was fabulous at giving me the information and reassurance inbetween appointments. I finally have my smile back after an accident broke my tooth in half, thank you smile makers!
