I was very pleased with my recent appointment with the dental hygienist. It was a great experience, probably the best I've had at any dental practice. Both Naz and her nurse assistant were gentle and kind. They were also patient and understanding with my disability. I would recommend them and this practice to anyone.

Outstanding service- thank you. I needed an emergency appointment due to severe tooth ache and was able seen at 11am the same day. Dental nurse and dentist were great - quickly establishing I needed root canal treatment and booked me in for the following afternoon. Later that day the pain became increasingly worse. When asking if there was anything they could do to help they offered me an earlier appointment (outside of usual hours) that evening to start the treatment and alleviate the pain - above and beyond customer service! The procedure itself was pain-free and over within 1.5hrs. I’m now waiting for the 2nd appointment in a couple weeks.

Following recommendation from 2 close friends I went for a free consultation with Dr. Jeff O’Connell as my front bridge of 30 years was broken and in danger of falling out. I was extremely worried that my weak dental bone structure would mean that my only option would be a denture. However, Dr. Jeff gave me the confidence that a new bridge was definitely possible. So, following an extensive treatment plan, 4 months later (I had a few planned trips in the summer), I now have a new smile! It includes a new front bridge (5 teeth) and 2 new crowns. I also needed root canal treatment. All the staff I have seen have been very explanatory and caring, including the dental nurses. I didn’t feel worried at any stage of my treatment. It has definitely been an excellent team effort led by Dr. Jeff. Giselle and Jess are a very welcoming reception team, keeping me informed if it was necessary to make any changes to appointment times. I would highly recommend The Dental Group to family and friends. The quality of my new bridge has left me feeling very confident as it feels very stable and comfortable. For anyone hesitating or extremely nervous about having implants, do not hesitate to put your trust and confidence in Peter Sanders. He is absolutely brilliant. I have had my 2 front teeth replaced and the whole process was fantastic, the end result superb! Am so happy. Dental confidence is a fantastic practice in all areas. Warmly welcomed and served by Karen on reception, followed by hygienist treatment with Grant who was friendly and professional. My Dentist was Aleksandra who was also very friendly and helped me relax whilst having two fillings done. The dental nurses were fantastic too, especially ensuring I was comfortable and not in pain throughout the procedure. All in all I would highly recommend this practice.

I always have a great experience at Dental Confidence - the reception are always great at communication prior to appointments. Alongside, the dentists and dental assistants are super friendly and communicate treatments options well. They are extremely good at working with patients with dental anxiety/ needle phobias and allow extra time for appointments for such matters. Nothing but great things to say about the practice!

Attended yesterday for an emergency appointment and was very impressed with the service I received! The receptionists Megan and Karen were friendly and helpful and Aleks and Diana were kind and professional. I loved coming here for my appointment and will happily return! I have quite bad anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist due to 2 previous awful experiences when I was younger. I was recommended Oakley Road by my mum. I am still quite anxious but every single member of staff always puts me at ease and are so understanding and respectful of my anxiety which I am totally thankful for. The team at Oakley are fantastic. They have helped me completely turn around my oral hygiene. I am now much happier and more confident about my teeth and gums! I have recently moved out of the area but I still use Oakley despite the 1hr commute each way.

I’m 27 years old and my visit to Ferry Dental was my second ever visit to a dentist in my life. I was expecting it to be a very negative experience but I was totally wrong. I was seen by Dr Iuri Coev and Mrs Justine Ping and I can truly say they are amazing at what they do. I had a scale and polish appointment with Mrs Ping and she was extremely careful with me. The pricing is very affordable and I would say for what you get, I don’t think you can find better pricing. The whole environment is very positive, professional, welcoming and friendly from first walking into the dentistry to walking out after your treatment. You can also tell their hygiene standards are extremely high. I would highly recommend visiting Ferry Dental, they will be looking after my teeth from now on.

Ferry Dental has amazing dental services. They explain the process thoroughly, solve all the questions, very precise working, calm environment and experience as a patient. I and my family have been attending Ferry Dental Centre since 2022 with various dental issues and had only positive experience. Dr Iuri helped me with a number of dental issues including some complex reconstructions with onlays. He always took time to explain all the details and options available and I would like to express special thanks for his patientce and persistence in advising and explaining the importance of a night mouthguard for me. Dr Dennis is a brilliant specialist in dental implants, can only highly recommend him. Hygienist Yustin was superb in providing prophylactic and periodontal treatment. Assisting nurses were lovely and attentive. Reception team was always pleasant and welcoming with bookings and paperwork sorted timely and efficiently. I would like to emphasize high standards of dentistry and hygiene that Ferry Dental Team adheres to, including offering extensive new patient exam, using X-ray, dental microscope, rubber dams and modern materials and techniques. Keep doing great job!

My father has recently joined the practice and couldn't be happier with the care and attention he has received from all the staff. The sign up process was quick and easy, all his treatment options were explained so he could make an informed decision, every time he goes there's a lovely warm greeting. Choosing the right dentist can be a hit-and-miss, so I am super pleased I found Hilltop Dental Practice. Sue - their receptionist - is very kind, friendly, and does her very best to find the most suitable time for me for the treatments, and support any way she can. Sarah-Jayne - my new dentist - is professional, friendly, and makes me feel comfortable during the treatments. Sarah-Jayne explains everything clear around my treatments, and has a proactive approach to avoid any potential future problems. Worth every penny spent there.

I have been going to this dentist for some time and am always happy with the experience. I find Sarah-Jane is a very patient and knowledgeable dentist and always puts me at ease, and Amy is the best hygienist I have ever been to at any practice. The whole team are very welcoming and professional. It is a bit of a journey from where I live but I would not want to go anywhere else.

Amazing attention to detail by Sarah Jane and her lovely team. Had to have extensive treatment at short notice and they made sure they booked out 90 minutes even losing half an hour of their lunch break to complete a brilliant repair. This is by far the best dentist I have been to. I have a severe needle phobia and bad experiences in the past with dentists made me nervous. Nikos and he's assistant was amazing telling me what they were doing each step of the way and have the patience of a saint. Bernice was fabulous at giving me the information and reassurance inbetween appointments. I finally have my smile back after an accident broke my tooth in half, thank you smile makers!

I am absolutely terrified of Dentist. I have had some horrible experiences in the past so today going in to smilemakers on Hamble lane i was very anxious but Saadiq and Morgan made me very comfortable and friendly explained what they were going to do and made me feel at ease. The reception and dentistry staff are all very friendly, kind and understanding. I am sure they are all excellent, but in my experience Jade, Shannon, Adnan, Loretta and Sammi really put you at ease. And I really appreciate their clear communication so I understand my dental health and what I need to do to support it. I feel confident that a visit to them means I’m in safe hands. Here’s two examples of their work I really appreciated. First, I was so nervous for my very first new patient consultation - but chatting with Jade really helped me feel welcome and relaxed. Honestly, that really meant a lot to me and was an excellent first impression that has lasted. And secondly, they very kindly kept my appointment even though I was running very late just before doors closed. And my wisdom tooth extraction with Adnan and Loretta went very smoothly! I felt so worried as it was my first ever major dental procedure, but I needn’t have as they took great care in their work even thought it was the last thing in the working day. I would highly recommend this practice. I find dental appointments extremely stressful, but the care, patience & compassion given by all the staff is incredible. They don’t make you feel silly for being nervous, they explain in simple terms what they’re doing & why and every single member of staff are really caring, helpful and friendly. I recently had 2 extractions (which I was dreading), but they talked me through it, listened to my concerns, helped me stay calm and made it much easier than I had anticipated. I’ve had some very difficult experiences at previous Dentists, so to find a practice where I am listened to and cared for is a real game changer for me. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!

Absolutely over the moon with my experience getting my tooth surgically extracted, the surgeon (DR Fransisco) was patient and explained every step of the procedure to me and made sure I was comfortable and the nurse assisting him (Jess) was so calming and kind which helped ease me so much, If I could give more then 5 stars I would could not recommend this practice enough!!
