Richard stands above the rest. We’ve had bad experiences in the past but put simply, when it comes to his competition, he cleans up! First class service. Reliable and reasonable. Windows, gutters, conservatory. Top spec job.

Top spec have been cleaning the windows and conservatory at our house for several years. They are reliable and good value for money, and Richard did the usual good job this morning.

Have used Topspec for years. Richard is 10 out of 10, does such a great job every time and looks after my very old conservatory which needs more care and attention. I cannot recommend Top spec enough. Lovely team and always a brilliant clean.

An excellent job done today by Craig and Richard - all gutters cleared, full clean of all exterior. Reasonably priced and friendly service.

Dazza has been dazzling our windows and doors and cleaning out are horrid gutters and fixing our pipes for longer than I can remember. Always chirpy and enjoy talking to him about his fishing. Completely reliable and "self contained" e.g. he uses his own water etc., except for tea, but at least he drinks proper builder's tea. Also very reasonable pricing wise, in a very competitive market. Top bloke!

Darren was quick to respond to my request for a quote and arranged a convenient time to come to the property. Darren has been friendly and courteous throughout the whole experience. I had a clean for soffits, guttering, windows and conservatory and the results are great. Darren also tidied up and did little extras like cleaning the little windows on the garage door. I would recommend.

Our cleaner did an amazing job, we had our bathroom and kitchen cleaned, we told her which areas are priority and she did just that. Our bathroom was like new again! And the stains on the kitchen floor are gone! We are very happy with this. It didn’t take long to book the service (within a week) and we found Symone’s communication to be excellent. Would recommend!

Lee was very professional and on time when he came to clean my Mum's house gutters and did what we asked of him. His prices are quite good as well. I recommend him, very polite and quite responsive when contacting him. He actually was good when I contacted him after contacting so many others to clean the gutters but I didn't get a response back from those others. Lee on that same day came to check what needed to be done and gave me a quote there and then. We will use him again in the future, very good work.

Lee was extremely professional and did an amazing job! All communication was friendly and swift. And the work was excellent. Will definitely be using again. Price wise was also very good.

I have never used Lee before and am very glad I did. He went over and above what I had expected. The Orangery roof has been cleaned before but not to this standard. I will certainly be asking Lee to do this again for me. His standard of work was excellent and he kept checking I was happy with his work, which I was. Nothing was too much trouble. I have even asked him to help with other work around the property and and will be more than happy for him to to the work. He is a safe and conscientious worker. Lee did a fantastic job with cleaning out the gutters / cleaning the outside and all of my windows this morning. Everything is shining and clean now. He was prompt and efficient, explaining all that he would be doing and sharing with us the work he had done. He was incredibly polite and couldn’t do enough. DixeyClean, came highly recommended, they use top notch products and did a safe soft-wash and clean of our roof. Our roof was replaced several years, but had become partially covered in light moss and algae. The lads who did the work did a amazing job, respectful, no damage, a thorough clean of the roof and facias. Nothing was too much trouble. They cleaned up the debris and work area after. Impressed with the attention to detail and results afterwards, our roof is like new. No pushy sales process, everything explained and detailed in email.

John and Dylan arrived exactly on time & worked tirelessly cleaning the gutters, soffits & down pipes, removing leaves from & cleaning a carport inside & out & the same with a polycarbonate roof over a garden side room. The terrace and decks were powerwashed & treated & now look like new again which was beyond my best expectations. The guys were professional, polite & friendly & a pleasure to have working here, they did a tremendous job that I am delighted with having given me back a house/terrace to be proud of. Myself and three other neighbours had our roofs cleaned and sealed. I would like to say from the first phone call that I had with Richard he was very thorough and very professional. He explained everything to me also when I decided to go with Dixie clean he sent all certificates over of the staff and health and safety etc. the lads turned up on time and they were very polite and well mannered. they also made sure that all the other neighbours were Aware of what they were doing and any mess that was made would be cleaned afterwards, including their windows gardens paths etc. we couldn’t of asked for a better service. They made sure that everything was covered in surrounding areas and protected also health and safety guidelines were followed. Also from the start of the job to the finish of the job they explained what they were doing as they went along they done an amazing job on the roofs.. They look as if they’re brand-new. Just want to say how impressed I was with the results of the clean – genuinely did not expect the results to be as good as they were! So much so that I hadn’t took any before and after photographs, fortunately the company did! As a side note, the weather yesterday was really poor so firstly a massive thank you for the perseverance and professionalism of the guys, my wife (and I) were pretty impressed. Olly and his team have been doing my windows for the past six years and they are brilliant. Once a year they also do my conservatory roof too. They are professional and courteous and very reasonably priced. Nothing is ever too much trouble. When my gutter starting leaking recently I knew exactly who to call. Olly got straight back to me within an hour and investigated and sorted the problem within a day! They really are super heroes disguised as window cleaners, Thank you Olly and Tom!!

I picked All Surface Cleaning on the basis of the reviews I read and have not been disappointed! Gareth was completely professional from our first contact and worked hard to produce an amazing result. Our house was transformed and looks like it has been freshly painted. The moss covered conservatory roof is unrecognizable now. A great service and worth every penny. I've already recommended him to friends.

Gareth has just transformed our house in the matter of one day. Cream render and white guttering which was looking very grubby indeed is now pristine and the house looks amazing. It's a period house, and he was very careful as he worked. He went above and beyond and I am so pleased. Would highly recommend Gareth, he came round and did a fantastic job, cleaned and treated my very neglected block paved driveway that was covered in weeds and moss. Also cleaned my whole house, (cladding, windows, guttering, and fascias) It looks like a different house and new driveway. Outstanding cleaning services. Kobilz cleaning services did an exceptional job cleaning my house after I vacated it. I was impressed by their professionalism and responsiveness. They were incredibly accommodating in scheduling the cleaning around my move-out date and provided a clear and transparent quote upfront. On the day of the cleaning, the team arrived on time and worked diligently and efficiently. They paid meticulous attention to detail, leaving every room sparkling clean. The kitchen appliances were spotless, the bathrooms were gleaming, and the carpets and floors were thoroughly cleaned.
