Such a pleasant change to see traditional window cleaning methods being used. I much prefer my windows being cleaned using a mop/ladder/cloth and squeegee. I have diarised another booking for 12 weeks time and recommend Ben and his colleague to friends/neighbours in the area.

I had been messed about a couple of times by other local window cleaners so tried these guys, no nonsense, responsive, quick to book me in and no waiting for long for my clean to happen either, he came out he was polite and did the job to a fantastic standard better than any of the other locals we have used before not a half job! Highly recommend, and will be our regular window cleaner from now on! Great service, great guy and sparkling windows!

Very helpful from first point of contact, windows are looking fantastic. Very good price and a very professional job done. Was on time, and finished the job to a very high standard, highly recommended,will be using again in the future. Health and safety standards second to none, as had put signs out to warn of equipment etc. Very pleased with using this company and first time in doing so, but will not go anywhere else. We are a construction company and have used Palazzos various cleaning services for a few of our sites now and we are extremely pleased with the results all round. They have done builders cleans, spring cleans, window cleaning, carpet cleaning, general household cleaning etc across 3-4 sites for us and we are always really happy with the quality of work they provide and their friendly no fuss service. They have worked both in our vacant clients homes, also when clients/ tenants are home and at our own home and nothing seems to phase them. Would highly recommend them to anyone without hesitation!

We have used Palazzo several times and always found them to be reliable and thorough. Recently they did a big end-of-tenancy clean for us. There was an accidental spillage of a cleaning chemical on our tiled floor. Christian spent a long time and a lot of effort correcting this, and in fact re-finishing the entire floor so that it was not uneven. Really impressed by his dedication and attention to detail. I would very strongly recommend this company.

We have been using Maid in Basingstoke since 2018 and have been very happy with the whole package ... The cleaning has been to a high standard and all cleaners have been friendly and professional. It was simple to set-up the service with no complex contract and communication by email and phone worked well. We also appreciated that on occasion where we needed skip a clean or rearange a date, this was no problem. Overall, we highly recommend Maid in Basingstoke.

The cleaner(s) turn up with all the cleaning products they need including the vacuum cleaner. We used both carpet cleaning and deep cleaning services and were extremely pleased with the results. It's hard to keep on top of the cleaning to the level we would like, with family and full time jobs, so we decided to get a deep clean to help us with the things we usually can't spend much time on. The carpet hadn't been professionally cleaned when we moved to this house either, and having withstand 2 young children and a dog, we thought it was time to get it done too. Csaba was really helpful and professional all the way through from first contact. They were very meticulous and thorough and delivered an excellent service. The carpets look like new, I didn't imagine the improvement would be this marked, and the cleaning was top quality. I would highly recommend their services!
