Having decided we would like the help of a tutor for our daughter for her GCSEs we were a little lost, but thankfully found Tahir! He is a lovely, calm and patient tutor who on a 1 to 1 basis was excellent our daughter. Without him she would have never gone from a grade 3 to a grade 6, we would highly recommend him to anybody in need of a maths or science tutor! Mr and Mrs Stone

Kirsty makes learning maths from being very difficult to fun activity for my 9 year old daughter. She is looking forward to her sessions. Primary mathematics is very important for child to learn and develop for later harder stages of math. Like building a house. Strong foundation is must for sturdy house. I think Kirsty helps our family and my daughter to get that strong foundation. Thank you Kirsty.

Aarzoo, is an great tutor and has been able to compact down GCSE maths (resist) topics too make them more understandable which has helped in my maths revision . My daughter has only done 4 sessions and has achieved a great mark in her end of year Maths exam which we are delighted with, as it sets her up to have a confident start after the summer holidays in the next year. Kip McGrath is worth every penny in giving confidence and exam skills. My son also attended a couple of years ago for his Maths GCSE and I am certain would not have passed without the training he had here. A very clever and expensive private tutor for 2 years did not help him as much as Kip McGrath did. Highly recommended.

Both of my children are attending Maths and English classes. I am very happy with the Kip team. They tailor education plan based on individual needs, provide regular feedback about children's progress, and advice on how children can be supported at home. My children loved attending Kip classes, and their exam results were very good. I highly recommend Kip if you want to fill in education gaps, prepare for exams or give an extra boost. I highly recommend Nicola and her team they're amazing! Nicola has a unique and impressive teaching style. Nicola is an excellent tutor and we highly recommend. She successfully tutored our son to pass the 11+ exam. Our son enjoyed her sessions and looked forward to attending each week. Tom has worked with our child for a year leading up to her SATs and we've been very impressed with his ability to work at her speed and keep her engaged every lesson. This company was recommended to me by several friends and I highly recommend them too. I have been using Acorn Tutors for over a year to support my children (12 and 10) with Maths and Literacy. The quality of the teaching is excellent, with innovative methods and clever use of technology to engage and enable children. The rapport that the tutor has built with my two (who are very different learners) is based on empathic understanding of children, and obviously a sound knowledge of psychology! I like that the tutor also took the time to email the children's teachers to liaise with them. Tom from Acorn Tutors has made learning fun for our son. As a typical boy getting him to sit down and study was always a challenge, however he never complained once about working with Tom to prepare for his SATs. In-fact he was even happy to have tutoring sessions during the holidays.... We used Acorn Tutors upon numerous recommendations during the unfortunate COVID-19 lockdown of 2020. Once it was clear that the Year 6 SATS were not going ahead we utilised Tom's experience and professionalism for twice weekly Zoom lessons for our son in preparation for starting Year 7 at a new much larger secondary school. Tom's professionalism and 'buddy' approach chats really helped him, and ourselves, through a difficult and frustrating time. Whenever they finished their lessons our son was full of confidence and spoke very highly of his methods.
