I am extremely happy with the progress my 2 children are making with their Maths and English. They have gained so much confidence since starting the Kumon program. Kumon Basingstoke Centre have been wonderful from day one. The tutor Jo and all the staff are always very helpful and professional.

Andy & Anya, and their team of fantastic teachers, have helped to develop his confidence in Maths and are continuing to support him through this final year of primary school. They are responsive to any changes in his needs and always seek to make sure the tutoring is tailored to him. Would highly recommend.

My daughter loves the online science classes with teacher Sri at Kip McGrath. She's become a lot more confident since starting, and she really enjoys the lessons. The team is super organized and friendly, and they always keep us in the loop. If you're looking for a great place for extra help with school, I highly recommend Kip McGrath.

My daughter has only done 4 sessions and has achieved a great mark in her end of year Maths exam which we are delighted with, as it sets her up to have a confident start after the summer holidays in the next year. Kip McGrath is worth every penny in giving confidence and exam skills. My son also attended a couple of years ago for his Maths GCSE and I am certain would not have passed without the training he had here. A very clever and expensive private tutor for 2 years did not help him as much as Kip McGrath did. Highly recommended.

My daughter started lessons with Kirsty last summer, and she looks forward to them every week. Kirsty has been amazing at filling in the gaps in her knowledge and giving her the confidence boost she really needs. Plus, she makes learning so much fun and creates a pressure-free environment. Kirsty is very experienced in tutoring primary school kids. She is familiar with the capabilities required by each age/year group, so that she could identify my son’s strengths and areas for improvement accurately. Then a tailor made tutoring plan is worked out. I can see the growing interests and confidence in my son. Kirsty is highly recommended!

My grandson has been tutored by Kirsty for 5 years. She was an amazing support to him during Covid lockdowns, which was a difficult time. Henry is always happy to see Kirsty, even though it is more 'learning' after school. She has helped enormously with his confidence and concentration, and his reading, particularly comprehension, is greatly improved. Kirsty makes learning fun with lots of educational games. He receives good reports from his school and I am sure this is partly due to 'Teatime Tutoring'. Her feedback is very helpful and she always mentions his next steps.

Hettie was a fantastic tutor. She stepped in at short notice to provide some entrance exam tuition and delivered the sessions calmly and efficiently, packing in as much as possible, yet very manageably!

We have been absolutely delighted with the tutoring and support Hettie has given to our 12 year old daughter whilst she prepared for Year 8 grammar school entrance tests. Hettie has a perfect combination of warmth, enthusiasm, focus, expertise and clarity. Her lessons flow beautifully and she covers so much during her lessons and through the homework she sets. Hettie is always encouraging, inspiring and extremely supportive. It was wonderful to see our daughter's confidence and knowledge grow over the series of lessons. We feel so fortunate to have found Hettie and are extremely grateful for her support in helping our daughter receive an offer of a grammar school place. Can’t thank Sumit and Aarzoo enough for the help and support they gave my son in preparation for his GCSEs last year, which undoubtedly helped him achieve a whole two grades above his expected grade in his final exams for Maths. Aarzoo helped him to understand the more tricky areas in a relatable way he could understand and therefore gave him the confidence when sitting his exams. Great communication, flexible and professional but in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Genuinely had my sons best interests at heart and would highly recommend.

Aarzoo, is an great tutor and has been able to compact down GCSE maths (resist) topics too make them more understandable which has helped in my maths revision . She has also helped how I approach the exam and has given me more confidence in a short amount of time since I have only had tutoring for less than 2 months.

Adolf is truly an amazing maths tutor. His cool, calm and gentle manner has really helped my sons mathematical competence. He explains each topic clearly until it is fully understood and then retests them at a later date, making sure the information has definitely sunk in. This is backed up with homework and revision . My son has now reached the grades he wishes to achieve and is full of confidence with a subject he once found difficult. I cannot ask for more than a fantastic tutor. They are beautifully teaching my daughter what to expect in her year group. They know what to expect in SATS exams and teach accordingly. The tutor is adjusting according to our flexible time. I can ask them to teach if my child is weak in any topic and they are happy to teach over again. All-over, I'm so happy with the tuition provider.

He is a lovely, calm and patient tutor who on a 1 to 1 basis was excellent our daughter. Reema's management of the center is excellent. Her connection with the pupils and parents is remarkable and contributes in no small measure to their academic development in Maths and English. The impact on my children (boy and girl) is profound. They are confident and interested in the subjects. They look forward going to the center and doing their homework. It reflects in their performances in school. Both of them are given higher challenge than their classmates in Maths and English. My daughter's reading skills is at Year 2 standard even though she is in Year 1. Kumon English definitely gives her that ability. As a family we have had experience of how Kumon can help a childs knowledge and confidence by going back to basics and progressing through all the levels. When our daughter began to struggle with Maths in year 2 we started her at the centre with Reema. The secret is plain and simple repetition and little and often. It has been especially helpful to be able to continue throughout lockdown and although we haven't had our weekly face to face sessions Reema has been very good in keeping contact and support over video messaging. Kumon continues through all the school holidays making sure the children don't slip back.

What can I say? Reema delivers. Excellent service worth every penny. Both of my children have improved significantly in their maths and English since starting at her centre. She's very involved in their learning, always keeps in touch, always send out regular updates and very encouraging...encouraging both the students and the parents! One of my children starts secondary school in September and the other is geared up for GCSEs and I can put their confidence, skills, and solid foundation down to Kumon's help.
