Very impressive menu, with very tasty vegan options. The coffee is very good and better because the staff knows what they are selling. So that is more appreciated. One of the vegan sandwiches has a sauce, so tasty I had to ask. The staff was kind enough to say what it was. So shows they take a lot of effort of to their service. Very cosy location and I can see why it is so popular. Will be back many times from now on.

Our recent visit to Shed for breakfast and brunch was truly delightful. We chose sandwiches and toast, and were pleasantly surprised by the meticulous preparation and exquisite flavors of each dish. It is clear that the restaurant takes great care in offering a high-level culinary experience, with carefully selected ingredients and well-crafted flavor combinations. One of the most charming and distinctive features of the restaurant is its table assignment system. Instead of traditional numbers, each table is identified with animal figures. Nice little independent cafe tucked away in a side street next to the train station. Only a minute’s walk away and much better to support a local business than the big chains. Nice coffee too!

Nice discovery after recommendation by friends. Lovely location on a farm in the Hampshire countryside. Tasty cup of takeaway Sumatran coffee. Will return to try out the country walks signposted around

I had a velvetiser from a famous company for Christmas, and fell in love with their white chocolate. However it worked out at nearly £1.50 a cup !! I searched on line and found moon roast white hot chocolate flakes. Wow, it is absolutely delicious, so tasty and works really well in my Velvetiser. It works out at 56p a cup. I will be buying from Moon roast every time 🙂🙂♥️

Popped into Moon Roast yesterday to pick some bits up and honestly, I think it’s the best customer service I’ve ever had. They were so knowledgeable and helpful with recommending what type of coffee to get, they wrapped everything up beautifully for me and was just a fantastic vibe and experience. Thanks guys x

One word: Spectacular. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. They feature only high grade coffee beans and have a phenomenal selection of roasts. Sit in the cosy tasting room or on the patio with a lovely countryside view, and enjoy a tasting of the different roasts and beans. This is a real treat for any coffee fanatic.

Can't believe I didn't know about this place! Fantastic friendly service, lots of menu choices. Food was hot and delicious, with plenty of it too excellent value for money. Definitely will be going back.

My 90 year old mum wanted to come here as one of her first times out for something to eat since the pandemic started 2 years ago. The LTS is a well decorated clean tea shop. Its upstairs so hidden away. The stairs are steep but mum managed as there was a rail. Good strong cups of tea and an excellent breakfast choice with many variations possible so it worked well for the 4 of us .Prices are good and so exceptional value especially as the breakfast was good.

Lovely tearoom, with friendly staff. Food was really good and there was plenty of vegetarian and vegan choices too. The table on the far side is on the uneven part of the floor which gives a strange dizzy feel (similar to the upside down house we recently visited! 😅), so we asked to be moved, which they kindly did.

Just back from a lovely visit here. 2 breakfasts, tea, 2 cake and an Oreo milk shake all for £28. Great service and friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Happy Sunday! Edit! My wife told me I must tell you about the bubble and squeak! She added it to her breakfast and enjoyed every bit! We will be back!

My wife and I love Tunworth cheese,we’ve had it in many restaurants in Hampshire,imagine our surprise when we recently visited New Orleans on our Golden Wedding anniversary trip and found Tunworth on the menu,it was as delicious as usual however we were staggered when we got the bill the price of the Tunworth was $111 !

Oh my goodness. Your Tunworth soft cheese is incredible! We found this whilst on holiday in Yorkshire of all places. Purchased from the Courtyard Dairy!!

Just had Tunworth for the first, but definitely not the last, time. Just fabulous. I used to live in Paris and had access to seriously great cheeses.....this is up there with them. What a delight. Thank you so much

Driving home from work, ended up in a little cheese boutique near ingleton, meet the lady that actually produces this cheese. Decided to buy some, best decision for a long time. It’s absolutely delicious, so creamy with a complex nutty flavour, and very addictive

Great cafe, can't beat the price; was making deliveries on the estate when I drove past his gem and decided to stop for a breakfast; got the big one which included everything and 50p extra for a latte which is fair. food was properly cooked and pretty good quality it's just the sausages seem to fall apart.

Great fresh food cooked to order not like some places that keep it warm!! Great staff and swapping items wasn't a fuss, kids high chair too so not just for dusty workmen, clean tables and floor. All round great place

I stumbled across this cafe whilst in the area and really glad I did. This is possibly the best breakfast I've had, certainly in the Basingstoke area. Next time I'm in this part of the world again I will be popping in for another visit.

First time here & I am already asking myself why have I never been sooner? The food & the service was all spot on, ever so friendly lovely people who went out their way to making you feel welcome. I know now that I need to revisit & support our local business in Basingstoke.

We visited the Dome cafe today for Friday Breakfast. We have a break from the site and often try different cafes near to our workplace. The food was good as was the service and the staff were all amazing polite and friendly. The cafe itself was pleasant and immaculately clean. We will definitely be back when we are in the area again.

Went to the Zoom café today for a breakfast with friends and family. We were made to feel very welcome from the moment we walked in the door. The staff were friendly and professional and the manager on duty was excellent taking my order as I wanted to make a few changes to my breakfast. The food was really good quality made with really good ingredients and served with a smile. I would definitely recommend The dome café to anyone and everyone who was looking for somewhere to dine out for a cheap and cheerful meal. The dome café also supports an excellent cause and as an excellent example of a business that also helps its community.

What a lovely cafe, so very well run, all staff very efficient, tables all cleared and cleaned as soon a people have left. Food very nice, lovely atmosphere. We hope they do well. Nice to see them so busy.

On the flat, with a tarmac footpath. There's no actual disabled parking, but it's all level. Lovely walk around, enclosed by gates, so no escaping small children or dogs. Has a nice play area for small ones, but being wooden does sometimes get slippery.

Lovely place someone told us it was a good place to walk with your dog, only shame was a woman walking around with three large dogs off leash and our small dog would of been very scared so we had to go and hide until they went past. Sadly lots of dog owners only think of themselves. Lovely cricket pitch there.

Beautiful park with a cricket pitch. There's a playground for children, very nice for a walk, and to walk the dog. There's a car park. All area of the park is very clean and tidy, there's tables in the area if you want to do a picnic.

Excellent park just off the A339. Small car park available. Two areas perfect for both little and big kids (although my 2 and a half year old prefers the big area!) One picnic bench and one other bench provides a place for parents

I recently booked this venue for my partner’s 30th birthday, and it was amazing! This is one of our favourite spots to enjoy coffee together, so it felt like the perfect place to celebrate the occasion. From the moment we arrived, the staff were absolutely incredible. Frankie and the team went above and beyond to ensure everything ran seamlessly. We had an outside caterer for the food, but the staff took charge of organising and presenting it perfectly, making sure everything was on time, and making sure all of our guests, including those with allergies, were well taken care of. The atmosphere was fantastic- full of energy, warm, welcoming and it didn’t feel rushed or stressful. I kept checking in throughout the evening, but Frankie was absolutely wonderful in reassuring me that everything was under control and telling me that I should enjoy the celebration without a worry, which is what I did. Our guests had a wonderful time, and I’ve received nothing but positive feedback about the venue, the staff and the overall experience. I would highly recommend this place for any event - you won’t be disappointed. A huge thank you to Frankie and the team for making my partner’s birthday so special!

We booked the Yard for a private party on Saturday evening. The location is fantastic, the staff were efficient, attentive, and friendly, and we had a great evening. Thoroughly recommend it!

Lovely Coffee Shop one of the guys in our cycle club guided us to, after seeing good things about, so we gave it a go........it's in a very remote location but has lovely decor and a very bijoux feel about it. Staff were very upbeat and were serving quickly and efficiently. There is a large selection of coffee, cake and hot food on offer with the coffee beans baked on site called Moon Coffee which is also sold here. The "yard" area is very spacious with lovely seating around as well as outdoor heaters for the colder mornings or evenings. They are doggie friendly as saw a few on our visit and welcomed cyclists to with two very large bike racks to use.........will definitely visit again if we are out this way again!!

First time here so wasn’t quite sure what to expect. Well what an eye opener! Sat in a shack in a field with rusting corrugated roofing with overhead 1 bar heating from the 1960s. The toilets albeit perfectly functional reminded me of a Boy Scouts Field Loo, even the sinks to wash your hands were improvised horse troughs. The whole ambience was/is totally unique, I was totally taken with the place, absolutely fascinated, such a wonderful experience. Now to the food, there was 6 of us including 2 kids. We all had variations of breakfast food stuffs. The kids are well catered for with smaller cooked breakfast portions or fruits, Nutella, cereal etc. Us adults all had a cooked breakfast in various guises as you can basically build your own item(s) stack in a sarnie, bagel, baguette, wrap, panini, bap, roll, etc you get the picture. I had what I can only describe as the best breakfast baguette ever!! A large fresher than fresh baguette full with Treagust sausages, really thick cut back bacon rashers and a fried egg, it was cooked to perfection and was extremely high quality produce and truly very satisfying. We all had hot coffees and the kids had smoothies. The only drawback was the Coffees could have been hotter especially the latte’s. All in all I loved the place and the food is delightful at sensible prices; £60 for 6 breakies and drinks. I will be back. Oh sorry! the staff are wonderful and very hard working.

To wash it all down, I ordered a classic breakfast tea for comfort and a fragrant Earl Grey for that extra touch of sophistication. Whether you’re after a pick-me-up or a moment to unwind, The Crate Bosham has got it covered. Expect to leave feeling well-fed, well-caffeinated, and slightly smug for finding such a cracking spot. Highly recommended! Just be prepared for the inevitable “Where did you get that?” when people see your story on the gram.

First time to The Crate after a chilly dog walk nearby for 5 of us and one dog. The Crate is very dog friendly with water and biscuits free on-hand. There is quite a limited menu but options for most people including vegetarian and vegan options. The food was amazing, all of our asks were catered for perfectly, such as crispy bacon, one of the eggs being cooked slightly more etc. A great range of hot drinks and extras like syrups and powders for the top. Aside from the drink and food, the place is also extremely clean and well presented with a great feel about it and the staff were all very friendly and run the place very well. All in all a fantastic place!! Well done everyone at The Crate!!

We enjoyed the last meal in england before flying home. The cake and sandwiches we ordered were excellent in taste and outlook. The staff are nice. Would visit again.

AMAZING! I recently was surprised by my family with an afternoon for my birthday at The Parlour Tearoom and I could not fault anything. The place itself is so beautiful with quirky little quotes, beautiful decor and is spotlessly clean. The service was amazing, all the staff went above and beyond and could not do enough for us. There was 10 of us and nothing was too much trouble, they also ensured we always had what we needed or any extras. The food was exceptional. All the sandwiches were so fresh and tasty! The scones were to die for- still warm with large amounts of cream and jam provided which was so yummy! Then the cakes… well the cakes were just beautiful! Different options to suit everyone and any that wasn’t eaten was boxed up for us to take away. From start to finish the team, environment and food was faultless. Myself and my friends/family will most definitely be returning. Lucy and her team should be very proud of what they have and I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. Thank you ❤️
