“Came for the pancake week specials, was not disappointed. I got a steak and egg 2 stack anf my partner got a buffalo chicken 1 stack. All delicious but she was the dinner winner. We shared the veggie tots which were lush as always.”

Adore Cafe

“Myself and my partner were actually on our way to another café when we stumbled across Adore Café in the middle of a residential area. We decided to try it out as it was quite hot outside. The decor and atmosphere on the inside was fantastically relaxed and chill, as well as bright. Everything was clean and honesty it looked like this place had be built yesterday. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The selection on the menu is brilliant, from all day breakfast, to brunch, burgers paninis and also an amazing selection of sweet treats from sundaes to pancakes. Food prices were more than reasonable and our time here was far above our expectations. I'll definitely be back here and I think I'll be bringing some friends next time! Update: Me and my partner came back to Adore Cafe for a quick breakfast. Staff as usual were very friendly and helpful! Was a bit busier than last time we visited but still lots of space. We'll be coming back here again and again! :)”

“I had popped by here in passing and thought it was a sweet little coffee shop. I enjoyed their drinks they had an interesting depth of flavour. However this gem really shinned when I stopped by for brunch, I ordered the Turkish eggs that came with a twist of local honey. This dish was amazing, it had different hits of favourite in each mouthful and was both creamy and rich. I would 100% come back and eat here again. Hats off to your fabulous chef for doing such amazing work especially in such a small space! They have a good range of options for Vegetarian/Vegan.”

“Great atmosphere, especially in the back room where you can see the kitchen. Golden hot chocolate was great - sweet honeycomb flavour, light on the chocolate. French toast is sweet, light, and well presented - portion is generous, enough for 2 easily! Bacon sandwich was more like a pork roll with the size, not the normal rashers. All the staff were very friendly. Definitely coming back soon!”

“First time to Greens - good location if visiting the city / cathedral. The premises at ground level appear very smart. Really friendly welcome - a bustle to the place. Bottle of water on the table. Food order was taken quickly and arrived back at worp speed. Food was ok for price charged - club sandwich was not really a club sandwich but acceptable - the chips were ' just chips' in a cup - nothing special. So overall a good atmosphere with great service and you pay your money and your choice on the food - no WOW factor - and there is lots of choice in the area. Note toilets are down a very steep flight of stairs.”

“We enjoyed a breakfast here, the food was really good, fresh tasting ingredients and some great choices. I particularly enjoyed the smoked trout in a roll. The service was a little disjointed, food came before drinks and we had to ask for cutlery. We ate outside and the view down the high street was lovely to look at. Ordering was very easy in the hatch on the front of the restaurant. Would recommend for a meal out in Winchester.”

“Outstanding! From the attentive staff, to the amazing food they serve, to the wonderful atmosphere that transcends and transports you into a world of love, culture and art. We discovered this piece of gem by pure chance, when exploring the city centre and thought we should try it out, as it looked very interesting when passing through…what a wonderful surprise we’ve had! The best basque cheesecake I’ve tried so far in the UK! The sandwiches they serve are authentic, made with the most delicious home bread ♥️ Just before we left, we had the pleasure to exchange a few thoughts with one of the owners…such a pleasure, such a wonderful spirit It will always now stick with us “the Bloomsbury group and their - “live in squares, paint in circles and love in triangles” Life’s magic is everywhere and in everything !”
