Visited this morning for a team meeting over breakfast and it was delicious! Not greasy at all and really nicely cooked! I had the mushrooms with bacon on toast and my colleagues got the full english and all 3 plates were cleared! Good strong coffee and the staff were lovely! Thank you!

Fantastic Breakfast, 4 of us popped in without a reservation. A couple of tables were left. Table service was very friendly, the breakfast choices were great. The meals were delicious and the young man serving was so polite, making sure everything was correct, and did we need anything else. Would highly recommend and will be returning ☺️

We had a lovely breakfast here! I messaged them via Facebook a week before visiting to check they have gluten free options and they were very responsive. The gluten free menu is good and you can just choose the items you want and they price it accordingly. Coffee was good and service was excellent. Can't wait to go back!

We had a fantastic experience at Harvey’s Café! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome, going the extra mile to make our visit special—especially for our daughter. It was the perfect pit stop before heading to Peppa Pig World. The atmosphere was warm and friendly, and our food arrived quickly. We also really appreciated the thoughtful touch of colouring pencils and books to keep our little one entertained. A big thank you to the wonderful team for the excellent service, and a special shout-out to Avah for making our visit even more memorable. Highly recommend—thank you for a great experience.

We live on the estate and we’re so excited to have Gather just up the road. The coffee is fantastic and the cinnamon buns too! The new shop offering baked breads and a wide selection of sandwiches and cakes including vegan friendly options is fantastic! I hope it does well - I’m sure it will! Congrats on the launch everyone

Such a warm and inviting new cafe! Great coffee, amazing latte art and a great cake selection, I had a Flat White and the Morello Cherry Blondie. Lots of seating both inside the cafe and outside, with really good service too. Will definitely be going back again!

Great quality Latte, doesn't need sugar or syrup to cover poor quality coffee, whatever house blend they use is decent. Food is a bit overpriced as in most coffee shops, bacon a bit well done for my taste bit still nice overall. Cafe is very clean and tidy

Lovely ambience with warm seating inside a wing of the church or outside in the old graveyard. Lovely friendly service, excellent toasties, coffee/tea and cakes. Don't walk past!

My partner and sister were looking for a little local cafe to enjoy a light lunch and Wilfrid's was the perfect spot! Nestled back into the countryside inside a beautiful church you are treated to lovely simple food that hits the spot and a nice quiet atmosphere whilst being able to enjoy the amazing interior of the beautiful Church of St Mary and All Saints. If you're looking for a nice place for a light lunch with a calm and quaint atmosphere, Wilfrid's is wonderful.

What a perfect little pitstop after a walk in the South Downs. So glad we stumbled across it. Delicious coffee and cake, as well as a very warm welcome.

My fiancee and I had our engagement party here in their downstairs area and we absolutely loved it. The place looks incredible, the staff are super friendly and hard-working, their sound system is awesome, the cocktails are excellent... honestly, I genuinely cannot put into words how great this was. We've also been for food and coffee during the day before and it was absolutely delicious. You can tell that they put a lot of thought and effort into everything they do. And even though we live a little far out, we will definitely be back. No wonder so many people have been recommending it. They are smashing it!

Walked in to a lovely welcome, the staff behind the bar are extremely receptive and literally made us what we wanted (it was off menu) after ordering we had them brought to our table, a short while later after enjoying the dj we were given a complimentary shot that was a straight 9/10 . Really great place, I think it's just opened so definitely one to try! Edit We had breakfast here and it really didn't miss the mark. Friendly server really welcoming smile and great food, can't complain one bit

I recently decided to try Good Things. It was a Saturday, sun pouring through the window, a gentle southerly breeze, we were seated by the entrance and the staff were welcoming but it was not all good (🥁) sadly. We were offered water for the table which never arrived and our food took a while to arrive but we think it was due to a shortage of baguette rolls for the bahn mi sandwiches we ordered. I just wish we had been warned about a wait! I had the tofu bahn mi which looked impressive, but the tofu itself was quite bland under the katsu breading. The rolls also made eating the sandwich quite a challenge, so I'd probably prefer a less crusty roll. All in all, there are good things to be had at good things, but there is always room for improvement. Of course, this post is written with good humour in mind.

What a great place! We stumbled on this place by accident, the food is lovely and fresh, the staff are very welcoming and helpful. Lovely to see this place is also dog friendly! If your visiting Bishops Waltham then you must try this place it's beats the other coffee shops in village and it's also a wine bar and real ale tap room! What more could you want? 😊

We absolutely loved it here! The pizza was so delicious and the staff were so friendly and accommodating! The food came so quickly and was devine! We're vegan, and the staff were so accommodating, they swapped out the mozzarella for vegan mozzarella on the mushroom special (I can't remember the exact name) and let us know that the some ingredients in the starters can be swapped to be made vegan, so we'll definitely be back for that! They also offer vegan Jude's ice-cream as well as dairy ice-cream. It was so nice to have a dessert that wasn't sorbet! 10/10 would recommend!

I do not typically write reviews, but this is an outstanding pizza restaurant! We went to botley mills and accidentally found flour and fire pizza, we dined in and the quality of pizza was exceptional, a crispy base, fresh and high quality ingredients. The service was outstanding and the restaurant team made a fuss of my dog, who got some nice treats and ended up as happy as my son and I. We highly recommend Flour and Fire pizza, it’s a great pizza and really nice people!

The Cajun chicken bagel was a masterclass in balance, the perfect hit of spice mellowed by creamy smashed avocado, with onions and peppers adding just the right amount of bite. Every bite was packed with bold, fresh flavours, proving that bagels aren’t just for breakfast; they’re for moments of pure satisfaction. Then came the sweet waffles, and let’s just say, they didn’t disappoint. Light, fluffy, and indulgent without being cloying, the kind of treat that makes you pause mid-bite just to appreciate it properly. To wash it all down, I ordered a classic breakfast tea for comfort and a fragrant Earl Grey for that extra touch of sophistication. Whether you’re after a pick-me-up or a moment to unwind, The Crate Bosham has got it covered. Expect to leave feeling well-fed, well-caffeinated, and slightly smug for finding such a cracking spot. First time here so wasn’t quite sure what to expect. Well what an eye opener! Sat in a shack in a field with rusting corrugated roofing with overhead 1 bar heating from the 1960s. The toilets albeit perfectly functional reminded me of a Boy Scouts Field Loo, even the sinks to wash your hands were improvised horse troughs. The whole ambience was/is totally unique, I was totally taken with the place, absolutely fascinated, such a wonderful experience. Now to the food, there was 6 of us including 2 kids. We all had variations of breakfast food stuffs. The kids are well catered for with smaller cooked breakfast portions or fruits, Nutella, cereal etc. Us adults all had a cooked breakfast in various guises as you can basically build your own item(s) stack in a sarnie, bagel, baguette, wrap, panini, bap, roll, etc you get the picture. I had what I can only describe as the best breakfast baguette ever!! A large fresher than fresh baguette full with Treagust sausages, really thick cut back bacon rashers and a fried egg, it was cooked to perfection and was extremely high quality produce and truly very satisfying. We all had hot coffees and the kids had smoothies. The only drawback was the Coffees could have been hotter especially the latte’s. All in all I loved the place and the food is delightful at sensible prices; £60 for 6 breakies and drinks. I will be back. Oh sorry! the staff are wonderful and very hard working.

First time to The Crate after a chilly dog walk nearby for 5 of us and one dog. The Crate is very dog friendly with water and biscuits free on-hand. There is quite a limited menu but options for most people including vegetarian and vegan options. The food was amazing, all of our asks were catered for perfectly, such as crispy bacon, one of the eggs being cooked slightly more etc. A great range of hot drinks and extras like syrups and powders for the top. Aside from the drink and food, the place is also extremely clean and well presented with a great feel about it and the staff were all very friendly and run the place very well. All in all a fantastic place!! Well done everyone at The Crate!!

First time at the Nook & Cranny and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Food was delicious and well presented. A bit pricier than what we would usually go for but worth the money. Will be back and recommend to others.

We had afternoon tea which was freshly made to order. The menu is very reasonably priced and looks appetising. The bistro is decorated in a lovely country style and sometimes you can watch the horses in the arena. I will just mention because of the close proximity of the horses there is a country aroma. The staff are friendly but there is a wait for the food as it is freshly made to order.

A lovely quality place to relax and enjoy excellent food. The quality of the food is excellent, same goes for the drinks to. Another get think about pink mead is that you can sit and watch the horses being put through their routines. Food we enjoyed was a chicken and bacon club baguette and a fish finger sandwich.
