TWO FIRST CLASS REVIEWS!! I wish I could give Nikki and Graham 10 stars. Nothing was too much trouble. A quote for locks was given first of all before Graham came to the house. He suggested alternatives to save me money. Who does that these days? I got new locks on my doors. Graham and his team are coming round next week to have a look at my leaky windows and to fit security cameras. I had seen a glowing referral for Graham/Alert Locksmiths, from someone that I knew locally. The fantastic review definitely gave me the confidence to phone. James did a great job changing out a faulty ignition switch and also reprogrammed the gateway control module on my VW Golf MK 6, unlike my local VW dealer (Camberley) who showed very little interest in resolving the issue.

Contacted Croma Locksmiths Basingstoke when door lock had become unsteady and needed unjamming. Given date to fix quickly and he arrived on time. He described the problem after diagnosing it, gave us a sensible quote to fix and said would order new part. He returned to the office, found they had the part there, phoned us back to say he could return straight away and repaired the door. While explaining that he always checked all the alignments too I commented about another door having this problem. He volunteered to see to this too all in the same price. 2 troublesome doors as new now. Brilliant efficient service at a good price.

Brilliant from start to finish. Door Handle and mechanism went just before we were about to go on holiday. Darren answered our late evening call and was able to get out to us the next day. Turned up at time agreed and sorted the issue at the agreed price. Labour & parts warranty provided along with advice on keeping the mechanism in good shape for years to come. Very happy and will be contacting Darren for any other issues in the future

Fantastic service! Darren really went out of his way to help us. Our back door mechanism broke and we found that because it was put together during Covid the parts couldn’t be got hold of anymore. Long story short, after speaking with multiple different sources, Darren managed to get us a like for like replacement and brought it straight over and got it done! Even though this was a frustrating experience for everyone, he remained kind and helpful throughout and didn’t charge us any extra even though he had to come out three times - would recommend!

We were very pleased and impressed with the emergency service provided by Rockhopper Locks. Phil arrived exactly when we needed him and was professional, courteous, efficient and he resolved our problem very quickly and effectively.

Great service, was around in under 30 mins when we were locked outside. Very friendly, explained how our lock works and payment was very professional with card machine and email receipt. Price wise it was much the same as anywhere else I asked, maybe a few quid more expensive than a couple others I tried but for the service received I think worth it.

Contacted Rockhopper via their website contact form around 5:30pm and explained that my UPVc front door wouldn't open and the locking mechanism was jammed. Within minutes i had a response from Dave saying he could pop by the following day and would call me prior to visiting. True to his word Dave and his apprentice Leo arrived and had the door open in no time at all. Dave ordered a replacement locking mechanism and explained it would be delivered next day and he would return to fit it then, which he did, again with great communication on his ETA. All in all i cant praise Dave and his team enough on the thorough professionalism, friendliness and transparency on the work they conducted. At no point did I feel like they were doing anything that wasn't in the best interest of me and my home. I would 100% recommend their services to anyone in need of a Locksmith. Daniele was an absolute legend, after having my car misdiagnosed and ignored by multiple people. I found him online and his reviews really speak for themselves after some brief chats over emails I arranged to have to car taken to him. He kept my posted on everything that was happening and explained what had happend with the car. He charged a very reasonable price for fixing the issue. Sent me a detailed diagnostic report and is really a stand up guy. If your having car troubles that's ECU keys or Immobilizer related this man really is the go too. He was well worth traveling 40 minutes to get too.

I needed a locksmith to change 3 locks for me - found B.E.N. on Check-a-Trade and contacted them to arrange a visit which I was booked in for a few days later. The locksmith was punctual, arriving at the time agreed, with a courtesy call half-an-hour earlier. After taking a look at the work that needed doing he said he had all the parts and could do it there and then which I was happy with. The work was completed to an excellent standard and at a fair price. I would not hesitate to recommend B.E.N. for any locksmith work.

I contacted B.E.N. Locksmiths (after finding on Google) to ask them to try to sort out a bifold door lock that was faulty. I booked a visit and Ben and Scott turned up on time, replaced the lock, identified the cause of the problem and fixed that also. They were polite, tidy and explained everything fully.
