I recently used Ash from SO Locksmith and couldn’t be happier with the service. He responded very quickly and was incredibly personable and friendly, building a great rapport right away. Ash took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do, starting with identifying the problem and then addressing it step by step. The work he did was excellent thorough and professional and the pricing was very fair, offering great value for money. SO Locksmiths have attended our building twice in the last five months when two different tenants locked themselves out of their properties. The locks fitted to these doors are not easy to pick and another company that attended didn’t even attempt to pick the lock and just wanted to drill it for £300! Instead SO Locksmiths attended and in both instances successfully picked the lock - helping a single mum with kids and a young couple to quickly get into their homes without extortionate fees! Extremely reasonably priced and highly professional and prompt services. Would highly recommend this gentleman to anyone locked outside of their property!

Booked Ash in because our front door wasnt shutting properly and needed to upgrade the lock. Gave me lots of options and explained each one in detail which was helpful. He had to make adjustments to our door and frame along with installing our new bronze lock. Did a fantastic job!

We were getting locks changed after just moving in and right from consultation to end of service, Ash was so professional, punctual and did a fantastic job. He even went the extra mile and made our doors sturdier with better flush finish even adjusted the height, a real gentleman. Couldn’t recommend enough. Had Mark coming out for my van yesterday as the battery went flat. Very nice and friendly man, has gone above and beyond trying every method possible to help me unlock my van. Would highly recommend ! Very affordable

my key had immobilizer fault and i had messaged other key-fixing places that quoted me extortionate amounts and these places that would be unreliable with times and messaging me and i had to go somewhere today. mark came here asap, fixed my key within 40 mins and was lovely to talk to. he also charged me A LOT less than other places. 10/10!!!

Called out Klic after I managed to lock my car keys in the boot of my car. Arrived exactly when they said they would. After a battle with a particularly stubborn lock they managed to open the boot. Also cut a spare key for me whilst on-site. Extremely reasonable price given the amount of time they spent. Highly recommended.

Mark from Klic Key came really quickly after being called. He got into the car really fast, no problems. He recharged the car battery and when this didn't work went to get a new one and fitted it. All really fast efficient and friendly. Thanks Mark
