“Contacted Rockhopper via their website contact form around 5:30pm and explained that my UPVc front door wouldn't open and the locking mechanism was jammed. Within minutes i had a response from Dave saying he could pop by the following day and would call me prior to visiting. True to his word Dave and his apprentice Leo arrived and had the door open in no time at all. Dave ordered a replacement locking mechanism and explained it would be delivered next day and he would return to fit it then, which he did, again with great communication on his ETA. All in all i cant praise Dave and his team enough on the thorough professionalism, friendliness and transparency on the work they conducted. At no point did I feel like they were doing anything that wasn't in the best interest of me and my home. I would 100% recommend their services to anyone in need of a Locksmith. “Excellent service end to end. I called David because we were locked out of our house and we had some specific personal circumstances that I made him aware of. He was very professional, prompt and came to our rescue within 15 minutes. He was able to open the door and then replaced the faulty mechanism for us.
