We contacted Safelock Locksmiths in New Milton on 11/1/24 as our kitchen door wouldn't open / shut or lock properly . Later the same day a he came out to us at the arranged time and was able to correct the fault with the relevant replacement parts , a friendly , knowledgeable , efficient chap who we would happily recommend and use again if needed . We called Safelock Locksmith as we were not sure if he was the right person to come fix the door handles and latch, and window hinges. He came the same day to have a look and gave us a quote. He returned the next day and did the repairs. Fast, efficient, good workmanship. He treated my elderly parents with respect. I would highly recommend.

Unfortunately I managed to lock myself out of my flat the day before Christmas Eve. I contacted this company and within an hour had somebody at my front door. Unfortunately I can't remember the gentleman's name but he was friendly, professional and fully demonstrated the problem and explained the repair with a quote up front. In the end he was able to reuse most of the existing lock and did not charge for a completely new unit. The work was done quickly and I'm very happy with the cost and quality of the work. There did not seem to be any kind of premium for the evening call and I would be very happy to use again. Although hopefully won't ever need to!

I'll keep this one simple... Called this chap Saturday and it was clear from the off he knew what he was talking about. Booked to come and sort the missing car key issue @ 1300 the next day. Turned up 10 mins early and got to work. All done and dusted within 25 mins. Charges had been disclosed prior to booking and nk hidden extras. Paid once work was done. Not cheap but provided a good service with little notice and got the job done so no complaints. Recommended

Based on recommendations, I contacted Keywise to replace a worn out lock mechanism on a UPVC door. Within a couple of hours of my call, the issue was resolved; no fuss, no call out charge just good ‘old fashioned’ expert and friendly service and at a very reasonable price. After thinking I had got an ignition problem fixed at a large garage. It was not. I was stuck in a Tesco car park. I called Steve out from Auto locksmith. He came out to me as soon as he could, understood what the problem was and although he had to order me a part he got me up and running again as quick as he could. Our front door lock broke on Christmas Eve (thankfully we were inside). We rang Christchurch Locksmith and at 8.30am wonderful Egis was at our front door fitting a new lock. Called out Klic after I managed to lock my car keys in the boot of my car. Arrived exactly when they said they would. After a battle with a particularly stubborn lock they managed to open the boot. Called up today due to being locked out of flat within 15 minutes he was with us was very polite and genuine man we was told by another company our lock was unpick-able and within 20 mins we were back into our home he was very helpful and kind, pricing is very good and is very reasonable we even got a key cut which was in the price which is very thoughtful so this doesn’t happen again. SO Locksmiths have attended our building twice in the last five months when two different tenants locked themselves out of their properties. The locks fitted to these doors are not easy to pick and another company that attended didn’t even attempt to pick the lock and just wanted to drill it for £300! Instead SO Locksmiths attended and in both instances successfully picked the lock - helping a single mum with kids and a young couple to quickly get into their homes without extortionate fees! Extremely reasonably priced and highly professional and prompt services. Would highly recommend this gentleman to anyone locked outside of their property!
