Really great locksmith - got to us within half an hour and managed to get us in quickly to our house. He was very respectful, clean and tidy, making sure our house was secure before leaving. Great value for money and we would certainly recommend him very highly. We hope not to need a locksmith again in the near future, but if we did, we would certainly call him again!

We approached Keywise Locksmiths to get three external door locks sorted out. It wasn't a straight forward job with locks swopped out, so there was an acceptable delay. The fitting was done efficiently and quickly - no mess and no fuss. The price was also reasonable and we have several spare keys. Thank you!

Based on recommendations, I contacted Keywise to replace a worn out lock mechanism on a UPVC door. Within a couple of hours of my call, the issue was resolved; no fuss, no call out charge just good ‘old fashioned’ expert and friendly service and at a very reasonable price. I called as I had an issue with the locking/unlocking of my front door and Tim was promptly able to come round and take a look and fix it. He was very kind and polite and always kept me informed of what was happening. I would definitely recommend.

Tim was polite and available to come and solve our lock issues within an hour of ringing. He knew exactly what was wrong and how much it would cost as well as making some additional adjustments to our door that was causing us issues that we didn't even know about before and at no extra cost. Here's my experience with Tim: Moved into a new house and wanted to change the front door lock and handle to something that could be locked without a key from the inside. Tim came out to have a look promptly, and whilst on the job, we asked if he could have a look at the rear door and do the same thing. He did it there and then, to save us the extra call out fee. A month down the line, the front door handle broke. Messaged Tim who came out 4 hours later, he replaced the entire handle with a brand new one, completely free of charge. 10/10. Called Interlock Locksmiths as my front door handle would not turn to gain entry to the house. Tim arrived and serviced the lock and replaced some internal parts. He then aligned the door and adjusted the front door of the porch as well. I can honestly say they work better now than when they were first installed 12 years ago. A great job at a good price. Called out Klic after I managed to lock my car keys in the boot of my car. Arrived exactly when they said they would. After a battle with a particularly stubborn lock they managed to open the boot. Also cut a spare key for me whilst on-site. Extremely reasonable price given the amount of time they spent. Highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic service. Porch door lock was broken and we could not get out of the house. Not only did Eddie come out the same morning and fix the lock issue he also realigned the door and cleaned all the locks resulting in the door being better than it ever has been. Cannot recommend Eddie at Lock It Security enough; he was quick to respond to my enquiry, let me know he was on his way, super friendly/easy going and totally transformed my upvc doors. Both doors were difficult to lock/unlock, draughty, let the rain in and now they shut quietly, the locks GLIDE with zero effort, zero draught/rain and well worth the money paid to repair/service them.
