Excellent service phoned up as had left the keys inside and rushed out the door to pick the kids up. Locksmith arrived within 20mins of call was polite and charming and even done some work on the back door to make it smoother. Would recommend!

Excellent service from Richard this evening. I had locked myself out of my flat. After calling 3 other locksmiths - 2 too busy and 1 that canceled the job after he couldn't find parking - I was really losing hope. Richard was kind and professional on the phone, gave me a quote and explained it. He said he would be 20 minutes. He was spot on and arrived 20 minutes later. Here's my experience with Tim: Moved into a new house and wanted to change the front door lock and handle to something that could be locked without a key from the inside. Tim came out to have a look promptly, and whilst on the job, we asked if he could have a look at the rear door and do the same thing. He did it there and then, to save us the extra call out fee. A month down the line, the front door handle broke. Messaged Tim who came out 4 hours later, he replaced the entire handle with a brand new one, completely free of charge. 10/10. Outstanding customer service, lovely guy, tidy job and well priced. Couldnt ask for more and will definitely recommend and use again. Thank you Tim!

I called as I had an issue with the locking/unlocking of my front door and Tim was promptly able to come round and take a look and fix it. He was very kind and polite and always kept me informed of what was happening. I would definitely recommend.

Called Interlock Locksmiths as my front door handle would not turn to gain entry to the house. Tim arrived and serviced the lock and replaced some internal parts. He then aligned the door and adjusted the front door of the porch as well. I can honestly say they work better now than when they were first installed 12 years ago. A great job at a good price. I would definitely recommend Tim who takes pride in his work.

Tim was polite and available to come and solve our lock issues within an hour of ringing. He knew exactly what was wrong and how much it would cost as well as making some additional adjustments to our door that was causing us issues that we didn't even know about before and at no extra cost. Eddie quickly repaired one broken window lock, serviced another so that the window now opens very easily, as well as servicing a side door so that now opens, shuts and locks with ease! As before, he turned up when he said he would, explained the options and left everything tidy- thanks Eddie!

Absolutely fantastic service. Porch door lock was broken and we could not get out of the house. Not only did Eddie come out the same morning and fix the lock issue he also realigned the door and cleaned all the locks resulting in the door being better than it ever has been. Cannot recommend Eddie at Lock It Security enough; he was quick to respond to my enquiry, let me know he was on his way, super friendly/easy going and totally transformed my upvc doors. Both doors were difficult to lock/unlock, draughty, let the rain in and now they shut quietly, the locks GLIDE with zero effort, zero draught/rain and well worth the money paid to repair/service them. We approached Keywise Locksmiths to get three external door locks sorted out. It wasn't a straight forward job with locks swopped out, so there was an acceptable delay. The fitting was done efficiently and quickly - no mess and no fuss. The price was also reasonable and we have several spare keys. Thank you!

Based on recommendations, I contacted Keywise to replace a worn out lock mechanism on a UPVC door. Within a couple of hours of my call, the issue was resolved; no fuss, no call out charge just good ‘old fashioned’ expert and friendly service and at a very reasonable price. Arrived on time and replaced our front door lock quickly and efficiently. Also we showed him our back door which had not locked correctly for years, which he replaced as well. Very reasonable pricing and would definitely recommend.

Really great locksmith - got to us within half an hour and managed to get us in quickly to our house. He was very respectful, clean and tidy, making sure our house was secure before leaving. Saturday am, ERA door lock faulty. Door only open from inside, nowhere has this doorlock or 2 day wait. Locksmith with me within 15mins of call. Fixes lock cost 65 quid new lock 70 quid Happy with that.

I contacted Mark after a recommendation. Although my job was small (replacing broken car key casings), Mark was able to order and fit replacements quickly. Service was A* and would highly recommend.

my key had immobilizer fault and i had messaged other key-fixing places that quoted me extortionate amounts and these places that would be unreliable with times and messaging me and i had to go somewhere today. mark came here asap, fixed my key within 40 mins and was lovely to talk to. he also charged me A LOT less than other places. 10/10!!!
