Having called up at 9am due to being completely locked out of my house, Richard arrived within 30 minutes and was outstanding from start to finish. I honestly cannot say enough to thank him. He explained every single part of the process, was immaculately clean and tidy. Despite it being quite an old lock, he didn't try to just sell me a very expensive new locking system - he tried the cheaper repair first. Richard was patient and checked and double checked to make sure the repair was going to last. He remained patient and kind to explain all of the details to me, even when there were some more tricky elements to fix. His 20 years of experience and training were very clearly evident. In addition, he is an extremely interesting person with the most incredible stories. It just shows that if you take the time to talk to people, not only can they help to fix a horrible situation for you, but also brighten your day. Thank you to Richard for just being awesome. We had a problem with the front door of our but to let. Within 10 minutes of the tenant reporting it to me I had contacted Richard and made an appointment. He attended that day, ordered the materials and repaired the lock within a few days for the price he quoted. Absolutely spot on service you cannot ask for better. Richard is always neat and tidy and very pleasant to deal with.

10/10 Service My window mechanism had jammed and the window would not close. I decided to call EPRLocksmith (Lucien), he was able to come over within 10mins and fix the window mechanism. There was also issues with my window not closing properly and he had fixed this too without any additional charges. Will definitely recommend to family/friends and use again if required. I phoned lock solutions to fix the broken lock on our back patio doors. They were able to come really quickly to our house in Woodley to look at it. He didn't have the exact lock in his van but had a temporary fix at no extra cost, whilst the new lock came in. This was much appreciated as it meant we could leave the house safely! We were very pleased and impressed with the emergency service provided by Rockhopper Locks. Phil arrived exactly when we needed him and was professional, courteous, efficient and he resolved our problem very quickly and effectively.

Contacted Rockhopper via their website contact form around 5:30pm and explained that my UPVc front door wouldn't open and the locking mechanism was jammed. Within minutes i had a response from Dave saying he could pop by the following day and would call me prior to visiting. True to his word Dave and his apprentice Leo arrived and had the door open in no time at all. Dave ordered a replacement locking mechanism and explained it would be delivered next day and he would return to fit it then, which he did, again with great communication on his ETA. All in all i cant praise Dave and his team enough on the thorough professionalism, friendliness and transparency on the work they conducted. At no point did I feel like they were doing anything that wasn't in the best interest of me and my home. I would 100% recommend their services to anyone in need of a Locksmith. I locked myself out of my house when I had popped home during my lunch break. My house and car keys were inside the house and I was outside in the drizzling rain with no coat on and two shivering little dogs. Damien arrived in less than half an hour and opened the door in less than a minute. I was only a few minutes late back to work! Contacted Croma Locksmiths Basingstoke when door lock had become unsteady and needed unjamming. Given date to fix quickly and he arrived on time. He described the problem after diagnosing it, gave us a sensible quote to fix and said would order new part. He returned to the office, found they had the part there, phoned us back to say he could return straight away and repaired the door. While explaining that he always checked all the alignments too I commented about another door having this problem. He volunteered to see to this too all in the same price. 2 troublesome doors as new now. Brilliant efficient service at a good price.
