Bank holiday weekend and our key snapped In our vehicle, no other vehicle key cutting company could help due to the make of the van, even our break down service said they couldn’t sort us a new key. Peter (I think his name was) was really friendly, drove to our location within 2 hours and had us back up and running within 20 minutes and for a really reasonable price. Absolutely amazing service! Whilst other locksmiths convinced me that my car lock out will be annoying to deal with (car battery dead and keyhole not working) and will require breaking windows, Advanced Locksmith just agreed to help quite quickly and came to sort it out for me in no time! I had a key fob failure in Tesco Bursledon car park that wasn't battery related at 6 in the evening in the pouring rain. Alec was there within 10 minutes and gained access to my car and synchronised the key again and even provided me with an additional spare key he'd cut himself there and then with his equipment. Very knowledgeable & efficient service and at a fair price. I would definitely recommend this service and would be happy to use again.

Went into the shop on Monday st 3pm to ask for the locks to be changed at my new property. Job booked in for Tuesday morning less than 24 hours wait. Called to let us know the arrival time. Outstanding workmanship, didn't just change the locks but adjusted all the door setting to stock it getting jammed and squeaking. Would definitely recommend!

I needed to get both my car keys changed because they were falling apart, no buttons, key blade fallen out, housing cracked and splitting in two. I managed to lock myself out of the boot of my ex met police panda car. Which sadly contained it’s police attire. The guy at the shop managed to get into it in minutes. Fantastic service. My panda car is now show ready once again.

Brilliant I locked myself out of my daughters house they came in 30mins and sorted out very quickly.

The handle on our composite front door was becoming very difficult to turn after unlocking. We called Lock It Security and spoke to Eddie who diagnosed it over the phone. He came out the next day to confirm and ordered the part we needed, leaving us with a temporary fix for a couple of days. He returned as promised with the correct part, fitted it and serviced the door. Really happy with the work, the service and Eddie was really friendly and professional. 5 stars.

Tim was polite and available to come and solve our lock issues within an hour of ringing. He knew exactly what was wrong and how much it would cost as well as making some additional adjustments to our door that was causing us issues that we didn't even know about before and at no extra cost. He worked quickly and efficiently and I would recommend his services.

Here's my experience with Tim: Moved into a new house and wanted to change the front door lock and handle to something that could be locked without a key from the inside. Tim came out to have a look promptly, and whilst on the job, we asked if he could have a look at the rear door and do the same thing. He did it there and then, to save us the extra call out fee. A month down the line, the front door handle broke. Messaged Tim who came out 4 hours later, he replaced the entire handle with a brand new one, completely free of charge. 10/10. Outstanding customer service, lovely guy, tidy job and well priced. Couldnt ask for more and will definitely recommend and use again. Thank you Tim!

A 5 star business. Used previously a few years ago when I had a lock issue and they came very quickly and replaced. Issue this week was the door handle & mechanism was broken. I called up, then visited the store with the handle and the member of staff was able to source a perfect replacement for next day delivery (on quite a niche 25+ year old part). I collected and installed myself very easily. Fantastic company!
