Eddie quickly repaired one broken window lock, serviced another so that the window now opens very easily, as well as servicing a side door so that now opens, shuts and locks with ease! As before, he turned up when he said he would, explained the options and left everything tidy- thanks Eddie!

The handle on our composite front door was becoming very difficult to turn after unlocking. We called Lock It Security and spoke to Eddie who diagnosed it over the phone. He came out the next day to confirm and ordered the part we needed, leaving us with a temporary fix for a couple of days.
