Harry has just finished doing 10 of my windows, a summer house, front porch an outhouse door. When he came round to quote, I knew straight away that he was going to an excellent job on what were tired and in some places, rotted windows. He replaced a number of beads and expertly restored the rest. To say I’m pleased with what’s he’s done, just doesn’t do justice to the massive amount of hard graft and amazing attention to detail he showed. I’m absolutely delighted with the results. Harry decorated our hall, stairs and landing. It was a complicated job but he worked really hard and we are thrilled with the finish. Everything was perfect and he left the area clean and tidy. We wouldn't hesitate to have him back again.

Alan has completed two jobs for us now, the first a wall reconstruction and plastering to fill in a redundant doorway and a full scope en-suite refit most recently. All works have been completed to an excellent standard, for a very reasonable price. Alan was a pleasure to have around, respectful of our home and dedicated to providing the very best outcome, even when he discovered a lot of ‘older house’ issues that he then had to fix before he could continue with the job booked in.

Alan did a brilliant job on our bathroom. It started as a very outdated seperate toilet and bathroom and is now one big bathroom. He listened to my many ideas and wants and contributed his to get the perfect fit and design with the space available. We are really pleased with the end result, it was a big job and he did a fab job. Will be using him again and definitely recommend.

Alan was working on my neighbours house and having seen the quality of work I had no problem getting him to replace and repair the guttering and fascia's around my house. Difference is amazing and looks great. Alan is polite, knowledgeable and honest. The 3 words I absolutely need from any tradesman. Alan helped me by installing a heavy curtain rail on drywall - he assessed whether it was possible or safe, and explained to me all the relevant points. He then carried out the work, doing an excellent job. I appreciated that he fitted me in very quickly (just a couple of days after my call), and the charge for his work seemed very reasonable. I’m happy to recommend him and would be happy to ask for his help again in the future.

Moved house 7 weeks ago and had a long list of things to get done from shelves in the kitchen/utility, a shed to build, a garden office to finish and so on. Trevor is working his way through the list and everything is done to a high standard. He has such a broad range of skills, never over commits and is reliable. He is also a very decent guy. What a nice knowlegable guy. Trevor came at short notice and fitted a floating console unit, hung a picture and levelled off some seriously off level cupboard doors. I could not be more pleased with what he did, the way he works and how respectfully he treated my property. Highly recommended.

Trevor advertises as a handyman, but he is much more than that. He is a precision handyman. He always plans his work carefully, and then executes that plan with great accuracy. He has done 5 jobs for us now, the latest was the complete installation of a kitchen. The kitchen was from a mid-range supplier, Wren, but thanks to Trevor's attention to detail it looks like a kitchen that would have cost twice the price.

We needed various jobs done around our home as we were preparing to move out: replacing a hob top, fixing a dent in a door, replacing curtain fixtures, rebuilding drawers, etc. All of the work was done to an excellent standard, done quickly and professionally, and we couldn't be more pleased. We are definitely calling again for our new home because we feel safe and comfortable that the job will be done right!

Trevor removed a brick wall (circa 18 meters in lengths) and footings in the garden of the new property I recently moved in, so in turn we could access conifers, remove them and replace the fences. In terms of organisation, I called in on Allin Property Services as the first trade to come in, prior to the tree surgeons and the fencers. So to me it was important to get someone in who was good at communications, clear on timings & dates, and committed to doing the work once we accepted the quote. I had been let down by a couple of other builders/garden design people. Trevor was low key, reliable, great in communications and did all the things he said he would at the time he said he would. In terms of the work carried out, unfortunately, rain poured down and it was cold. That did not deter Trevor and one of his colleagues. They worked pretty hard, to a high standard and despite the weather. They also cleared up afterwards, were respectful of us and the neighbours (which mattered to me being a new comer) and did a great job. I’m very pleased with the work that was carried out. The timing was respected which enabled the tree surgeons to come in on time afterwards. I recommend Trevor and Allin Property Services to anyone who is looking for building work in their garden. I have asked them for further help on other maintenance work at the house.

Roof hip tiles reinstallation - Trevor and team did a 5* job of removing and reseating two full rows of hip tiles which had come detached from old cracked mortar. Cleaned moss and debris from roof and cleared gutter while there. On time, professional, very friendly and reliable team - 100% recommend Allin Property Services
