Trevor provides a fantastic service. He is very professional, but also friendly, which is important when you've go someone in your house. He came and put in 3 shelves in my airing cupboard, fitted around my water tank and he did a great job. Wasn't sure I would be able to get 3 shelves, but he managed it and they look awesome. I would recommend Trevor to anyone needing some handyman work done in their house. Will be using him again for more work for sure! Thanks Trevor

What a nice knowlegable guy. Trevor came at short notice and fitted a floating console unit, hung a picture and levelled off some seriously off level cupboard doors. I could not be more pleased with what he did, the way he works and how respectfully he treated my property. Highly recommended.

Moved house 7 weeks ago and had a long list of things to get done from shelves in the kitchen/utility, a shed to build, a garden office to finish and so on. Trevor is working his way through the list and everything is done to a high standard. He has such a broad range of skills, never over commits and is reliable. He is also a very decent guy. Recommend him highly for a wide range of jobs.

Handy Hudson (Oli) has recently replaced the felting on one of our sheds, previously he completed replacement of deteriorating wood and the roof felt of our larger shed. On both occasions Oli has been professional, helpful and cheerful. I will recommend him to anybody needing a competent person to quote on price and complete repair work on any jobs around their house or garden.

Oli can turn his hand to most things around the house and garden and he carries out the work to very exacting standards. He has carried out a variety of jobs for us and we are very pleased with the results. Oli is polite and unobtrusive and the tidiest of operators; always removing any dust or materials and leaving no trace that he has been, other than having accomplished exactly what he was requested to do and to the highest of standards. We like Oli and we appreciate the quality of his work and will definitely call on his services again in the future. Oli also enjoys a biscuit 🍪

Oli has recently finished a decking project for us around a garden room. We are over the moon with the results. He is professional, has an eagle eye for detail and procession and very hard working. He is a pleasure to deal with and I look forward to having him back for some more odd jobs!

I would highly recommend David Humphrey. He was easy to contact, good to communicate with, and arrived promptly to fix a leaking valve. The necessary work was carried out well, and David was professional and polite at all times. The cost of the work was very reasonable, with David also offering (no pressure) to replace a very silted-up washer at the same time. All in all, I am very happy with the service provided.

Very impressed with Mike's work in swapping over a leaking power shower at a very reasonable cost. He did the job there and then after coming round to check out the electrical aspect, saving me the hassle of trying to get other trades people to call me back or provide sensible quotes. Mike came and fitted a new kitchen door for us. His workmanship is impeccable - he worked quietly and methodically, clearing up as he went along (and at the end). The new door is of good quality and is exactly what we wanted. He is prompt, courteous and we would highly recommend his services. It's so good to know that we have someone reliable upon whom we can call as and when the need arises, and who charges a fair price for an excellent job.

We had leak in the bathroom with water dripping through the ceiling downstairs. We looked on the internet for a plumber and made some calls but as it was short notice we were unable to get hold of a plumber. We then found The Home Doctor Handyman, we gave them a call. Mike said he would come out and arrived shortly after. He did a quick assessment and found the leak, he explained exactly what was wrong and the options for repair. It turned out the hot tap on the bath was the leaking and Mike suggested changing the old bath taps to a modern mixer tap with a shower attachment. We agreed as it was a brilliant solution for us. Mike gave us a rough estimate on cost. He sourced a new tap, fitted, tested and cleaned up after, the whole job was done within a couple of hours. We are very happy with the result and would not hesitate to recommend The Home Doctor Handyman to anyone. Mike is very knowledgeable, he explained everything before starting the job. He gave us a rough estimate which turned out to be fairly accurate. Mike is friendly, polite and dog friendly. We highly recommend The Home Doctor and we will be using him again. The Home Doctor has just completed a job for me, removing a corner bath and installing an oversized shower for my disabled son. He’s completed a brilliant job in the promised timescale and I cannot fault his work, it was a pleasure to have him working in my house and he will be the first person I would contact for any other jobs that I need doing.
