I have used Richard several times for handyman jobs. Recently he sorted out a blocked soakaway, diverting the rainfall. He also replaced the rotten floorboards ruined by the blockage. All jobs were done neatly. He is 100% reliable, punctual, polite and respectful. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Richard recently boarded our loft, installed some custom shelves and painted our staircase and hallway. He did a fantastic job and we were very impressed with the results. Asked HBS to repair and reinforce a brick wall fence support. Very good communication and regular updates. Turned up at agreed times, work completed as agreed and satisfied with the outcome. Pleasant team and would certainly use them again for building maintenance work.

The HBS team were excellent from start to finish with a fire door replacement. Prompt, clear, and regular communication prior to the installation, professional service throughout (including working late to fix a problem with a piece of the fitting), and good quality assurance and follow-up. Seb came back to finish laying the bathroom floor . I have to say he did a fantastic job. On completing the work, we asked him to quote for another job. On Inspection he found a hole in a gas pipe. His attention to detail saved out house. Would I recommend him yes, he is just a genuine guy,

Sam has just completed an impressive job on the internal painting of my house, including the repair of several settlement cracks, some quite large (it's as if they never existed!) He is a very hard worker and does a pristine job. He is also a very pleasant person and has been accommodating to my requests for various smaller jobs around the house, tackling them with efficiency and good humour. I would most definitely recommend Sam for your property maintenance requirements.

Sam is a very hard worker and his work is of the very highest quality. I would recommend him to anyone to do a very good job. I had painting, slabs re-setting, and gutterings to alter and he did it all very quietly and with no fuss. A very nice young man.
