Found Dayan via Google, I usually like to go via personal recommendation but the Google reviews were great and I needed my TV mounting quite quickly. I was initially booked in a few days ahead, which was appreciated given my late request, but as Dayan had an appointment change he contacted me and was able to help me on the day! Dayan was very friendly and reassuring and got the job done neatly and quickly. I would definitely use him again. Thank you!

Dayan replaced some LED lights for me in the garage.He was very calm, professional, well organised while being very easy to liaise with. I am very pleased with the work Dayan undertook, better than the original installation. Dayan is multi skilled, and will be our first call for getting the house and garden jobs that need his skills. We found Dayan and the team on Google to help us out with technical domestic jobs for our mum at her home. Dayan and his team are extremely friendly, are always on hand to help and are really understanding with clear communication. Additionally, their rates are very competitive and to a high standard. Great quality service, very reasonable pricing. Ravi is more than qualified for all the handyman tasks we had his help with. He also demonstrated skills also with plumbing and electric. He completed about 10 household DIY tasks at a very high standard. He came fully equipped and had some great suggestions for how to fix things up in a tidy way. We had our rooms decorated and pluming service. we couldn’t be HAPPIER with the results. The team was efficient and had exceptional attention to detail for each element of their work. Great customer service very hard working & respectful working individual whom finished the job in a time spam as promised. Very hard to find genuine craftsmanship. They my go-to company from now on for home improvements. 100% recommend them to anyone that needs to fix up their home. We doing our flooring with them in a few months.

Phoned Ed to fix a TV bracket on to a wall and mount the TV. He came within 2 hrs of the call. I made a mess trying to do this myself. He was punctual, very tidy and professional. He went the extra mile to fill the extra holes I made trying to do it myself with the Filler and fixed the nails to hang other two items. He quoted a reasonable price as well. Thank you!

Was very pleased with the work undertaken, which was assembling 4 IKEA bedside cabinets and one chest of drawers, and also hanging a mirror on the wall. Very nice guy and would recommend and will use again if I need anything done.

Will arrived bang on time, and fixed several repairs. a lovely job on repairing/rehanging our wooden gate so that it opens properly, reglazing a shed window where the frame was rotten, and started work on repairing parts of our decking. All this and dismantling a pergola in 3 hours! Will is polite, timely and a worker of "old-school" sustainable values. We are already looking for the next batch of work for him! Will arrived on time. He assessed what was needed and completed the jobs quickly and efficiently. He refitted a blind that had previously been put up incorrectly, refitted a curtain pole and put up two new light fittings. He was neat and tidy with his work and was a reasonable price. We are extremely happy with the work completed by Fred and his team and we will definitely be using their services in the future. Fred arrived on time to look at the work required. He was very polite and friendly and provided a detailed quote within 24 hours. The quote broke down the costs of materials and labour, so it was very clear to see exactly what we were paying for. It was Fred’s colleague, John, who actually did the work. John also turned up on time and was extremely pleasant to deal with. He did a number of carpentry jobs for us, all of which were done to a very high standard. We would definitely recommend Fred and his team.

Freddie did the work for a good price and pretty quickly after I first contacted him. I left him with the keys to my flat to complete the work while I was out of town. He left the place as he found it, nothing damaged or stolen, so top marks for trustworthiness!

Trevor advertises as a handyman, but he is much more than that. He is a precision handyman. He always plans his work carefully, and then executes that plan with great accuracy. He has done 5 jobs for us now, the latest was the complete installation of a kitchen. The kitchen was from a mid-range supplier, Wren, but thanks to Trevor's attention to detail it looks like a kitchen that would have cost twice the price.

Trevor provides a fantastic service. He is very professional, but also friendly, which is important when you've go someone in your house. He came and put in 3 shelves in my airing cupboard, fitted around my water tank and he did a great job. Wasn't sure I would be able to get 3 shelves, but he managed it and they look awesome. Trevor removed a brick wall (circa 18 meters in lengths) and footings in the garden of the new property I recently moved in, so in turn we could access conifers, remove them and replace the fences. In terms of organisation, I called in on Allin Property Services as the first trade to come in, prior to the tree surgeons and the fencers. So to me it was important to get someone in who was good at communications, clear on timings & dates, and committed to doing the work once we accepted the quote. I had been let down by a couple of other builders/garden design people. Trevor was low key, reliable, great in communications and did all the things he said he would at the time he said he would. In terms of the work carried out, unfortunately, rain poured down and it was cold. That did not deter Trevor and one of his colleagues. They worked pretty hard, to a high standard and despite the weather. They also cleared up afterwards, were respectful of us and the neighbours (which mattered to me being a new comer) and did a great job. I’m very pleased with the work that was carried out. The timing was respected which enabled the tree surgeons to come in on time afterwards. I recommend Trevor and Allin Property Services to anyone who is looking for building work in their garden. I have asked them for further help on other maintenance work at the house.

Roof hip tiles reinstallation - Trevor and team did a 5* job of removing and reseating two full rows of hip tiles which had come detached from old cracked mortar. Trevor swooped in to save the day after we got canceled on by the previous guy that was supposed to help us refurbish our flat. Great work ethic, reliable and fair are just a few words that describe Trevor perfectly.
