HPC247 have been absolutely amazing from start to finish. I called HPC247 regarding a wasp nest and they came out to me in less than 24 hours. The team are friendly, helpful and efficient. I can not fault anything - I wish I could give them more stars 🌟. I will be recommending to friends & family.

Called Sean about a wasps nest and was told it could be dealt with the next day. I was happy with this but within 1/2 hour I got a phone call to say as they were in the area they could deal with the problem that afternoon. They arrived about an hour later. They were very efficient and dealt the problem satisfactorily. I would highly recommend this company.

Called with a dangerous wasp nest and they were so helpful fitting it in. Came the same afternoon which was a relief for my old dad. Explained everything clearly, said would come back to redo at no cost if found necessary. Very grateful for the quick, efficient and friendly service, would definitely recommend.

I have contacted Jonathan on a few occasions regarding pests in my home. He is extremely professional and always finds the cause of the problem. He found a hole in my house and even went to buy materials to fill the hole then and there for me. He always follows up his work a few days later to check the issue is resolved or if any further support is needed. And he was happy to answer my many questions I had! I was very surprised when receiving my invoice as it was very reasonably priced for the amount of time he spent sorting treatment and filling holes for me! I can not thank him enough!

We called Jonathan in the morning and explained our situation, that we had inherited a flea issue from the previous tenants in a new property we had just moved into. He was extremely helpful and professional and came that day at no extra cost. We often messaged him for advice and had a lot of issues with our estate agents which he helped out and supported us with. We have no hesitation in recommending this company. Jonathon is highly experienced in eradicating pests in our case the squirrels (also mice) that were resident in our attic. He was very polite and thorough in his initial survey of our property and quickly found the entrance that these pests were getting in. After eradicating the pest he repaired the places where they were getting in. The cost of his work was very very reasonable. He is a 5 star saviour!

Discussed options, recommended and installed a physical barrier to prevent ongoing rat burrowing underneath a concrete plinth by our garage. Jonathan was easy to work with, completed the work as expected, on time and to the estimated cost, and he left the place neat and tidy. He has also offered a follow up when he is next passing to check that all is well.

Marcus provided a first rate professional service. He was swift to reply and come out to our house to assess and advise on the bees in our chimney. His knowledge on bee behaviour and use of his camera scope produced a clear image of the bees and combs in the chimney pot. Marcus has a wealth of experience and can communicate in a knowledgeable and friendly way. I would rate this as a five star service and would recommend him with all bee concerns. Marcus undertook a live bee removal survey for me, was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and very helpful in confirming by thermal imaging that a former 3yo bees nest had been abandoned. Had a full live removal been necessary, Lakeside would have been VERY competitively priced compared to alternative quotations obtained. Highly recommended.

Marcus attended to an issue of bees/hive in an Anchor Hanover building, top floor cavity walling. Removal was carried out professionally with minimal disruption to residents. Remedials to restore the wall exceeded our expectations and we will be continuing our contract with Lakeside Bee Services. I haven't posted a Google review before but the service we have received from Adam and Jerry at Wessex Pest control has been exceptional and I have no hesitation in highly recommending them. The communication, swift action, expertise..and understanding has seen us through a very difficult time with 'unwanted visitors' after a failed diy attempt to rid ourselves of the problem. After being impressed by Craig’s website and reviews, I contacted him about a wasp’s nest at my yard. He called back within the hour and was able to book me in for an appointment a couple of days later to fit in with my work schedule. The wasps nest turned out to be a hornet’s nest and after discussing my dilemma of fumigating the nest (it was important to know I was doing this for the correct reasons and for the protection of our horses and visitors), it was done quickly and humanely. Extremely efficient and good value service. The guy came out the day after I contacted him, laid some bait and showed me where the rats were entering the house. Two follow-up visits were included in the initial price, and I'm happy to say that the rat problem has gone. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. We had a reoccurring problem with rats in the attic - Latham Pest Control were the only company to finally resolve the problem. They worked out how the rats were getting in, successfully got rid of them and advised on preventing their return. I am pleased to say that 18 months later - still no more rats!! I called Steve on Monday morning with a flea problem. He was prompt, polite and very affordable! Having phoned round other pest controllers who were very expensive and couldn't come out for days I was so relieved to find Steve. He has completely got rid of the pesky fleas in one treatment and offered lots of advice and information with a smile.
