Really pleased with the quick and efficient service. Phoned the number in the morning and by lunch time an operative had arrived. The gentleman who came out was amazing. Really helpful and thorough. Brilliant service. Called with a wasps nest very close to back patio doors. Responded immediately and arrived as agreed (to suit me) within 2hrs of the call. Hornets started to hatch out through a wall into my study. Steve came round in half an hour and did a thorough, professional job of removing the swarm and ensuring that they would not come back. Truly excellent service.

Steve, came at very short notice and was recommended by a neighbour. I’m so glad they did, he has been professional efficient and attentive through the whole process dealing with our pest problem. We had a wasps nest that was causing some issues, I had been stung a couple of times, and wasps were entering our neighbours property. Steve was able to come out in about an hour from me first calling, got straight in there and sorted out. He was also able to remove the nest, and even took the time to show it to us, and gave a little talk on wasps, their nests and how they work. Great job, and a lovely chap - thank you very much!

I haven't posted a Google review before but the service we have received from Adam and Jerry at Wessex Pest control has been exceptional and I have no hesitation in highly recommending them. The communication, swift action, expertise..and understanding has seen us through a very difficult time with 'unwanted visitors' after a failed diy attempt to rid ourselves of the problem. From the outset we felt in very safe hands and had great confidence they would solve the problem. Very happy!

Wasp nest. Wessex pest control attended and covered nest in powder. Said if any wasps seen alive in 2 days contact office but all dead with 24hrs. Easy payment too

100% positive. Jerry looks after our stables and house. He has kept the stables almost totally rat and mice free for years - not a small achievement. The house never has a problem. Jerry also deals with our wasp nests and cluster flies in the loft.

The evening before we were due to host an important family event, we found a deer corpse had been left on our boundary by Humane Dispatch. Having received no luck with the authorities, we looked for assistance online and found HW. John came out without complaint on a Friday night and removed the carcass for us. He also followed up with advice on how to remove the smell. A very good experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend this company

We contacted HWPC for a potential issue with rats in our garage. John replied quickly and came out the same day, he was supportive of the situation, quickly confirmed our suspicions and offered the best advice on how to deal with it. John came to inspect the loft of our old cottage at a very short notice and provided us with a range viable options to deep clean it and remove the exisiting insulation in order to replace it with new and more efficient material. Grant is an absolute superstar. For over two years I have had to battle rats in abundance in my attic and walls. The house is a 17th century cottage and near to two duck ponds. For over 50 years the rats have made the attics their home. Grant doesn’t just come and repeatedly put poison down- he finds where the rats are getting in. He worked with me and my adjoining neighbour and gave such great advice on where the holes were and how to fill them. He understands these highly intelligent creatures and after two years of utter hell I have been able to finally have some peace and quiet from the dreadful invaders. And this is all thanks to Grant! An absolute godsend and gentleman. I would not recommend anyone else for help with pests but him! You won’t regret it. And what he charges for his time is beyond reasonable!

I highly recommend this company. Unfortunately for us we have a very old house where wasp nests love to live with us. Not alone did he take time to show where the wasp nests are , their size but explains what product is been used and how it will affect the wasps and what we have to do and look out for over the next few days. He was professional and kept his distance at all times, very respectful and excellent value for money. Due to weather conditions he had to cancel Saturday but came out on Sunday, what a fantastic service. Keep up the excellent work.

I used this company for bee’s nest advice. I called this company to enquire about the removal of some bees. Their knowledge was quite incredible- helping me identify the bees and explain that they weren’t harmful and would leave on their own accord in about a month. As they are not causing us any issues we have decided to leave them alone.
