I can't recommended Mike & Abbotstone Pest Control highly enough. We initially wasted 2 months working through multiple pest control businesses who would do a bad job and just disappear. We were losing all faith in the industry when we were referred to Abbotstone Pest Control by someone who had a similar experience. From Mike's first visit it was clear that we had found someone who would solve our problems. Mike is incredibly thorough, he comes with years of experience and know-how but doesn't assume every case is the same and invests hours assessing the problem and looking for the root cause rather than a quick fix. We knew our problem wasn't ever going to be an overnight fix but once we found Abbotstone Pest Control and had Mike working with us, we always had confidence that it would be rectified and we were always thankful for methodical and transparent approach. Each visit was action-orientated and when we needed to bring in other contractors for drainage work Mike worked closely with them to ensure alignment. In situations which are obviously stressful and upsetting to have around your home, Mike is very reassuring and empathetic and works through the problem with you - providing you with a clear explanation of where the problem is coming from and how to fix it permanently. If you're unfortunate enough to require a pest controller, that least you're fortunate enough to be reading Abbotstone Pest Control's reviews and have found the right place to rectify your issues.

I used this company for bee’s nest advice. I called this company to enquire about the removal of some bees. Their knowledge was quite incredible- helping me identify the bees and explain that they weren’t harmful and would leave on their own accord in about a month. As they are not causing us any issues we have decided to leave them alone.

After spending a substantial amount of money with another pest control company and multiple visits I phoned Adam in desperation as I was being kept awake at night with rats in our cavity walls. Adam listened to my issues, identified how they were getting in straight away and sorted it out within two visits. I am very happy with his service and cannot recommend him highly enough. It pays to use an independent local company.

Great service when we had a rat issue. Adam came out next day, he was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Sorted the rat problem really quickly, messaged me regularly and came back for follow up visits to ensure the rats were definitely gone for good. Very reasonably priced, great local business. John came to inspect the loft of our old cottage at a very short notice and provided us with a range viable options to deep clean it and remove the exisiting insulation in order to replace it with new and more efficient material. Communication was great and he proved very knowledgeable and honest in his professional advice. We will surely use him when we decide to go ahead with this work.

The evening before we were due to host an important family event, we found a deer corpse had been left on our boundary by Humane Dispatch. Having received no luck with the authorities, we looked for assistance online and found HW. John came out without complaint on a Friday night and removed the carcass for us. He also followed up with advice on how to remove the smell. A very good experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend this company
